OMG he so better have security...I mean I am not one of the fans who would do something to him...I'm with Janet...the truth will prevail (or Michael or whoever is saying it now) but there are alot of extreme ppl out there-and they like us-are wondering WTH? how can this be? When is he gonna be arrested? When is he gonna go to trial? How can he go back to work after this type of negligence? Is his own medical people investigating? W-T-H? :cry:

Dr. Conrad Murray has absolutely no restrictions on his ability to administer Propofol -- the drug that killed Michael Jackson.

We did some checking ... Dr. Murray still has full privileges to practice and operate at Doctors Hospital Tidwell in Houston. We're told Propofol is available for Murray's use.

As for ordering the drug ... no problemo. Dr. Murray can, if he chooses, get bottles of Propofol without special limitations.

As we previously reported, Dr. Murray -- who is seeing patients again -- is being investigated by the DEA and the LAPD in connection with Michael Jackson's death. The Texas Medical Board is also taking a look at the good doc.

I am glad he is being investigated by the medical board but we all know how the investigations relating to him turn out..nothing comes of them! :evil:
I would love to go and make an appointment with him and claim sleep issues and play up my connections in the entertainment industry and also "pump" him for info about MJ but not without being too eager,just nonchalant!  8-)
Either there is no plan to ever charge Dr. Feelgood and is in on the hoax or they are taking their sweet time playing the O.J. card that they don't want to blow the "case" by charging him too soon,which in my humble opinion,as MJ would say,is a bunch of "doo doo"  :lol:

i know that our justice system is about 98% screwed...but i do think if dr. murray was really guilty of something regarding michael's alleged death, he would be in jail or at least have his license revoked, or not have been allowed to return to work, etc. but until he's arrested and charged, i won't believe he's guilty.

yeah im surprised murray's license wasnt AT LEAST suspended? or why isnt he being looked after because even though he isnt an official suspect he is still a person of interest and should monitored

the place where murray supposedly works, i am told, is in the slums of the city. like basically he is a drug dealer. ive just heard this and i dont know myself since ive never seen his workplace.

I am a fan of Anna's and have followed the case and no licences have been suspended as of yet,which is rediculous due to the female Dr. prescribing lethal amounts to Anna bi weekly that one pharmacist would not fill saying for her to get Anna into rehab ASAP.
She ignored the advice and had it filled elsewhere.
She also prescribed the meds to aliases and also to Howard K. Stern for Anna's use with his full agreement to do so and even kept medicating her while she was pregnant with Dannielynn.

Im also very astounded by TMZ's covering of this... its almost like a joke to them how they are reporting this.

Is the death of a much loved Icon not important?  Is a murder of a man not important?

If MJ is alive and Murray has done nothing wrong then this truth needs to come out and fast....  because at the moment i find all of this very hard to stomach.

How can a Doctor who is unders suspicion and investigation for murder be allowed to practice medicine?

Surely if the LAPD are just simply waiting to arrest Murray once they have compiled all their evidence.... then the least that can happen now is that the Medical Board suspend his medical licence to stop him practicing???    Surely there is an issues surrounding the protection of future patients of this man??

They don't have to wait in my opinion.
They played the OJ card stating they didn't want to rush charges incase they blew their case  ;)  :lol:
They could arrest him now on suspicion of homicide or even for negligence for administering such a drug in a non hospital setting,prescribing to him using aliases when ordering the Propofol.The latter makes sense to get him now and then they could do what they did to Howard K. Stern just before his trial started,charge him with homicide or manslaughter because that would give them ample time to finish their investigation with ever I dotted and T crossed because he wouldn't go to trial on negligence,etc for atleast a month or two then charge his ass before his trial or even arrainment with homicide or manslaughter,which will likely be manslaughter unless there is proof he seriously was intending to "kill him" then it would be a different story and into murder one then.
I still wonder if MJ knew someone was planning to kill him and went to these measures to escape with help from authorities and the government.I know he stated this on messages he left on people's answering machine but drugs can make you very paraniod at time though and he was slurring his words but on the other hand he did say he needed a new environment and found a place he liked......
