It's about time RM gets a full stop to produce and spread this waste of trying characters.
It's about time fans get their "hello?" back into first gear when reading this invented hearsay nonsense blubbering before they start to set themselves off on an emotional track and forget about any common sense.

This is another example for staying cool if not frozen.

The media can legally lie in the U.S. in order to produce a story - this alone is a scandal in U.S. legal practice that makes one wonder about length and width of corruption pockets.

The Jacksons were laughing their socks off and Lady Kath had a wonderful relaxing week having cut off bi-directional access to/from the media (which are not needed at all to live a fulfilled, happy life - just for the records of those "I'll write anything for $$$" clowns - you are not needed - think about that!).

The first hoax ideas were out as soon as the news broke on June 25.
Not all of them creators were friends of Michael.
In fact, the nasty voices were the loudest to cry "hoax" in the first days while fans were still caught in disbelief and sorrow.

Seems to me the timing can't be coincidence.

I am sure it wasn't - at least according to schedule no. 1.
Whether schedule no. 1 however matched / interfered with schedule no. 2 - only Michael and those behind schedule no. 2 know this to date.

In order to understand the circumstances surrounding July 6 speech at Harlem, it might be helpful to get back to 2001/2002.
This is the period of 9II aftermath,  the presence of Marc Schaffel, Michael wanting to release "What more can I give", Sony's reluctance to release the single as a 9II charity fund raiser and the marketing issues with "Invincible".

Playing a "business is racist" card on this background of 9II was a smokescreen IMO.
It was however indicating a frontline and who was on whose side.
That's enough to be clear about potential consequences and getting things orchestrated - including a will signed and flying back and forth playing the signature in hiding. At least this makes some sense to me.

If the judge is cited correctly, this logic opens a pretty wide field of interpretations to prevent from lawsuits to be due and popping up like mushrooms when Michael is back.

The judge said he made the ruling not because of any wrongdoing on Katherine's behalf, but because she had been prevented from fulfilling her guardianship duties by an "intentional act from third parties."

Interesting wording for not fulfilling a contract's obligations.

Michael was seen in New York on July 6, 2002, 8:30 pm Eastern day time (EDT).

A flight takes a duration of 6h 4 min. - let's say take off on July 6, 2002 10:00 pm EDT -> arrival time + 6 hrs July 7, 2002 4:00 am EDT which corresponds to July 7, 2002 1:00 am PDT in Los Angeles.

The will was executed July 7, 2002 at 5:00 pm PDT in Los Angeles.

That leaves a good couple of hours for a nap, breakfast, managing, talking, preparing or whatever was due.
Meanwhile, Al Sharpton took the outrage and an MJ statement could be released from anywhere when everything was in dry sheets.

Getting back to my previous post and the batman references in the opening noticed by others, this is what some other folks are thinking about it.

Once again the chilling Predictive programming does not escape those who are watching the movie “The Dark Knight Rises.” Bane the leader of the fictional anarchist mob decides to plant bombs in the Gotham Underground. The final target is a stadium where the Mayor of Gotham attends a sports event. A young boy sings the national anthem that eerily sounds as if it is sung with a British accent. Bane pauses to listen to the distinct voice. He then says “Let the Games begin.” The stadium is then bombed and the mayor is killed as his reserved viewing box is bombed. Is this a strange revelation of the method where the scene in the movie is supposed to be some pretext for what may happen at the London Olympics? According to a blurb posted on Media Monarchy a scenario has already been put forward demonstrating that the motive of any attack on the 2012 Olympics would be to cover up the LIBOR scandal and destroy all the bank records. An attack on the Olympics would be a quick fix to exit the elite’s present dilemma. According to Media Monarchy a retired general sent a chilling memo to Author Steve Quayle connecting the attacks in Cinema number 9 at the Century 16 theaters in Aurora to the LIBOR scandal, Robert Holmes software exposing the elites and how their quick fix would be the bombing of the London Olympics.

Before that information can go public, Michael needed to liberate himself from all obligations, limitations, bonds and puppet strings that might have been holding him back in any way. That's where the Estate's work ties in.
As soon as the bomb explodes those having conspired against Michael will remain with nothing left to do but leave the room, face dark purple or pale as ice.

She's right:
there must be an outcome justifying the investment.
There must be a win-win situation also on the dark side of the moon.
There must be something that matters to the initiators that makes a destruction worthwhile.
 
Thinking of several thousands dead and wounded - that's not an outcome that really justifies an investment into bombs and destruction. There must be more to it.

London being the financial belly-button of the world - having left behind NY - could give some ideas why these games will be protected like no other (if the #1 banking market is important).

The opposite could be true as well if the #1 banking market for some reason is only a means and not a goal.

Last Bilderberg meetings were held in Greece - went down, Spain - went down, underground gold reserve country Switzerland - ?.

It depends on an overall goal whether the Games in London are in any danger.

Regardless of the likelihood of a disaster - the overall prelude of the Games was pretty ignorant, negative and dark. Blame it on typical British black humour or the weather or my very personal view.
None of the previous Olympics was comparably black coated - only Berlin and Sarajevo in retro. What a pity.
