This is strange coincidence, trailer on TV for children's programme in UK, this is called "DrWho"and it is about a time traveller who comes from different planet, and meets many many monsters.

Trailer says "the time is now" , shows clock/diary on this is date.

I find it on youtube.
I made small mistake, now I listen again, it say "it's time", not "the time is now".Sorry. But same message.
