I'm not surprised this is taking a long time. There isn't allot of evidence to put together a convincing prosecution (No tapes, missing hard drives, etc) and it makes it look like their dragging their feet.
I'm confident CM will be prosecuted but I don't think the sentence will be as harsh as it should be.
Medical Liscence being revoked, suspended prison sentence.. that kind of deal.
This is assuming he passed, of course.

Yes Johnny Depp is quite awesome. He is definitely talented enough and I did think of him when I saw the header for this thread but I'm pretty sure the original poster was questioning who could play Jackson as he was in the 80s. So unless we paint Depp black and make him 20 years more youthful, I don't see him being too convincing. He is always my first choice though when it comes to complex characters... he's just so good at it. Michael's skin tone by 1985 was porcelain white for the most part (Check Captain EO) and to be honest, I don't care if the actor is black, white, purple or blue, so long as he does justice to Michael as a person, I'll be more than happy with it.

Yeah I heard about this ages ago, apparently MJ fell down and Prince thought his Dad was fooling around until the resuscitation began, at which point he realised how serious the situation was and just stood there in shock.
However, this is the first time I've heard about Frank DiLeo being there, it seems the stroy has been changed since I read it?

I don't think a person of his stature is in a position to return in a situation such as this but I hear what you're saying.
Perhaps he feel's he made a mistake and is itching for the spotlight and his fans adulation but the media isn't going to be so kind if he steps out from the curtain to announce he lied to us all about his passing, the first thing you'll see is them proclaiming him to be a neglectful Father because of the unnecessary emotional pain his children suffered at the hands of his apparent selfish behavior and that would only be the tip of the ice burg as far as the press is concerned.
It'll be Wacko Jacko and the complete misinterpretation of him as a human being all over again.
I think he'd be making a huge mistake but then again, if he thinks it's the right thing to do then so be it but I hope he is prepared for the backlash he is going to suffer from not just media but the public that are unaware of the events that lead to this hoax becoming a reality in the first place, and another thing, he shouldn't do it just to please us either.

First the This Is It backmasking and now this. It's all starting to unravel in front of our eyes after all this time searching.
Great find and for me it's solidifies the confirmation the backmasking gave me that he is alive but he has no intention of coming back into spotlight and instead the focus is shifting to the next generation in Prince and Paris & perhaps Blanket.
