Isnt that the picture from the youtube video showing MJ (or someone playing him) in a room by himself. They were saying that he is being held without consent. Or something like that. It has been a while since I've seen that video.

Didn't they already set conditions to his bail when he was bailed out. He was told he could not administer propofol. Are they able to add more conditions to his bail even though he has been bailed out for quite some time. The judge should have added this in when he was bailed in the first place. He has been able to practice medicine all this time and no one seemed to care. But, now that the judge has heard things, he thinks that maybe he should not practice. I don't understand.

Where did you find this picture. I think your right. I think the bodyguard on the right is the one that was helping to direct the ambulance back out of the driveway. And it does look like a recent photo. I cannot say if the building behind them is of the back of the hospital. But, they are definitly in a hurry. Look at the pant leg on the bodyguard. It was either windy that day or they were fast walking.

If I can ever get these straps loose on my jacket, I will hop on this train? I am really tired of the padded cell. I'm ready to start moving  But, on another note, this is very quick how they decided to stand trial. I wonder if the trial will be on tv, since the OJ Simpson trial was on tv.

I honestly don't think Cm is going to be convicted. He seems too relaxed to me. If I were the one who injected a drug into a famous person that ultimately killed him. I would not be walking around going shopping, laying on the beach or buying a little girl a balloon. I would be at home freaking out on the thought that I might be convicted. It seems to me that every night, they have a picture of CM strolling around California acting like nothing has happened.

Wasn't it discussed before about the reason they are living there is because she made an agreement with Randy and Jermaine. Correct me if I'm wrong. Katherine said she could live there so Randy and Jermaine did not have to pay child support. I really think it is time for them to move on with their own lives. Yes, Katherine is their Grandmother, but she is just that, a Grandmother. She should not have to support all those people just so her sons can get out of having to pay child support.

If you were his Mother and knew that Michael had to fake his death for reasons unknown to us, wouldn't it bring tears to your eyes hearing all of this. Even though I believe 100% that he is alive, it tears at my heart strings. Especially, reading about the children. They are the innocent ones in this.

This is definitely going to be a roller coaster! And it is going to last for a long time. If some of you are old enough, Do you all remember the OJ Simpson court case. It lasted for a very long time and it wasn't as high profile as MJ. I am actually very surprised that MJ's case is not televised. OJ's was. I can remember coming home from work, wanting nothing more than to relax and watch my soap oprahs, but I couldn't because this case was on the tv.
If you feel that you are getting overwhelmed with it. Take a break from this site. This is not the time for all of us to be falling apart and giving up hope that he is alive. Like many have said before, we all knew this day was coming. We just need to remember that this is just prelim. The judge is trying to figure out if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial.

I will never get the flu shot or the H1N1 shot. I think it is a ploy from the government to start to kill people off. This is just my opinion. The schools were sending out information and sign up sheets for the children. Out of all the kids in their school, my children were the only ones in their grade levels that did not take it. My children are very healthy kids, thank God! I was receiving several letters from the principal and the teacher to get my kids to sign up for it. I held my ground and told them HELL NO!!!! I don't care if it was free or not! I was not going to allow someone to inject my children with a shot they know very little about (meaning H1N1).

Also it was reported this morning that Tampa Bay International airport was completely shut down due to a shift in the earth from the north pole. Could not even bring in planes because the readings from the tower was all screwed up. WTH? It was just the primary runway. It will be closed until January 13th to renumber the runways due to the shift. It shifts a few degrees, but usually not enough to renumber the runways. This has happened before in 2002 in another state.
