Michael dress as a woman?

at his memorial. Ok, everybody is sayin that the guy witht the hat is Michael but I don;t believe that. First he doesnt have the gesture like mike, I think Michael tried to throw people of by dressing as a woman, here... The burial looks obviously fake! Why is everybody so calm and happy? It doesnt make sense, and why there's all bunch of production equipment like they're fliming a movie?
