Didn't the autopsy say when they went to get a hair sample in August, the body was drapped with white towels and only the top of the head and the hands were uncovered?  No mention of a white glove and no mention of the $35,000 clothes. Why would you dress up the body, then take the clothes and the glove off before putting it in the tomb?  Unless MJ didn't want his clothes on whomever was in the casket.

So the only thing you can find bad about John McClain is a quote from TMZ?  Their job is to cause controversy. Where did they get the quote from? Since when is TMZ the source of all that is true? The quote was out of context. It may have been said sarcastically?  He may have said it as a joke? You don't know. But to attack him based on a one line quote is not something I would do.

I'm not defending John, but I do know he's a stand up type of guy. You can choose to believe me or not, that's your choice. But I can tell you, he would never do anything to hurt his friend. Not everybody was out to get MJ. The picture of MJ being this sad little victim whom eveyone around him took from is not always true.  MJ is a genius who knew EXACTLY who he wanted to take care of his money when he faked his death. To believe that he would hoax his death without making sure his estate was in the right hands, doesn't make sense to me. He called Branca a few days before he died and met with him. I think to make sure the will was in place and would be used if he was to die.
And I'll say this one more time. John McClain is African-American. He's well known in the music industry, but he's not one to be in front of the camera. Younger people think everything is on the internet, but that is not true. If you can find pics of John they will most likely be older pics.  He was at the memorial and he looked sad. Believe me or not, it's a fact.

Okay, so one more time. John MClain, MJ's long time friend is African-American.
You most likey will not find pics of him with MJ, unless they are real old.
John is a quiet and very reserve person, who does not seek the lime light and I don't think we'll ever see him in the courtroom. As for how he acts about MJ's death. I don't know, but I do know he was at the memorial and looked upset. But so did a lot of people. Is he in on the hoax? I don't know, but MJ could trust him with his life, and John would do anything for MJ.
The family isn't happy about the two Johns having so much control, but so far they have been fantastic. The record deal and the other deals made by the estate have taken MJ out of debt, and it's sealed his legacy as being the King of Pop.

John McClain is African-American. The guy in the photo is Howard Weizman. John and MJ have been friends forever. He has stood by MJ through it all and not once have you ever heard anything bad from his mouth about MJ. He's kept their friendship quiet and personal and that's why MJ put his name on the will. He was a music producer and still does work in the music industry, but a few years ago he had a stroke which kind of side lined him, but he's all better now and in good health

He's a childhood friend and I've seen him many times. He's camera shy and very low key, but trust me he's a real person who loves MJ like a brother.

KF is full of s***.  She wasn't around MJ for years, after HE fired her, not someone else. She makes me ill. Drawing this picture of a man who was so weak and victimized. It seems every woman around him was bad for him except for her. She needs to go and get some help.

I live in L.A. and I can tell you this blog is somewhat misleading in regards to Jerry Brown and Cooley and our Mayor.  First of all the mayor of L.A. has no problem taking gifts from anyone. AEG is a big player in L.A. and many political figures are in their pocket. As for Jerry Brown, who says he isn't doing something to stop these hollywood doctors and other doctors who give drugs to people who have no business taking them. And Cooley is running for AG, but I worked for him for years and while I don't agree with his political views, I can tell you, he is a stand up guy. What you see is what you get.

Yes, CM should have been charged with a 2nd degree murder. This would have given the jury the opportunity to also find him gulity of the lesser charge of manslaughter, and yes something ain't right about this whole CM thing, but I think it is because it is a hoax. No way CM could go to jail for murder, because he didn't kill anybody. Maybe the DA knows something we don't know. Maybe the DA is covering his office because something in the evidence suggests it wasn't murder. He can't file a case on what TMZ and MJ's family has said, he has to go where the evidence goes. There's more to this case than meets the eye and I think it's because it's a hoax, but of course others think it's a group of rich guys who decided to kill MJ.  I just think MJ is smarter than that. I'm a bit bothered by some of these justice for MJ people who like to tout MJ as some sort of naive victim. He didn't become the most famous and most successful entertainer in the world, but being some shy, easy going fool.

Treasure is a real little girl and I've been following her story for years. I think it's great that Randy stepped forward to help her. Here in the Los Angeles area, her story has been on the T.V for a few years. I've donated money to her because I too feel no child should have to suffer...ever.

I don't know where Randy gets him money from, but we have to stop being so negative towards MJ's family. This was a wonderful act of pure kindness and maybe, MJ did tell Randy to give the little girl money.

Maybe you should check out the website and view the news story that I saw on local L.A. television.  I sent her money because it just broke my heart.

The little girl had a note on a sticky in her room that said "still alive" It made me smile because I think somewhere out there, MJ is still doing what he did all of his life.

Was it curosity, or did you, like many of us feel that something wasn't right about his so called death.

No one would spend 5 minutes here reading if they didn't feel something wasn't right. You can fool yourself by saying that we are fooling ourselves, but we're not the ones who took the time to register, type a post and hit the send button, just to tell a bunch of strangers that they are foolish for being BeLIEvers.

Why he did it we may never know, but one thing is for sure, he did it.
And welcome to our world.

Flowers by Michael is not Miko Brando's shop. It's been around for a while in the BH area. Miko said Flowers from Michael. Who names a shop Flowers from then someone's name?  Doesn't make sense to me.
Those flowers were from MJ to Larry King.

Maybe the flowers were from Michael, thanking LKL for doing all of those shows after he "so called" died

Is this really Dave Dave's twitter?  I find it strange that he would use his last name of Rothenberg.

Michael Jackson News / Re: Jacko Kids Fear

I completely trust Mother Kate, whatever she decides to do, should be fine with everyone. Remember MJ knew she would take care of his kids so I believe they are in good hands.
As for the other kids in the home, hopefully, Randy and Jermaine will step up and do the right thing and try to do what is best for their kids.

Randy Jackson / Re: randy jackson
April 28, 2010, 06:38:17 PM

I remember watching CNN that day and they reported that Randy was with him when he collapsed. This was before they  announced his death and I remember thinking, good if Randy was with him, them maybe he'll be okay and he just had a fainting spell or something less serious. But CNN was also given that information that Randy was there at Carolwood.
Interesting that Oxman would say Randy's assistant called him...why? Maybe because they needed that crazy front man to start the drug over dose rumors. Oxman was looking for a camera from the moment he got there, and was repeating that famous quote " I knew one day Michael Jackson was going to wake up dead".

I think a close hard look at Randy and his role in this hoax is important. He was reported to be at Carolwood, he was the one who "approved" the body in the casket. He did not write a good bye message in the memorial or burial booklet and he is the only brother who has not tried to gain by MJ's death.

Thanks for the post. It's very well thought out.

But I can assure you there may never be any solid proof of the hoax. Remember it was done so MJ could fake his death, so leaving solid proof would defeat his purpose. He left enough clues for those like him, who think out of the box, to beLIEve.

Dave Dave at the burial, Mother Kate shopping at Target the day after his death, and the smokers lung condition of the body at the coroner's office is about at close to solid proof as we are going to get.

But stick around, who knows, maybe you too will start BeLIEving.
