We were never given any evidence that proved Michael Jackson had truly passed away.

I feel Jermaine knows something but I also feel he is playing both side of the fence:(
After seeing him on Larry king just after Mike supposedly died just did not seem to sit right with me.

And when he was the one who spoke to the press to verify that Mike has passed way with Tohme Tohme standing behind him made me wonder if he WAS MICHAELS ENEMY ALL THE LONG.

STABBING HIM IN THE BACK WHILE HE PRETENDED TO BE HIS LOVING BROTHER!!!
WHY WAS TOHME TOHME THERE AT ALL WHEN MIKE HAD FIRED HIM AND HE WAS AFRAID OF HIM!!
THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL:(

DID MICHAEL JACKSON DISCOVER THAT HIS OWN BROTHER JERMAINE BROUGHT TOHME TOHME TO HIM KNOWINGLY TO BRING HIM DOWN?

DID HE REALIZE THAT HIS BROTHER WAS WORKING WITH THE REST OF HIS ENEMIES TO TAKE HIM OUT SO HE HAD TO EXCAPE BEFORE THEY KILLED HIM AND SO HE CREATED THIS FAKE DEATH TO SAVE HIS LIFE?

WHY DID JERMAINE BRING AND INTRODUCE SUCH A MONSTROUS PERSON TO MICHAEL.
THIS TRULY DOES MAKE ME QUESTION HIS LOVE, LOYALTY AND INTEGRITY TO HIS BROTHER.

Also, not to hold it against him he did write the song WORD TO THE BAD AND IT WAS VERY NEGATIVE:( :twisted:
I do not know Jermaine and this is just my opinion and I could be wrong but right now THIS IS WHAT I FEEL!

Who believes he had the best intentions at heart for MJ?

Who feels he is playing both sides of the fence for $$ or popularity?

who feels he is protecting his brother and is being honest and sincere?

Who feels that he was his enemy, and was envious of him and wanted him out of the picture?

Kenny Oretga said that because he was concerned about MJ he confronted Murray and the gang at a meeting to let them know that he felt Michael was not eating or may need to get some help!
I am not sure of the exact word for word but I know he brought it up to Dr. Murray and all of the others.
And what happend nothing at all? What did they do? NOTHING THATS WHAT :twisted: :shock:
Dr. Murray went off on Kenny Ortega :x and told him Michael was find that it was not any of his business and he knows what he is doing and that MJ can return to work. :lol:
BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE CPR OR DIAL 911 AND SOMEONE IS DEAD BECAUSE OF HIS NEGLEGENCE :shock:
DR. M NEEDS TO GET HIM SOME BETTER LAWYERS BECAUSE IF THIS INFORMATION IS TRUE THAN THIS IS A HOAX!

Thank you Souza for this thread. I also get the hypotheses from people saying that Michael would not do that to his children and I too beg to differ. Here are my reasons as I posted in another forum:

Michael said that he never wanted his children to be different, that he wanted them to live with normalcy? Can you imagine what normalcy they would have had if he had chosen to take them with him? None. They would have grown up afraid of everything and everybody and they would have been miserable for the rest of their lives. That is the reason I feel in my heart that Michael left them behind, so they could live a normal life. What ever he is going through, God bless him.

I have always believed in the saying if you love someone set them free. If they come back to you it was meant to be. I know that Michael’s children will grow to understand if they don’t already that what he did was courageous and done out of his love for them. He sacrificed himself for his one true love, his children. In doing so, he purposely is making a better way for them. He didn’t leave them behind out of selfishness, but to allow them the chance to live, to grow into caring, considerate, adults with something to offer the world they live in.

I don’t know what Michael is going through, however, I know that he thinks about them every minute he is away from them. I fear that he is sad and obviously unhappy that he had to do it, but coupled with those emotions that he is also content when he sees how well adjusted they have become and continues to be. Loving parents will go against all odds for their children to have what they didn’t have. Michael never had a childhood and he never had real, meaningful, fulfilling love. His children will have all of those things not in spite of but because Michael chose them over self. He made that possible. Michael is a genuis and he is a helluva daddy. I continue to pray for his peace and his well being. I have to believe that he is safe and is watching over us and them somehow. I have to believe that he knows that we are keeping vigil for him, we believe in his plan and that we will never let him part. we don’t judge him for doing what he obviously had to do. Here I must add that Michael will always be my angel and even if I never ever get the chance to see

The video felt real and honest to me!
Michael Jackson is getting himself together, he is healing himself from his health problems or addictions that he might have had. He is also clearing out all of those unhealthy beings from his life.
After he is well and strong and his name self respect and dignity is back 100% I feel he will return respect/

Okay soo....
1. Why would Michael have $1million cash stashed in his house?? (unless he would need it sometime soon..)
2. Is the security reaaally that bad there that some randomer could just walk in.. kill mike and leave without murray, the kids or the chef seeing or hearing anything -afterall.. they were there right?
3. If this was a murder then the killer is the dumbest schmuck EVER for leaving the needle there with prints on it!!
4. Why the hell would the needle be auctioned off? The investigation isnt even closed the needle is like THE main piece of evidence
5. What kinda investigation dept doesnt check the needle for prints until 2 years later?! helloo? would this not be the first thing to do?
6. If its the same in the US as in the UK then all family members would have to have been arrested for their finger prints to be taken?? Pretty sure that never happened.

So... answer time..
1. Michael must have known he was gona be needing this money at some point right? So what for? And why couldnt he just whack it out the bank when he needed it? Maybe cause he knew this would look strange if a "DEAD" guy suddenly decides to empty his bank?
2. The cctv tapes go missing... soo.. we have a killer who is too stupid to burn the evidence but has the brains to take the tapes. Yeah. Realistic. OR.....

This just struck me as odd. In any murder trial wouldn't autopsy photos and autopsy findings be absolutely crucial to a manslaughter court case? Why would Dr. Murray seriously be worried about MJ autopsy pics?
Would it be because they are fake pics of MJ OR he wouldn't want the photos to be leaked to the press?

I haven't gone into too much detail about this but it just seemed really weird to me how Dr. Murray wouldn't want these pictures to be in court. And I do not know too much about the legal system and how everything works but does Dr. Murray even get to decide what evidence is relevant to his case and which isn't?
AND would evidence (MJ autopsy photos) against Dr. Murray be thrown out of the case because the photos
"WILL ONLY UNNECESSARILY AND UNFAIRLY PREJUDICE THE JURY AGANST DR. MURRAY."?

This just struck me as super super ODD.
