Well, here is the thing.. I've talked with my cousin, he is an anesthesiologist wich means that is not only a degree doctor, he have a speciality. I'll do my best to make it clear but my english is horrible, so.. do your best too to understand me 
He use propofol daily and I asked him about the "swimming in propofol" statement.. he told me that propofol is administrated by IV and of course it will be all over his body because it goes with the blood. BUT, if someone was using propofol and he have a cardiac arrest, a doctor will inmediatly cut the propofol dose and start CPR and he will give the patient oxygen, because is not difficult to reanimate the patient at least if he has some other cardiac problems.. the thing is that the Dr. can reanimate the patient even if he gets 20 minutes after the patient had the cardiac arrest.. he will probably have some serious issues because of the oxygen that is not getting into his body, but it will live. So.. if CM was really outside of the room for only 5 o 10 minutes as his lawyer stated the first days, and being a cardiologist himself, MJ will be living.. maybe with some health problems. but alive
The other thing is that if the Dr. was away before the dosis ended and the patient have a cardiac arrest but the dose is not cut it.. then that person will have a lot of propofol in his system, because even being death the IV keeps working (of course, you don't need to move a finger to make the liquid, whatever it is, get into your body when you use IV by drops).. but the thing is that no one can say that there was propofol coming out of his eyes and of course you can't say that he was swimming in propofol because he have it even in the veins behind his eyes -.- because forenses don't need to make a dosage in that area, the veins behind our eyes are the same that goes trough our arms and leg (i have no clue but a doctor surelly knows wich vein it is!).
Besides that he told me that if MJ really died some time before the 911 call was made, and considering the time of dead, the autopsy might started at 3pm aprox... if MJ was alive after he got his dosis of propofol and the cardiac arrest came later, and considering that our organism works even after we are considered dead (the organs have differents times of working remaining after the death, our brain works like 20 minutes after and our liver maybe 1 hour or more depending on the patient) then probably the amount of propofol will be lower because, yes, propofol needs a short time to dismiss in our organism... but considering this statement, he pressumes that (if Michael is really dead) he got the cardiac arrest before the dosis was ended, and of course his doctor was not there for at least 30 minutes since the cardiac arrest began.
Thank you so much for asking your cousin about this. That is exactly what I've heard from other doctors, that it is not hard to resuscitate someone after giving too much propofol, which means Murray is a big fat liar!! He had to have been out of the room for at least 20 minutes, not two. If MJ is really dead, then he should be charged with a heck of a lot more than involuntary manslaughter. :evil:

They released it once Murray was charged because the investigation is now officially over, and that's what they were waiting for.

This is an interesting thread. I'll have to read that book...thanks for the recommend. I would not put anything past these people...it's all about greed and money with them. I just hope MJ checked out before they got to him. This video gives me the creeps...

MJ doesn't appear to have been dead when the paramedics arrived -- the report says only that he was "asystolic" and "his pupils were fixed and dilated". Had he been dead, maybe the report would have said that there were no vital signs?! Or do you think someone could be bribed into saying "asystolic" rather than "no vital signs"?!
I feel so sorry for Michael... Something seems rotten in the state of CA. From what I understand, that does mean he had no vital signs. Asystolic basically means you're flatlined...there is no electrical activity or blood flow to the brain. And when the pupils are fixed and dilated that usually means you're braindead.  That's consistent with the paramedic's wife's statement when she said her husband told her MJ was already gone before they got there. And I agree that he was way too thin...he looks like a walking skeleton to me. I hated seeing him like that, and I could barely watch him in TII.

Contrary to popular belief, some statements , etc. did not make it to Youtube. However, once said not easily forgotten. Q did bash Michael. Case closed.

Erm, I'm pretty sure he's rubbing the snake... (rofl... that sounds bad too).. umm, what I mean is... the boa's tail is down there by Michael's leg. You can see it at the beginning but then it moves a little so you can't see it anymore.

It's totally incomprehensable to me that some people (minors?) in here believe that Michael would be so cruel to his fans to have an autopsy report released that gives a detailled description of him being dissected and taken apart piece by piece, all as part of some "plan" of his to show the injustice of the system.
Sorry, I find that highly disturbing. Wow, really good point...that is a disturbing thought. It's not like most of his fans believe in a hoax.

Yes....Dr. Cooper for one. That is who pronounced him dead. We also know there were paramedics from the LAFD at the house. They had to have worked on someone, unless they're also in on it.

Unfortunately, it isn't up to the family whether or not they want the records released. Under California law, autopsy results are a matter of public record. Once they charged Murray, the coroners' office was able to release them. Anyone can request them and that is why you have seen them everywhere. I really wish they were private...it doesn't seem right.

I don't think so.. He didn't practice in California so I don't think he had a medical license there.
right - and that is what the judge suspended (for the Medical Board) on Monday. So, nothing was suspended because you can't suspend a license you don't hold. LOL.
Dr. Murray does hold a medical license in California.... You are not allowed to view links.

When Joe and his sons went out of the court they were laughing and smilling. When they saw they were filming, they stopped smilling and laughing. A journalist asked a question about the trial to Jermaine and he said we are upset. Sorry but this speaks volume to me. Trust me, they knew they were being filmed the entire time...there was a mob of press and fans waiting outside for them, so they didn't stop laughing because they suddenly knew they were being filmed. There are glass doors on the courthouse...there's no way they didn't see everyone. They looked very upset to me, but that doesn't mean someone can't laugh or smile at times either. I still say that the person could not have had a terminal disease or this would have been mentioned in the report. They could not definitively say that propofol killed him then, which was their conclusion, and they would not have a case against Murray.

Another thing I noticed that the only one he follows is Janet, not one other brother. Nor are any of the brothers following Randy's tweet. They must have had some falling out.
Any opinions? I noticed that on his twitter too. It was interesting at the courthouse on Monday...when the hearing was over, all the Jacksons went out the front door and got in their SUV's together, except Randy...he went out the back by himself. I think there is definitely something up. The only person I saw Randy talk to was Joe very briefly.
