The report was sealed until the investigation was complete...that's why it was released the same day they pressed charges against Murray. I really don't think the clothing or DL are significant.

I'm not sure they would be suing Ben or NPG...they didn't publish the photo, they only sold it. Wasn't it OK Magazine and Entertainment Tonight that first published it?

Actually I think you bring up some really good questions. If this is a hoax, then why make everything so complicated? It would have been just as believable, probably even more so, if MJ died from a self-inflicted overdose. It's well documented that he had drug problems in the past. Why make a doctor the fall guy and charge him with a crime, and go through a big drawn out trial, etc? That doesn't make sense from the standpoint of the government helping him because there is no way they would want all the extra expense, not to mention all the people involved. If MJ is pulling this hoax off on his own, then why would he want someone to take the fall for his death and go through all of this. I don't think it makes it any more believable. Even if Murray isn't really guilty, this could not be fun for him...it must be a living hell.

Actually Randy is pretty much completely bald, and he looks the most like Michael than the other brothers. I would guess Tito is also bald since he always wears hats, but I don't know for sure. Lupus can also cause hairloss.

We don't know whether the footage was produced inside of LAX court house, do we? Could if have been done somewhere else? Yes.
No, I saw everyone walk in and out of the courthouse. And I spoke to a couple "lottery" winners that got to sit inside and watch the proceedings.

LMAO Quincy Jones didn't say ANYTHING in this interview negative about MJ what are u talking about. All he said was MJ wanted to look different b/c of him getting the plastic surgery wasn't that a true statement. Next time please have a point if you're going to post a vidoe attemting to prove one. Like I said QJ never said those things and I don't beleive media outlets and what they "SAY" he said about MJ.
Well apparently you don't listen very well. Unless you think Quincy saying MJ got chemical peels to become white is nothing negative.

why not just call the coroner and ask him if he released copies of MJ 'c autopsy report to the media ? Is that even legal ? Yes, autopsy and coroner results are a matter of public record in California. Anyone can request them, unfortunately.

Also Murray lawyer said Murray has been visiting MJ at Forest Lawn for the past 8 months. How in the _uck could he have been doing that when MJ was buried in September? That is such a lie! There are fans at FL all day and night...unless he was in a serious disguise there is no way he wouldn't have been spotted. It's a very small area where the mausoleum is. Plus I hardly think he's on the list to gain access to the crypt.

He's not in custody...he posted bail so he is a free man for the moment. He just cannot leave the country because they made him surrender his passport.

Well I have only ever been 50/50 on whether he's alive or not, but now that number is very low for me, maybe 2%. There is just way too much hard evidence now to suggest he really died, and it really kills me to say that, you have no idea. I do think it's possible he was murdered, although it could have easily been horrible negligence too. Either way, I want to be here because I like you guys and I want to find the truth. I think there will always be a part of me that will hold out some hope though, however small that is.

Everything I've read indicates he was indeed 5'9". He wore heels a lot though, which made him seem taller and even thinner. Being 136 lbs at that height for a man is very thin, not as much for a woman because we're not as muscular. KF just spouts sh*t...I wouldn't listen to her.
