This doesn't sound good. It's so hard to know what to believe anymore. I don't think Michael would be in on this at all which makes me a little nervous. I will have to go back to my belief that the truth prevails in the end because right now the truth is not very clear.

I couldn't give much but I donated to their defense fund.  The unreasonable control of the estate has been apparent from the beginning.  Michael fired Branca and 2 others in early 2003 as many of you know.  It defies logic that he did not revise his will at that time and omit Branca...and then the man he fired and had already told to turn over papers to another firm is the same man that appears with Michael's will.  I'm sure there was a new one and those that had it are getting their pockets lined.  BUT I WANT TO MAKE A POINT - PLEASE CONSIDER - Just maybe, maybe, if HTWF can mount a defense and not lose by default and have an opportunity to be heard they can show what's happening/happened - the details I won't get into.  THEY NEED MONEY.  It might help bring the evil doers out into the daylight.  They wouldn't let Katherine be on the board.  I don't think it's because they know something fishy we don't; at all.  It's just about control of the money.  Help.  Please.
