Jermaine Jackson / Re: Jermiane and Neverland

I don't know...I don't understand that either.  From what I can gather, MJ still has some sort of stake in Neverland, but he doesn't own it anymore.

Thanks for those...I hadn't seen the last one.  I love the "go to hell" one...I can watch that over and over.    Do you know of any where he didn't know the cameras were on him?

Oh and that's a good question about the charges.  I guess unless they found something to suggest malice, they wouldn't be able to get a guilty verdict so they opted for the lesser charge...I don't know.

It would be an interesting theory, and it does look strange with the blue screen, but to me he looks just how he looked when he went to Japan in 2007.

Edit:  I found these articles dated in 2007 & 2008 speaking about this exact deposition, so it must have happened when it said it did... You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Whenever I think about what LMP said, this video pops in my mind... You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login  He looks so serious, confident and in charge, and he looks pretty ticked off too.  It's the only time I've ever seen him like that.  Maybe there was another side we don't know.  But it's honestly hard for me to believe he could even raise his voice, never mind be "really, REALLY bad". I don't think I'll ever get over my school girl crush believing he could do no wrong.
Hadn't seen that video before, thanks. I don't notice he seems ticked off though, but there are other videos where he is ticked off. Which is not a bad thing on itself ofcourse, being ticked off.

Do you have links to these...I would love to see them!

He really went out the back door? O my. You are right Randy is acting waaay to strange. :o Why he did not go out with the rest of the family? Was somebody in the back waiting for him or what? ;) NOt a peep out of much of Randy! No interviews, nothing.

I don't know why he didn't go out with the rest of the family...no one was waiting for him that I could see...he had his SUV parked right by the exit, and I think he drove himself.  The press was all waiting for the family at the back door.  Randy and Joe made a brief appearance and went back inside, and then everyone realized the Jackson's were going out the front doors, so the whole mob of press ran as fast as they could around to the front. It was pretty funny watching them all scramble for the shot.

Also states gauze on the tip of his nose and "nasal structures"... so he DID have a false nose, albeit one that was under the skin.   Dont know how to feel about that....   if true, then my poor baby DID mutilate his face at the hands of unscrupilous greedy bastard plastic surgeons.

I don't understand the gauze on his nose.  You can't see gauze in the ambulance photo can you?  Did the paramedics put it on afterwards and, like someone mentioned earlier, they left everything in place for the autopsy?  I always thought it looked like the tip of his nose was missing in the ambulance pic. :(  I'm thinking they put gauze over it so no one would see it, which would have been very kind of them.

I agree he may just have had a very small incision scar from the pepsi accident after all the tissue expanders, laser, and surgery they did.  Maybe the coroners didn't even notice it.

The Coroner and Autopsy Report / Re: A heart attack - why not?

I don't know about Quirky...I don't feel that way, I just like to question everything, and I like facts.  When people say they "know" 100% that Michael is alive, they're not being realistic. None of us know anything for certain!  The only thing that annoys me is when people get jumped on for questions such as this, like how dare we question the hoax.  Trust me, I would love to believe this is a hoax, you have no idea...but I'm just one of those people that needs cold hard proof.

What theory is that...that Murray is symbolic?  No offense, but I don't subscribe to that kind of thing.  It's not that we want everyone to be wrong, not at all, it's just that we don't only believe ideas that fit into the hoax...it's called being objective.

Well I might as well throw my two pennies in...
Some of you know how I feel about the remake of this song (I always thought it was a bad idea/they needed to make a new song/it kinda ticked me off) and my feelings are still the same.

Now, since they went ahead and did this despite my disapproval, I will go ahead and critique it. Up until the bridge (you know... that part where suddenly everything changes and you actually feel something coming from this song, because somebody with burning passion coupled with undeniable talent starts singing? Yeah, you know the part.) this song sucked.  After the bridge took off... it got better. I actually didn't mind the rap part and thought they went into it smoothly, but coming back into the chorus seemed a little awkward. I HATE the voice manipulation... but that's just a personal preference I guess, and yes I definitely have issues with a lot of the performers that were chosen for this remake. Many of them put my teeth on edge.

I know everyone thinks this is a good thing because it will raise money for Haiti (I personally doubt it will bring in much, though) and that's great. But... like I said before, it seems like a heartless effort. And as far as I'm concerned, the heart is what makes the difference.

I agree with what you said 100%.  Personally I hated it, and I don't think Michael would have backed it at all, from a musical perspective.  The split screen with MJ and Janet looked so thrown together...Janet wasn't even in synch with him!    Of course I'm glad they're raising money for Haiti, but they could have just wrote a new song.  It made me mad to see Michael in there with most of these second-rate singers.  I'm really upset they mangled one of my favourite songs.

That's been the big nagging question for me from the start.  Why involve Murray in this whole thing?  Why not just die of a heart attack or drug overdose?  If Murray's in on it, he has to have been living in fear from some deranged fan for the last 8 months.  It's a real possibility someone could take him out.  Would Michael risk someone else's life for a hoax?  In the footage I've seen of Murray, he doesn't even look like he has bodyguards near him.  I just don't know what to think anymore...

I dont think it was left over "dig" at him either. Her post is sincere and I really dont think she means anything bad at all by what she said.
But what bad things could it be? I dont think Deb having his kids would be considered bad.
She emphasized "really REALLY bad things"

I, personally am not trying to say he did ANYTHING bad cus my interpretation of bad could be vastly different then hers....but that statement just kinda stood out to me....maybe its nothing, but I sure am curious!!
And Id like to add that this statement by LMP is just a curiosity of mine. Wether its mob related or not. Since we were on the subject, I thought I would post it...I do NOT want to give the impression that I think her statement about "really, REALLY bad things..." has ANYTHING to do with the mafia, so please dont read into it like that.
I was just wondering what bad things she was talking about....I guess we will never know.

I have always wondered about this too.  I wish she wouldn't have said it unless she was going to elaborate.  It conjures all sorts of things in my mind.  :?  Not that I think Michael was a bad person at all, maybe just not as saintly as I'd like to believe...but sometimes I wonder how well we really knew him, ya know?
