I think this is important, but unfortunately I don't see how we can get info about his business A lot has been reported on in the press. Not the minutiae, but what has gone on. Call it history.

I know this will make for unpopular reading but........It's not a hoax! Wakey Wakey.
What is going on is real. Think about it. A man has been charged with manslaughter, that means the said person (mj) died. You think the courts and judges would waste their time with this show? You think if MJ was in protection they would even go down this route....hauling the jacksons into court etc? Come on. How long do you need to wait to know this. The next court hearing WILL decide Murray's trial date and he WILL be tried for manslaughter. Yes, because MJ did die sadly. Randy once tweeted how annoyed he was that nobody from AEG came to the courts, 'Sitting in court & I'm sad. Those profiting most from my bro’s death: AEG, Randy Phillips, Kenny Ortega, Estate Executors r nowhere in sight'Do you honestly think he would tweet that if every word was not true - he was pissed about that. Rightly so.
To think this is still a hoax is to completely ignore what is going on. There is stuff going on here that needs looking at properly.
If you want the truth, don't go the wrong way.

if you havent worked for mike for 20 years or so dont you think it is strange that you give an opinion? Who hasn't worked for mj for 20 years? Lopez? He was there at least up until 2008. He refinanced the sony/atv catalogue. Raymone Bain brought him in around 2006 i think. If you're talking about someone who hasn't worked for MJ in 20 yrs and then suddenly found employment with him in 2009 that would be Frank Dileo. Hmmm.

No, in UK and American Law Manslaughter always means the killing of a human being.
Manslaughter is a legal term for the killing of a human being, in a manner considered by law as less culpable than murder.
Manslaughter is usually broken down into two distinct categories: voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter.
Murray is being tried on involuntary manslaughter - criminally negligent homicide.
In many jurisdictions such as California, malice may be found if gross negligence amounts to wilful or depraved indifference to human life. In such a case, the wrongdoer may be guilty of second degree murder.
You must understand, manslaughter in ALL cases means that the said person died. Look at the word - Man slaughter......

I guess Murray won't be charged at all.
Because he has done nothing wrong.  But he has been charged with manslaughter already and pleaded not guilty. You cannot even bring a charge of manslaughter if someone didn't die. Even if Murray is found not guilty, somone still had to have died. Unless of course people think that the court proceedings are not real..........that is not likely at all.

Here's the odd thing. Brian oxman from day one has always gone on about the fact that MJ was abusing pain medication and he was using it for pain he had. He states he had warned that this day would come and he had discussed it with the family etc. Yet we all know that in the tox report no pain medications were found, only benzo's and propofol which were both said to be used for insomnia. So why was brian so quick to jump the gun here. It is possible that MJ had been using pain medication previously, but not that night. The hair sample should show a pattern of medication taking if that is the case, so people will know one way or the other. It seems to me that no-one in his family knew what he was/was not taking in the months prior to 25th June. The AR also states that his organs seemed in fine health, so would that be consistent with long-term drug use?
The interventions that his family talk about - which drugs were they trying to prevent MJ taking during these interventions? Pain medication or something else? You would think they are referring to pain medication since that is mainly what has been referred to, but no-one has actually stated what the interventions were for specifically. If it was related to pain medication abuse ( as brian says he broke his leg and a vertebrate) did he cure that abuse as nothing came up in the tox report and his organs were healthy? Also if MJ continued to be in pain physically, what was he taking for it if not pain medication?
Arnie Klein says MJ was a propofol addict. He says that ever since the history tour he has used propofol. Whether that is true we have yet to find out - but if Klein knew he was using propofol why did he not tell the family?
My only conclusion in this so far is that the family knew MJ was using doctors who would give him what he wanted rather than what he needed. Perhaps this is the reason behind the interventions. So why did Joe Jackson introduce Murray to MJ? Such a confusing picture.

Just a note to say i asked for this section to be put up so people can discuss MJ's business-related activities and interests, such as Colony Capital etc. It may provide us with a bigger picture of what is really going on. I guess past financial matters/deals would also come under this as well as business deals concerning Branca and the Estate.

Murray either killed MJ or he did not. As hoax theory goes, MJ is not dead.
So how can you charge someone with manslaughter, if someone did not die?

The cardiologist question is interesting, so you might say how on earth did a cardiologist come into contact with MJ in the first place? It is known that Murray was introduced to MJ by Joe Jackson. Murray even treated MJ's kids in Vegas. But why would a cardiologist even treat MJ's kids (for colds). A general practitioner would do this job, at least in the UK this is what would be done. The question of how murray got involved and exactly how long he knew MJ before the rehearsals is still an important one in terms of building a picture.
It still has not been ascertained how long Murray was giving MJ propofol for, and what his tolerance level was at the time of june 25th.......law enforcement do not believe that murray was weaning MJ off propofol. In fact they don't believe or trust Murray's account of what happened at all. The hair sample by the way will reveal A LOT. I do know that, i have checked.

Ok, for a start this is the Murder Theory thread. That is what gets discussed here. There is at least an equal probability that MJ is dead. Those that do not even want to contemplate this, i fear for you, really.
Put it this way, if i can hypothesize, if mj hoaxed then you have nothing to worry about. If MJ is dead and you had your head firmly in the hoax sand all this time.......what will you think then?
It amazes me that so many think nothing bad has happened here. Is the hoax merely a comfort zone? My prediction is there is going to be nasty shock soon. Just my prediction. Let's see what happens.

And what still bothers me... Why does the dc say that is residence was at Hayvenhurst? He lived on CW drive... Hayvenhurst is the only residence that MJ owns. He did not own carolwood. AEG paid for carolwood......You will see on page 2 of the JAN doc that 125 refers to the place of injury and this is carolwood. Check the corresponding box on page 1 where is says 'coroners use only'. You are not allowed to view links.
