Prince, Paris & Blanket / Re: Prince in Daily Mail 19/8

No comments on the DM yet but normally you get the ignorant, nasty "looks nothing like his dad" type of remarks.  :Pulling_hair:  :computer-losy-smiley:

My niece has light brown/fair hair and blue eyes, even though both her parents have brown eyes and dark hair. She gets her colouring from my dad - her granddad.

She has just had a baby with her boyfriend who is black and is quite dark skinned, and their little boy is very light skinned with light brown hair and with blue eyes. You would not know from looking at him that he is mixed race.

Prince's vitiligo is also very noticeable in these photos on his underarm, neck and hands.  :icon_cool:

If he keeps this up he'll be a black belt in no time! Prince Jackson covers sweat-soaked hair with a bright red doo rag following gruelling jiu-jitsu training

Prince Jackson has long been a devotee of jiu-jitsu.

And on Monday, the son of the late, great King Of Pop was seen looking a little worse for wear after emerging from his beloved class at the famed Gracie Academy in Beverly Hills following a gruelling training session.

The 17-year-old was once again seen donning a navy blue tank top emblazoned with 'Gracie University EST 1925' across the chest as he proudly promoted the studio he frequents on a
regular basis.

Michael Jackson's eldest child mopped up his sweat with a bright red doo rag that covered his brunette mane, his face still a little flushed and clammy as he stepped out into the hot summer sun.

A pair of long red shorts with black and white pattern on the legs and comfy black flip flops completed his casual look.

He kept hydrated with a bottle of Fiji Water, while he was loaded down with two rather heavy-looking bags - one a smaller bright blue gym bag, the other a much larger camouflage-style backpack.

He was joined by a fellow martial arts student of a similar age and an older man who appeared to be the boy's father as they left the building, seen chatting as they headed to their cars.

In July last year, it was reported that the youngster had earned himself a blue belt from the prestigious academy - the second tier of a possible five which is hard-earned by demonstrating hundreds of complicated moves.

With Prince and his siblings Paris, 16, and Blanket, 12, having commemorated the fifth anniversary of their father's death on June 25, they are now gearing up to celebrate what would have been his 56th birthday on August 29.

All around the world, fans plan on converging to honour the star's immense contribution to the music industry with dance parties and screenings in his memory.

Oscar-nominated director Spike Lee is also bringing back his annual Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson event, which ran for two years before being derailed by Hurricane Irene, it was announced on August 11.

Held at Bed-Stuy's Restoration Plaza, festivities will include singing and dancing to the legend's iconic songs as played by DJ Spinna.

It looks like Prince's sister, Paris, will indeed be present for the family's private memorial, with the teenager reportedly having returned to her grandmother Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, California home late last month following her stint in a treatment facility in Utah.

The brunette has been living at 'therapeutic boarding school' Diamond Ranch Academy since her failed suicide attempt in June last year as she gets back on her feet.

My question is - is he even doing either of those options you mention? :icon_e_confused:

As time goes by, I'm even more inclined to believe another option.  :icon_e_sad:

However, there still is that 1% in me that clings on to hope....  :animal0017:

I feel really sad about this. Another reason to think that he is no longer with us.  :icon_e_sad:

Are you specifically referring to Do's posts Sweet?

Surely nobody needs to accuse anyone of 'bashing' and Do is certainly not doing that. She voiced an opinion which may not be the same as many others here, but as a member for a long time there is no need for her to go from here just because she changed her mind about the hoax. I for one have enjoyed reading her posts (and looking at her sig  :icon_lol:) for the last 5 years.

I have never been a believer yet I have been a member here for quite some time, and I feel should be able to post any opinion I like, as it is not a personal attack on a member of the forum or our host Souza.

Tolerance of others is a something Michael approve of, yes?

I agree. She already looked quite mature for her age and that was nearly a couple of years ago. Isn't the story about a child? I can't see it working, maybe Blanket should take over.

Yes, they are both definitely Michael! Rara biljartbal!

Agree with the first bit :icon_rr:

Rare? billiard ball?

Confused!  :icon_e_confused:  :icon_lol:

I showed the hologram video to my son the other day, and he immediately said it was an imposter.

He actually thought it looked very womanly, especially in the hips.  :icon_cool:

So what if that was Michael? What does he want to prove by changing his appearance (with smaller mouth, narrower eyes, shortened height, and an overall disproportionate body) and dancing in an embarrassingly inefficient manner? Does he want people to think the BBMAs guy doesn’t have Michael’s magic? Well, DUH, everyone knows that, there’s nothing new about it.

I don’t know how many of you have enjoyed the performance, and how many of you ACTUALLY think that was MJ, but the moment I saw the dude on the TV screen, my grin disappeared. He didn’t have the energy and the aura Michael has. When Michael dances, his energy reaches us. Even if he is blankly looking at the screen, there is energy whereas this guy didn’t have anything. It was stagnant and I felt absolutely nothing.

I know this is only what I feel and is definitely not any solid evidence. Most don’t even believe in all this ‘energy’ talk.
But fact remains is, every impersonator = Michael – his aura. So it doesn’t really matter whether he did look like Michael, he simply failed to ‘connect’ or as RK said on the other thread, the most appropriate word, his performance was ‘soulless’. That is not what Michael's about.

 :th_bravo:

YES YES YES - exactly how I felt from the first 5 seconds in

IF he's still alive I certainly can't see that any surgery would make him look 20-30 years younger! All of his looks have been at least a little older looking than the previous ones. He's nearly 56 for goodness sake.

The first thing I noticed when I watched it on the night was that the 'persons' nose seemed to grow down from their forehead like a tube, almost causing a barrier between the eyes and that the mouth was small and narrow, and the lower half of the face seemed to protrude. Also the eyes seemed more closed, almost Oriental and the eyebrows looked like the outer part was missing. Altogether the person is still attractive, but nothing like Michael Jackson, so the tissues I had at the ready were not required..... :icon_cry:

This picture posted by Thriller4ever above makes me feel like someone is squeezing my heart

That's what I expected to feel on the night, but instead I felt, disappointment, shock and then anger.

To be honest after looking at the picture below it looks rather like I imagine a blow up MJ manequin or tribute doll would look!  :icon_lol: :icon_redface:

13
That's how I felt - manipulated

14
A polite "no thank you" from me  ;D

15
I thought the background, the dancers and 'MJ' were all part of the hologram?

I thought the only 'real' thing was the front row of dancers with the lights.
