What arguments can one use if people say, no he can´t be still alive, cause there would be so many people involved in the hoax and it would be too dangerous cause there will always be people who would open their mouths.  :(

Well... Michael is not an idiot.... I think who is involved into the hoax signed a Confidentiality Agreement.

HMMM I am just thinking that I found somewhere a long time ago, I don't know if you have it here on this site...........the dancers of the rehearsals must not talk about Jackson for two years after shows take place and even after his death lawyer stated that this confidentiality clause still must be in place.I thought it was strange at the time.

These people are talking AFTER his death so what matter a confidentiality agreement? They are afraid he can sue them for breaking it AFTER his death maybe?

Judging by what I've read since joining this site, this wasn't simply a spur of the moment decision by Michael to fake his death, this was something that was amazingly well planned and the preparations were evidently made years ago. So yes, of course there are a lot of people involved, including family, friends and others. I imagine many of the others received substancial payments in order to keep their side of the bargain and were made to sign agreements/contracts. Also, Michael is clearly a very intelligent man, so he would not allow people he didn't trust to be 'in on it', so to speak. He would have only chosen people close to him, or people who he knew he could trust, particularly those that he may have financially rewarded for their silence and their playing along with it.

The reason why poeple wouldnt talk could be
1- indeed, they signed a special contract not allowing them to talk.
2- they get paid for shutting their mouths
3- if this is a hoax, they know they are part of a project that will stay in the History forever. Who wouldnt be excited?? They would be very stupid to make this project fail by telling the truth.

In all kind of cover ups or conspiracy theroys people say "how can so many people keep the secret, someone will talk"

Thats exactley how its not, but people buy the line everytime. No people don't talk, usually.
