No you're right he didn't purposely kill Michael. However, involuntary manslaughter is not the right sentence for him. He should be charged with negligent homicide because on purpose or not that's what it was. What Michael was given should have never been given to him & as a medical person dr. Murray knew that. He should have been monitoring Michael after giving it to him but he didn't. When Michael told him he wasn't feeling well & something was wrong he as a dr. should have checked him instead he sent him back to bed. He was very negligent & accidently or not he gave him something that could kill him & ultimately ended up doing that. Exactly-and to follow,he didnt follow any sort of correct protocol...be it the 911 call or the sloppy CPR or the time...if the story he even told was true then he went into a panic when he saw MJ was in trouble. Not only that...well I have alot of opinions...mainly because the whole thing is being sold as Michael was a junkie and ultimatly killed himslef,and if that what it goes down as I am upset that nobody can just see the obvious truth. Even if he was a 24 hr a day druggie-that isnt what killed him.

Prince is taking the witness stand? OMG wth? He's only 12, why would they make him do that? I'm sorry but I'm worried, this isn't seeming like a hoax right about now. Michael wouldn't make him or even let him do that.  This article is from August 2009,if Prince Jackson was taking a witness stand anywhere it would be all over tv and newspapers -those kids are the most interesting people in America right now,if this was taking place it would not be small news.

I'd like to see that! They should allow cameras in the courtroom, they did for Michael. They ususally do unless it is requested that they are not allowed...as MJs lawyer did when his molestation trial actually was underway,Messerau asked that it be ordered that they werent there. TV coverage wasnt allowed there like it was in OJs' case.

You know I just honerstly dont believe they really werent invited...but then if they really were invited and they are saying differantly then the Grammy Officials would be coming out doing damage control. You know it was said that they werent invited -or Katherine-wasnt invited to the TII premiere and then we found oout that she was ...several times.
You know in the days before the Grammys,CNN confirmed that the kids would be accepting the award and that Katherine was for this and Joe was not. NOBODY was complaining then,and all this time the brothers have been tweeting about the "surprise" acceptance at the Grammys....again no complaints. I just wonder.

If this whole hoax was planned out thoroughly, why would his family have to swoop in and "hoover up" all kinds of computers, lyrics, music files, etc. AFTER his "death?"

I thought personally there was some tech stuff done to make it soound more live,so that it really would sound like a collaberstion...I think I am the only one on any of the forums that really didnt like it as a tribute.As many Grammys' as Michael has won and the differant memorable moments...I sure thought that he was owed a bigger tribute-as far as tributes in performance are concerned.
Paris and Prince really had me worried for like 2 seconds...I was sure I was gonna burst into tears...and I never did. Just like I was sure that I was gonna cry at TII,but never did.
When she said "Daddy was supposed to be here..." and you all know how that finished,I was like -she slipped up on her lines I know that,but stayed real calm dont you think. To calm...I think.
They are the most beautiful kids on earth,and Princes' mannersims were remarkably like Michaels'. Made me smile alot.

This is from August 2009...this is what was expected to happen. I dont care if it is true that MJ was a "junkie"...it still does not excuse the negligent behavior of the doctor...and I'm not talkin about the "he was the supplier" argument...he didnt do anything right or soon -by his own damn story. Any idiot could have donr better. The whole thing is unbelievable...and if this is a hoax then I pray it does get revealed ...I really cant stand the thought of defending the argument I just presented forever.

I would trust KO because Michael is the one that called him He had worked with him before and trusted him KO has said nothing but good about Michael,and I think because he is such a positive person that this is how he has been dealing with life since June 25th(if he is not in on the hoax)
Why would a mortician TELL anyone how much the weight was? Is this normal?
