To many, “meekness” suggests the idea of passivity, someone who is easily imposed upon, spinelessness, weakness. Since Jesus declared Himself to be meek (Matthew 11:29), some perceive Him as a sissy-type character.
Nothing could be further from the truth. In the Greek New Testament, “meek” is from the Greek term praus. It does not suggest weakness; rather, it denotes strength brought under control. The ancient Greeks employed the term to describe a wild horse tamed to the bridle.
In the biblical sense, therefore, it describes one who has channeled his strengths into the service of God.
The meek person submits to God!

I had the ' access denied ' thing come up a couple of days ago but when I tried again it went back to normal so I didn't have the password come up. Very strange that your forum login should let you in though!!!? In what way is Saving The World morally negative? He is helping US help ourselves - I would entrust to him any amount of money more than anyone else on the planet & know he would do the right thing with it.Anyone who feels this is negative should search out his reasons & the very large implications & realise the lengths gone to to help people see what he is doing - you can lead a horse to water & all that jazz. The final analysis comes down to each individual. Personally I prefer to find as many facts as I can before making assumptions & then I try & leave those assumptions open to change if more info changes the picture - of course I could just be crazy, that is a large possibility :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have got his name wrong - for some reason I always end up calling him Alfredo - no idea why other than my daft head :lol: I might edit my post or just plain give up :lol: :lol: :lol: I've got to laugh or I'll end up even more mad! I didn't realise he had other series - thanks for letting me know - now there's a small chance I might get the right guy :lol:

Thanks for the vid Mo & Souza I agree I think he's really good & yes bendier but really well put together & performed.I can't get the TMZ video to load properly though so I can't watch all of it - anyone else have that problem?

I have the same problem with my avatar - the only one it accepted was the sunflowers that was a sample picture that came with my computer - I don't know if that helps? Enjoy your summer & happy reading.
