IMHO that's not MJ and I agree, it is a shadow of the persons head that appears as a ponytail. Also, whoever it is is wearing a short sleeved shirt of some sort...probably the paramedic...since they wear short sleeved Blue uniform shirts. Also, the shoes? The posture? The location for crying out loud? It's not MJ...it's a paramedic...ooppsss, the actor...lol!

I'm not saying it's MJ, but...it appears there's a shadow stretching out in front of him (a pretty long one, actually) from his feet.  If that's the case, then there wouldn't be a shadow cast in the opposite direction from his head.
