WHY TMZ manipulated POOL RESULTS???

I'm sorry, but the only ones who manipulated these poll results are the hoaxers.  TMZ is not stupid.  They only have to pull the database file for the poll to see that multiple votes came from the vary same IP address.

Looks like a knowledge of an insider...  :shock:

Anyone with any knowledge of php will tell you the very same thing.  Millions of websites use the php scripting language, not just TMZ.

I think they just cleared it to get back to real results...before believers started to vote like nuts !

Because we are not asking to vote to a definite numbre of person. As it's "open", the more votes we get, the more we must vote to get it 1% higher. So we will never reach 100% but 99,9% would have been fun

The weird thing about that is that when they put up this poll, they completely changed how their polling system worked. I've been doing polls on their site for years and it never used to let you vote more than once unless you cleared your cookies & cache. Now polls seem to always allow multiple votes. Why the switcheroo, when it was obviously a better system before?

It's not just on this poll that you can vote multiple times, it's not like it was changed especially for this one.  Please go back and check other, older polls.  Those accept multiple votes from the same IP address as well.  The only thing you have to do is hit the refresh button on your browser, and then you can vote again.

No I agree, I know what you mean! I really think they changed the whole system somehow, but they did it fairly recently (maybe not with that particular poll but not long before that). I used to vote in the dumb "who would you rather" ones and got irritated at having to clear my browsing history to vote again.  :lol:

But you're right. I have tried to go back to lots of older ones and they now work the same way, where you can easily vote again.
