Might want to change the thread to "Looking for Alovesong." Better chance of catching her attention. Just an idea.

That's the Daily Mail for 'ya. I disregard 99% of what they write.

And I'd love to know who "Michael’s closest confidante" is...

Odd that it's a site with prices in Euros but since Nona lives there... alrighty.

As far as Nona... why would she open a shop in Taj's name? Am I missing something? I've read several articles about her claims concerning MJ's children but haven't seen a direct connection to Taj?

This must be one of the shirts on the site:

I just wonder if he really was so unhealthy how he passed the 5 hour medical for the concert?

To be honest it would not matter to them wheter Michael was healty or not, as long as he offically passed the test but we have no idea of how legit it is. They are first thinking about the profit and money then other things. So passing the test is fixable...

Are you talking about AEG or Lloyds?

Anyone can invoke the Freedom of Information Act. I did so years ago to get Elvis' FBI files, which I still have. And I requested MJ's too and I'm waiting for them now. I don't know why that Petrelis guy wants them, but his desire to get them isn't original or unique. Anyone can do it, (I am proof of that).

Right - that's why the Act was passed. The difference is this guy had an agenda w/ a sexuality slant in making his request. Now we know who (and per his blog most likely why) this person requested info. Moving on... I'm curious what are in the files. Would love to hear when you receive them.

The ONLY reason MJ's sexuality came up is b/c we/ I were investigating who Michael Petrelis is and why he was invoking the Freedom of Information Act. His reasons for doing so were written on his blog. I have no desire to discuss Mj's sexuality. It was a hoax investigation b/c we/I wanted to find out who was requesting the information (MJ's FBI file).

FBI Has 3,000 Pages on Ted Kennedy

When a person dies, you can file a Freedom of Information Act request with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for any records on the deceased. My open government bone gets itchy many times when famous people pass away.

I experienced an episode of nosiness when homo-hating Sen. Jesse Helms died, I filed a FOIA, and the FBI soon revealed it had more than 1,000 pages on him. But more than a year after his demise, the feds still have not released a single page on the North Carolina politician.

The feds received another request from me in the summer when closeted gay singer Michael Jackson died, and in response the FBI said it had 600 pages on him, but didn't say when that file would be released.

(about half-way down or do a search for "Jackson")

Wonder what his interest is in MJ's file?

FBI's Michael Jackson File = 591 Pages

When I submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for any records they may have in their archive on Michael Jackson, I expected the agency would reply saying they didn't locate any such records, or that there were only a handful on pages on the late entertainer. I was wrong.

A letter from the FBI yesterday informs me they've located close to 600 pages on him. As I've learned from years of filing these sort of FOIAs, it's going to be a while before anything is released, and, when pages are eventually provided to me, they could be quite mundane.

Here's the FBI letter on my Michael Jackson FOIA:"

Found these pics of Geraldo and Joe Jackson when Joe received an award from Al Sharpton's National Action Network on October 24:

Well doctors in both cases (supposedly) supplied the drugs in question.

Re: ANS's doctors:
"Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Howard K. Stern are accused of conspiring to illegally provide the former Playboy model with sedatives and opiates before she died. They are not charged with causing her death."

Of course the charges could be different for Murray (i.e. manslaughter). It will be interesting to see IF Murray is ever charged if he will lose his license/ ability to write prescriptions.

Note: I'm putting aside all the theories about Murray not being real, etc.

I just finished reading that myself but on MSN.  What strikes me is that the judge said he seen no need to suspend their license considering the amount of time that has passed since AN's death and that the doctors posed no threat to other patients (my interpretation).  Does this mean that since Murray has gone back to work he is more than likely going to get the same type of treatment?  He was apparently administering propofol when he wasn't even licensed to do so but is he going to get off on the same type of technicality?

I guess time will tell. I had always thought if you are charged for a crime, or in this case many crimes, you are put under (sometimes temporary) suspension until the outcome of the trial.
