Conrad Murray's legal team are struggling to compile their defense for their client, as they are still awaiting the full evidence and discovery relating to the case. One of Murray's attorney's, Michael Flanagan, even went so far as to say the D.A's office are being "a little bit secretive" with the information.

So i guess there's a lot more evidence to come yet, discounting the autopsy and affidavit which is already public. Can't wait. Murray's legal team seem worried.

Here is the article that some people have been talking about on other threads. Don't enlarge, just scroll down.

I mentioned a while ago, when the autopsy report came out, that i read an article in the Daily Telegraph Magazine (Aug 15th 2009) that described Michael Jackson as he lay in a room at the Coroner's awaiting autopsy. I distinctly remembered at the time i read it that it said he was wearing black bottoms of some sort. Anyway, here is the article on eBay. The relevant information is in the first paragraph. You can just make some of it out. If you look at line 4 and 5 it says He was dressed in shiny black *pyjamas*. I say *pyjamas* because i can't be certain of the word, but i know for definite it referred to black bottoms, and i recollect it was nightwear.

I have the article at home, i just haven't had time to locate it yet!

This Is It / One Night World Spectacular
« on: February 19, 2010, 09:28:34 AM »
Reading through some posts, i noticed that a few people had heard this mentioned some time ago, but i don't think a topic was made about it so here it is. Here is the relevant quote from the article and the article itself. I'm sure there are more articles that reported this.

Michael’s confidante told me that he had come up with a last-minute plan to meet everybody’s needs. He wanted AEG to stage the This Is It show as a one-night world spectacular -- the largest one-time pop music event in history. It would be produced live from London, and it would be available in movie theaters, arenas and concert halls around the world simultaneously with immediate CD and DVD release.

So that's where Randy got the TII idea from. Accidental greatness indeed.

Ideas & Suggestion for MJDHI / Murray Court Case and evidence
« on: February 17, 2010, 08:33:41 AM »
Hi Mo and Souza, is there any chance we can have a new section put up, perhaps in 'THE MEDIA' category whereby we can discuss things that are directly linked to the case being brought against Murray. I have noticed that a lot of things associated with the case, such as the affidavit, comments by murray's lawyers, evidence going to be presented in court etc tends to all be put under breaking news. But because 'breaking news' is very active with news not just of the case, news posts related to the case get lost and broken up in the sea of different topics. Plus, if people want to discuss particular aspects of the case there is no section under which to do this. If there could be a section, it could be called something like 'Murray Court Case and Evidence'.

However, i can see a problem arising where a piece of news like this could go in 'Breaking News' or 'Murray Court Case...', so perhaps there could be 2. Like 'Breaking News - Court Case' and underneath 'Court Case - discuss the evidence' (if it's not breaking news). I think it would keep related things together and make it easier for members to keep track of what's posted.

I was just wondering, because this has been done before, but what if what Murray is saying in the voicemail is a coded confirmation that Murray has 'done his job' with MJ - by that i mean murder. Just a thought, only a thought.

Jermaine Jackson / Jermiane and Neverland
« on: February 12, 2010, 06:12:26 PM »
Why is/was Jermaine so eager to bury MJ at Neverland when it is not even owned by MJ anymore? Is that not like handing your brother over to be owned by someone else?

The Coroner and Autopsy Report / A heart attack - why not?
« on: February 12, 2010, 09:59:53 AM »
If it is possible, as many hoax theorists claim, for MJ to fake an autopsy report, to fake a court case that the LAPD have brought, to fake an affidavit etc, why did he not just opt to die of a heart attack and have that put on the autopsy report? At least then nobody else is implicated or dragged into his hoax death and things don't get too complicated. Also, the heart attack could have been hastened by the stress of the concerts - in fact this was the idea the media mistakenly jumped on because it was so plausible.

Michael Jackson News / Continue to contribute
« on: February 08, 2010, 06:32:15 PM »
Whether the hoax theory has been spoiled for you or not, I hope this site will remain open and function as usual. A lot of important data and facts have been shared on this site. As the trial develops everyone who is interested in justice and hearing the truth should continue to follow developments on here and contribute information. If you thought the 'hoax theory' was a mind bender, wait until you hear Murray's defence.

Tohme Tohme / Jermaine and Thome
« on: February 06, 2010, 06:24:38 PM »
If Jermaine introduced Thome to MJ and then MJ fired Thome and brought in DiLeo, doesn't it make sense that Jermaine would have known about Thome being fired? Why then, did Jermaine allow Thome to speak at the conference? Also, if DiLeo was at the hospital as he said, why did he allow Thome to speak when DiLeo represents MJ?
