Is not it strange that Katherine if she knows the "hoax" is more concerned with making a lot of money but out of the property? :?  Someone in the family can deal with Katherine, perhaps the brothers (Randy, Jarmaine ,...) to get the money? :roll:  I think Mike would never let him off the property. Katherine already have your money in the will of Mike and also for her care for their children, right? :?  :roll:  :?:

I strongly believe Katherine is being blackmailed into doing these things.  There was that article about how that guy had some things in storage and that Katherine agreed to do the book if he returned certain items.
