   12/99   by the signature at the bottom of the page? What does this mean? (Fake?)

The revised would mean that form (letter) was revised on that date if it is even real. What I am wondering is why there is no letter head at the top for one thing  :?:

Besides Illusionist Houidinisghost on twitter (same person) has been going on for Months that Michael is dead on twitter and the Leflora hoax forum which she is an Admin on.
I want to know her motivation for this cause if she is so adamant that Michael is dead why is she still coming here :?:  Why does she only post things saying he is dead :?:  
What is compelling her to do that :?:  
Why does it matter what we think , if she has it all figured out :?:

Do you really think they would release a PROOF OF DEATH certificate?? its obviously fake. To prove someone's death you only need the DEATH CERTIFICATE......I think its fake

usually in business it means that the form to be filled out was revised - looks like this form was revised in December of 1999.  this reference has NO relation to the information in the form; it's more of an office use code so the company knows when the form itself (NOT the content) was last revised.  Very common in the health field as many forms change based on laws and company policies.

I don't know about you guys but I'm not throwing in the towel yet because of this letter...I'm waiting.....We had the autopsy report...we had craig harvey....ed winter....LA probate court....criminal court....all stating Michael jackson has died...so now we have a letter stating Michael Jackson has died! How's this any different than all these other government officials? We still believed it was hoax.....why not now?

We could be onto something here......if you google Marsha Grigsby (the signature person)  only one thing shows up about her.   She seems to be a RECORDS SUPERVISOR.

Another thing, anyone can copy and paste a legal document like this.....just try and see how easy it is.....

Funny. That's the next part of my investigation. Proving the "Joe vs Joseph" debate is nonsense.

Anyone got a copy of his birth certificate? Didn't think so.

What I am wondering is why if you believe he is dead you are posting on the hoax site actually? Why does it matter to you if some people believe he is alive, how does that affect you? If you are so sure he is dead then why investigate anything, accept it and move on.

I on the other hand am positive he is alive so this is the site for that.

I agree with you...all the way.  First of all, Marsha Grigsby does work in the Public Services Division and she is the Records Supervisor.  She is responsible for document order and release.  She is NOT the Deputy Coroner....here is the site  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login  
So knowing this, only points to this letter being yet another "fake".  Smokescreens seem to keep getting thrown in our way, everytime we are getting closer to finding the truth.  Don't let them shake your faith!  I believe Michael is alive...and nothing will change this....L.O.V.E.

It was revised to reflect the 'New" finding of "Homicide" after the 2nd autopsy that took forever. It was initially "Cardiac Arrest" until the Jacksons demand a toxicology (Duh - How can you forget all that already?)
