I can't paste arabic word and submit so everyone could compare if it looks teh same writing. Ha! It's weird.  Though I found the translation of looks like letters which means "Cook is Still". However, I doubt that this is arabic. I think it is a mix of hebrew, arabic,  persian, or hindu alphabets.

You all are truly amazing. I never even thought those were letters on the child's forehead. I thought it was just a tatoo design. Great job and good luck trying to decipher the meaning.

It's very difficult to decipher. I tried with a table of the arabic letters and the two last letters seems to be L and F.

L=12
F=6

Looking in the Quran it refers to Sura named Joseph:

[12:6] "Your Lord has thus blessed you, and has given you good news through your dream. He has perfected His blessings upon you and upon the family of Jacob, as He did for your ancestors Abraham and Isaac before that. Your Lord is Omniscient, Most Wise."

[6:12] Say, "To whom belongs everything in the heavens and the earth?" Say, "To GOD." He has decreed that mercy is His attribute. He will surely summon you all on the Day of Resurrection, which is inevitable. The ones who lose their souls are those who disbelieve.

Now I don't know if I'm right or wrong I really don't know arabic I just compared the letters. Note that in arabic we must read from right to left.

As I said, the handwriting isn't clear but it looks like arabic to me.. And if I'm right the second word (reading from right to left) spells "whom"..

Note that in the arabic language, there are many different types of handwriting..And letters look different depending on what handwriting ur using..

I'm posting the word in more than one handwriting..dose it look the same as the tattoo?

I very don't know, I'm not a specialist of arabic language. I'll try to find in my friends someone who can help me, and also watching step by step when the forehead of this girl appear to have the best screenshot.

the translation for the first word, backwords is "Operator"

For some reasons the tatoo on the little "Earth Girl" always brings back images of the book of revelation (see quotes below) and I am wondering whether the scenes with the little girls may be symbolic of "the end of time" and possibly be a word in Aramaic?
