first of all id like to ask if anyone has done a comparison photo this court one and the ambulance one side by side is there any similarities? next this photo makes me very sad and angry have they no respect for his children.my husband works for the hospitals in the uk and straight away he is a non believer btw he said the 1.strecher looks very out dated 2.the head should not be raised in a deceased person 3.should be no pillows when resusitation is/has taken place 4.both or no cot sides should be in place 5.in the ambulance shot he had an airway in his mouth this should be kept in place the whole time work is in progress there is only 2 times an airway would be removed the person is alive and breathing by himself or is deceased and ready for viewing by family in this case when foul play is indicated all medical equipment should be left in place until the body is taken to the mortuary as evidence of medical efforts.6.who on earth took a photo of michael in this way and why?.7.where is all the medical equipment monitors, drips, breathing apps,if you ask me it looks more like the recovery room after surgery hahahaha.or one of the family took the photo as he requested to make this story more believeable before he made his get away.

Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine secretly arranged to fly the star out of the U.S. to Bahrain if he was found guilty of child molestation charges during a 2005 court case - as he feared his sibling "wouldn't survive" jail.

The Thriller legend was accused of child molestation in 2003 in relation to teenager Gavin Arvizo. He was charged with seven counts of child sexual abuse and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent in order to commit alleged felonies against Arvizo.

The singer pleaded not guilty and so the case went to trial. It lasted five months, and Jermaine has now opened up about the difficulties the Jackson family faced during that time.

Jermaine reveals he wanted Michael to escape America if he was sentenced to jail and had even lined up a private jet to fly him to Bahrain.

In his new book, You Are Not Alone: Michael Through A Brother's Eyes, he explains, "I grab the hotel phone and make a call. The person on the other end of the line provides the reassurance that I needed to hear one more time. Yes, the private jet is still available. Yes, it can be at Van Nuys airport. Yes, everything has been arranged.

"All that is required is a day's notice, and this Dc8 will have Michael heading east - to Bahrain - to start a new life away from the scam of American justice.

"After this charade, I'm happy to disown my citizenship and take Michael, and his family, to a place where they can't touch him... We have the backer - a dear friend. We have the pilot. Everything is prepared. There is no way my brother - an innocent man - is going to jail for this, He wouldn't survive, and I cannot sit back and even contemplate the possibility, let alone the reality."

The book has been serialised in Britain's The Times and Jermaine tells the publication, "If they were going to sit and crucify my brother for something that he didn't do, America deserves us not to come back here.

"At the end of the day, this is supposed to be the land of the brave, home of the free, democracy, freedom of speech. The way they were treating him, none of that existed. Why should he go to jail for something he didn't do?"

Michael Jackson obsessive Peter Andre has moonwalked his way into the controversy surrounding the late superstar’s tribute concert.

With the likes of Janet Jackson snubbing the October 8 event in Cardiff the singer reckons the concert may not even go ahead.

Speaking this week at Children In Need’s Pop Goes The Musical launch he said: “There’s a lot of controversy surrounding whether it’s going ahead because some family members don’t want it to.

“My name has been put forward to perform but I honestly don’t know if it will happen. If it doesn’t I feel like I’ve already done my tribute to Jacko. I loved it but now I’ve moved on to something else.”

Yes... the bargain bin.

well if michael is alive then murray is innocent if murray is innocent then there shall be no trial or he gets off with it just to coincidental to have a tribute concert right on top of the trial and a very good diversion from the trial me thinks :)

Tom Mesereau / Michael Jackson's Former Lawyer Backs Murray Prosecution
« on: September 02, 2011, 04:35:59 AM »
Tom Mesereau - who defended late singer Michael Jackson in his 2005 child molestation case - thinks it is right his personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray is to be prosecuted over the star's death so his family can move on.

Dr. Conrad Murray "should be" prosecuted over the death of Michael Jackson so his family can move on, the singer's former defence lawyer Tom Mesereau has claimed.

Mesereau - who defended the late pop legend in his 2005 child molestation case, which ended with Michael being acquitted of all charges - believes the physician should face punishment if the accusation of involuntary manslaughter caused by a Propofol anaesthetic overdose is true.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I have mixed feelings about the trial. On the one hand I'd like to see the Jackson family get justice, I think what the doctor allegedly did was outrageous and based on everything I've heard he acted very recklessly, very foolishly and should have stood up to whoever he had to stand up to and say, 'This is dangerous, this doesn't belong in the home, we don't have proper equipment and we don't have proper help.' That's the way he should have behaved as a medical professional...

"I think he should be prosecuted to help vindicate the family and also to send a message that physicians should not behave this way."

Although he wants to see justice done, Mesereau is not looking forward to Murray's defence lawyers trying to destroy his former client's reputation when the trial starts on September 8.

He added: "I suspect the defence is going to try and dirty up Michael's reputation and I don't look forward to that at all. I don't look forward to seeing autopsy pictures and things like that ... I'm glad the District Attorney's office is prosecuting him, but my concerns are the defence lawyers are going to try to devalue Michael and try and throw a lot of dirt at the wall and see what sticks."

Mesereau appears in David Gest's upcoming documentary 'Michael Jackson: The Life of an Icon' - which contains interviews with more than 50 of the King of Pop's closest friends and family members - and he speaks in detail about the 2005 trial.

The 61-year-old attorney insists the film, which is being released on DVD on October 31, is a wonderful tribute to Jackson - who died in June 2009.

He said: "It's a beautiful documentary it's very original, it's very sensitive and it has a number of interviews with some of the old Motown greats about what this child prodigy was like. I haven't seen any other documentary that does it as well as David Gest's documentary. It's beautiful, it's sensitive, it's informative and I think everyone should see it.
