Michael Jackson's estate has fired back against the company that sued the singer for $300 million over the derailed Jackson family reunion concert.

You'll recall AllGood Entertainment claimed MJ promised through his rep ... the family concert would take place before any other live performance.  The AllGood suit alleges Michael breached the agreement by subsequently signing to do the London concerts before the scheduled reunion concert.

Now Jackson executors John Branca and John McClain say the so-called Jackson rep -- former manager Frank Dileo -- had no authority "to bind Mr. Jackson to an agreement."

The good news ... Janet was really good last night.

Oh wow! "Janet was really good last night" - do I sense sarcasm?!?! These clues are soooo blatanty obvious!! It was Michael that sang last night.

! Yes! Michael, listen to this video with your eyes closed and is, my nephew knows Michael's voice and hear the video and said That the voice is the (my nephew died Thinks I) .. Janet knows very well turn :lol:  :lol:

I heard Michael, even with my eyes open.  You can fool me about some things, but not Michael's voice.  It was definitely there.

Yeah my 7 year old son pointed out the parts and said that it was Michael singing. He has excellent ears and knows a lot about Michael's songs cos he listens to only his music 24/7.

Sometime ago I tried to get him to tell me if the TII vocals were recorded from another performance of Michael's and he told me they weren't and pointed out the differences to me. He has an excellent memory too  

He is also interested in the way Michael sounded over the years and can tell around which era Michael could have recorded that song.

they are completely sending the attention back to janet's performance. was it necessary to throw that line in at the end of an article about some stupid lawsuit? no. but as we can see, there are a TON of people (non-believers!) who are stepping back and saying "michael?" after the performance. i think he's easing himself back into the public.

For all we know Dileo was rehired one month prior to Mike's "death", so if that's true then Dileo was not Mike's rep in 2008 and had indeed no authority "to bind Mr. Jackson to an agreement."

In this contract is says:

PURCHASER to supply ARTIST/S with adequate equipment for appearance (SEE ATTACHED RIDER TO FOLLOW), PURCHASER requests the services of ARTIST/S for attendance and/or participation in radio, television, and other media interviews.

Again, I don't see a rider, and I'm stating this again: without a signed rider there is no contract at all.[/b]

He was talking about the 2010 Essence music festival.  Essence is an African American magazine they sponsor the festival.
