I don't believe there are many people involved with the hoax. I find that hard to beileve, not even one came out and said "MJ is alive"! Not even one, but hell if it is true. michael did a damn good job :shock:

Well you jumped to the wrong conclusions...
Anything is illegal...
The documents: Fake of a fake is not a fraud.
The Life Insurance: was cashed in and not paid out.
The agreements should be legal as well...
Maybe they wouldn't say anything about it because they all share the same ideals,but I think Michael Jackson is not so naive.....

Well... Michael is not an idiot.... I think who is involved into the hoax signed a Confidentiality Agreement.

I don't think your argument is strong. They can sign legal document that Michael fakes his death, then breach the contract cause "dead" person will not come out right away and sue for breach of contract. Sounds not either logical or legally strong to keep people's mouth shut.
I believe there are very few people in hoax, top officials that do their job, who trully loves and loyal to Michael and his family of course. That's it.
