Joe Jackson to Sue Dr. Murray for Wrongful Death

TMZ has obtained a copy of a legal document that Joe Jackson has sent to Dr. Conrad Murray -- a prerequisite
to filing a wrongful death lawsuit ... in which Joe claims Dr. Murray had been drinking at a strip club hours before
he allegedly administered a fatal dose of Propofol to Michael Jackson.

According to the document, "On June 25, 2009, prior to treating Michael Jackson, defendant was at a 'strip club'
called 'Sam's Hofbrau' in Los Angeles where he had been 'drinking.'" The doc goes on: "It was reckless for him
to 'drink' prior to administering anesthesia to Michael Jackson. He concealed his conduct from Michael
Jackson."
The doc, written by attorney Brian Oxman, outlines Murray's treatment and the medical emergency that ended in
Michael Jackson's death.
According to the document, Michael had "neurological, pulmonary, and anemia signs over several weeks prior
to his death. In May and June, 2009, Michael Jackson was confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive, and disoriented." Oxman goes on: "He had impaired memory, loss of appetite, and absence of
energy. He was cold and shivering during the summer rehearsals for his show ..."
Oxman claims these problems were caused by Dr. Murray administering a "polypharmacy" of drugs (multiple
meds) to Michael. And Oxman claims, Dr. Murray "ignored the signs of Michael Jackson's pulmonary
inflammation, brain swelling, and anemia."
Oxman alleges Murray repeatedly lied about the drugs he administered to Jackson and withheld vital
information from EMTs and doctors who were trying to save Jackson's life. He repeated all of the alleged inconsistencies[/b] that have been previously reported.
Oxman says of Dr. Murray, "His conduct was inhuman. It was an extreme violation of the standard of care."
We're told Dr. Murray received a copy of the document in March. Dr. Murray's legal team tells TMZ, "The
allegations are absolute, utter nonsense."
And people close to Dr. Murray insist he does not drink ... ever.
We're told the document was served on Dr. Murray on March 27, 2010. According to California law, Joe Jackson
must wait 90 days from the date the document is delivered before filing an actual wrongful death lawsuit. The
90-day period is up Friday, the anniversary of Michael's death.

But, if you look further, there had been a long discussion about the nature of cathode rays; in short, British physicists assigned a particle character to those rays (Sir William Crookes, a friend of Tesla’s), whereas German physicists in this controversy opted for a wave character.

So here's the significance of the "Earthquake Machine". If a six pound pneumatic device can cause a large steel building to quake and an enormous bridge to vibrate rythmically and consistently throughout, then what would it take to vibrate an existing fault enough to cause it to give out? Well, my friends, I think that technology has been around for a while now. It's called HAARP. HAARP sends controlled and tuned bursts or streams of high frequency (HF) radio energy at Earth's ionosphere. The enormous amount of energy added to the ionosphere creates a tuned vibration which then is directed around the globe on the jet-streams. Where ever this enormous vibration ends up it creates extremely low frequency (ELF) waves which travel down to the earth. (It can also send down LF, HF, VHF, UHF) Using this method, HAARP is capable of extremely deep earth tomography: basically "x-raying" the earth. That much is not controversial. Well, what if they tune it to resonate with the geological features of a fault line, causing a violent vibration, which then causes the fault to give way? I'm not alone in believing this is entirely possible. It makes perfect sense. Tesla may have been a mad scientist, but he beileved he could literally split the earth in two, using this method.
That is, of course, not the only thing HAARP can do. It has a range of applications. Wanna know how to steer a hurricane? Heat the water along its path. HAARP can do that. HAARP can manipulate weather patters by heating land, air and sea, as well as by changing pressure levels in the upper atmosphere. Wanna shoot a giant bolt of electricity at a target... HAARP can do that. Wanna create an EMF blast to wipe out all electronics in an area? HAARP can do that. How about an EMF blast that will kill all living creatures, but won't damage structures? Wanna put up a "missile shield" over your country? What else? Wanna send down some of the extensively researched psychoactive and biophysically active frequencies, to create "non-lethal" effects on huge areas of people, all at once? Then you need HAARP.
That's why HAARP is so dangerous.

HAARP Fact SheetWhat Is HAARP?The High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a program focused on the study of upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics and Radio Science. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic ionosphere research facility on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Principal instruments installed at the HAARP Research Station include a high power, high-frequency (HF) phased array radio transmitter (known as the Ionosphere Research Instrument (IRI), used to stimulate small, well-defined volumes of ionosphere, and a large and diversified suite of modern geophysical research instruments including an HF ionosonde, ELF and VLF receivers, magnetometers, riometers, a UHF diagnostic radar and optical and infrared spectrometers and cameras which are used to observe the complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere as well as to detect artificial effects produced by the IRI. Future plans include completion of the UHF radar to allow measurement of electron densities, electron and ion temperatures, and Doppler velocities in the stimulated region and in the natural ionosphere using incoherent scatter techniques.
Is HAARP Unique?Ionosphere research facilities have been in continuous use since the 1950s to investigate fundamental physical principles which govern the earth's ionosphere, so that present and future transmission technologies may take into account the complexities of this highly variable medium. In addition to HAARP, the United States has operated two other ionosphere research sites in recent years, one in Puerto Rico, near the Arecibo Observatory, and the other (known as HIPAS) in Alaska near Fairbanks. Both of these facilities were built with both active and passive radio instrumentation similar to those at the HAARP facility. Interest in the ionosphere is not limited to the US: a five-country consortium operates the European Incoherent Scatter Radar site (EISCAT), a premier ionosphere research facility located in northern Norway near Tromso. Facilities also are located at Jicamarca, Peru; near Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod ("SURA") and Apatity, Russia; near Kharkov, Ukraine and in Dushanbe, Tadzhikistan. All of these installations have as their primary purpose the study of the ionosphere, and most employ the capability of stimulating to a varying degree small, localized regions of the ionosphere in order to study methodically, and in a detailed manner what nature produces randomly and regularly on a much larger scale. HAARP is unique to most existing facilities due to the combination of a research tool which provides electronic beam steering, wide frequency coverage and high effective radiated power collocated with a diverse suite of scientific observational instruments.
Who is Building HAARP?Technical expertise and procurement services as required for the management, administration and evaluation of the program are being provided cooperatively by the Air Force (Air Force Research Laboratory), the Navy (Office of Naval Research and Naval Research Laboratory), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Since the HAARP facility consists of many individual items of scientific equipment, both large and small, there is a considerable list of commercial, academic and government organizations which are contributing to the building of the facility by developing scientific diagnostic instrumentation and by providing guidance in the specification, design and development of the IRI. BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT) is the prime contractor for the design and construction of the IRI. Interest in ionosphere research at HAARP stems both from the large number of communication, surveillance and navigation systems that have radio paths which pass through the ionosphere, and from the unexplored potential of technological innovations which suggest applications such as detecting underground objects, communicating to great depths in the sea or earth, and generating infrared and optical emissions. Expanding our knowledge about the interactions of signals passing through or reflecting from the ionosphere can help to solve future problems in the development of DoD systems, and could as well enhance the utilization of commercial systems which rely on the expedient transfer of real-time communications.
Why Gakona, Alaska?During HAARP's environmental impact study, Gakona was identified as one of two DoD-owned, Alaskan locations which satisfied the site selection criteria of being within the auroral zone, near a major highway for year-round access, away from densely settled areas and their electrical noise and lights that could interfere with sensitive research measurements, on relatively flat terrain, of realistic and reasonable construction and operation costs, as well as minimal environmental impacts. On October 18, 1993 following the July 15, 1993 issuance of the Air Force's Environmental Impact Statement which evaluated potential environmental effects of constructing and operating the HAARP facility, a Record of Decision (ROD) signed by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations selected Gakona as the location for the HAARP facility.

The geographic coordinates of the HF antenna array are approximately 62.39 degrees (North) latitude, 145.15 degrees (West) longitude.
