See link, its a video and a wonderful interview of Tom Mesereau who gives memories of the trial days, of how Michael coped (and didnt cope), of how he interacted with his family and his mother.. of how it was Tom who told Michael to leave Neverland afterwards.

Very interesting:

Could someone post a transcript?

I can't watch the vid, my speakers are broken. Is it really new? Because everything you mentioned Tom was talking about has been said before.

Yes its new.. it was taken this week as he speaks of the one year anniversary.

Its interesting what he speaks about when he talks of MJ being threatened and it was Messearu who advised him to leave Neverland and not go back.

Thomas A. Mesereau I love you. Thank you for Believing in Michael Jackson. Thank you for defending Michael Jackson. Thank you for bringing him thru that horrible mess of court 5 yrs ago. Thank you for winning his case. This inview was very emotional for me. It was hard not to just set and cry listening to him talk about what a quiet, shy nice person MJ was. How he was wrongfully accused of all that garbage. Tom I applaud you the most highest praise one can be Thanked. sigh...i miss Michael. Please come home.............................soon
