All I can say is...
So what, it's no different than a death certificate and I see it says "Joseph" and not "Joe" for the middle name. I am pretty sure that the evidence has established that is not Michael Jackson's middle name.
You are free to believe whatever you like but there is just way too much evidence to the contrary. Michael is alive.

What I am wondering is why if you believe he is dead you are posting on the hoax site actually? Why does it matter to you if some people believe he is alive, how does that affect you? If you are so sure he is dead then why investigate anything, accept it and move on.

I on the other hand am positive he is alive so this is the site for that.

well the whole Joe vs Joseph debate , it doesnt really matter to anything, they are technically the same name, joe is just the shortened of joseph.

and getting a birth cert is not going to happen as those things are very well hidden away from the public.

although looking back at it, why nearly a year later would this need to be written ? shouldnt that be with the autopsy report or something ?

Is there any way to compare this to another proof of death letter from LA coroner's office to see if they are the same? When I read HE came to his death June 25th 2009 at UCLA medical center, I chuckled, thinking, was he there witnessing his own hoax death play out? I'm not giving up cause of this! I mean did we give up when the autopsy report came out from the same office?

i agree..it should have came with the other papers..
the number one thing that strikes me is that sure it has the stamp..but shouldn't it be embossed??!!..this does not look like it was done..not sure if that state does the embossed on forms and such like many others..idk
my thought on the middle name is..it is very important to notice all middle names on all forms as such as medical records, lawyer papers and others..most do not shorten the patience name when its official or otherwise..anyways..just my 2 cents
also i could order a stamp with the said info on it and ink and print out a letter that looks just as good..
please do not give up!!..

Mail Request:
Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 103526 only specific individuals are allowed to receive an AUTHORIZED CERTIFIED COPY of a birth, death or marriage record. An AUTHORIZED CERTIFIED COPY of a death record may be required to obtain death benefits, claim insurance proceeds, notify social security and obtain other services related to an individual’s identity. Please see below for list of authorized individuals.

Those who are not authorized may receive an INFORMATIONAL CERTIFIED COPY with the words “INFORMATIONAL, NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO ESTABLISH IDENTITY” imprinted across the face of the copy. Informational copies are not available same day. They will be mailed within 15 working days.

Individuals permitted to receive an AUTHORIZED CERTIFIED COPY :

A parent or legal guardian of the registrant
A member of a law enforcement agency or a representative of another governmental agency, as provided by law, who is conducting official business
A child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, spouse or domestic partner of the registrant
An attorney representing the registrant or the registrant’s estate, or any person or agency empowered by statute or appointed by a court to act on behalf of the registrant or the registrant estate
Any funeral director or agent/employee of a funeral establishment acting within the scope of their employment who orders certified copies of a death on behalf of any individual specified in paragraphs (1) to (5), inclusive of subdivision (a) of Section 7100 of the Health and Safety Code. Records are available for deaths occurring in Los Angeles County only since 1877. (If the event occurred outside of Los Angeles County or California click here.) An Authorized or Informational certified copy of a death record will be provided for a $12 fee per copy. The fee is nonrefundable. A “No Record Statement” will be issued if the record is not found. To obtain a copy please complete the APPLICATION FOR DEATH RECORD  (for mail only). You must also submit a notarized Certificate of Identity . Include a preaddressed stamped envelope with your request. Payment for mail requests can be made by check or money order payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. DO NOT SEND CASH.
