TMZ had the following tweet for only a couple of minutes, and then they changed it. I figured they would so I took a picture of it. They changed it to "Michael Jackson's Family at X-Factor" (going from memory, so I think that's what they wrote.)
Also, LaToya sent the following tweet to Paris a couple of minutes ago.

Ok, guys- I need someone with audiovisual recording and editing skills to help me out. There is this guy with a cap and very dark glasses sitting behind Katherine (to the viewers right when facing the tv). This guy is mostly hidden from view by K's nephew. At the end of Earth Song- there is a clear shot. It is right after the song stops, everyone claps, and the camera zooms to the Jacksons. You can see the guy saying something and Blanket looks back at him (or maybe he just looks at his Grandmother who is clearly touched)- but who knows. This shot was the first that caught my interest- due to the glasses.
Of course, my husband was teasing me (maybe it's Michael)- well, he doesn't know how crazy I can get over things like this. I have played it back and forth in slow motion several times, but was wondering if anyone who had recorded it can get it up on the computer so we can have a closer look. Like I said, I think this is the only clear shot of this guy.
Thanks in advance. It's probably nothing, but hey- this was an "odd" show. So much excitement. The brothers coming on stage to introduce Katherine and the kids (then they were not seen again- the brothers that is). I thought it was interesting how K and the kids actually spoke several times during the show.
I have to say, after the guilty verdict and the sentencing I have had many doubts about the hoax- but this really stirred me up again.

Ok, I just finished watching the UK version and yes, the US version has been heavily edited. The parts about mani/pedicure are taken out, as have the parts about bed wetting. Playing devil's advocate I could argue that this was done due to the immense pressure msnbc was under from the public to NOT be disrespectful to Michael. The letter of the Estate could play in. Those two statements are statements that are not public record (everything mentioned in the trial is now public record and therefore not a violation of HIPAA). Those two statements however, violate HIPAA laws. My question to any legal minds here- does it matter where confidentiality is broken? Meaning, if I talk about my patients in the UK, can't I still be held liable if I break a US law? I am not sure, hence my question. As far as the state of Michael's bedroom and bathroom. THAT in itself is not odd- we have seen pictures of his Neverland bedroom and bathroom in similar states. However- maybe THAT is exactly the point. That in 2005, those pictures of his bedroom and bedroom were also published... I found the whole "reality-show" aspect of this so weird. I have to say, since the verdict, I have doubted many of my beliefs regarding the hoax. However, if anything, this documentary once again opened my eyes. There was an article about CHernoff and Flanagan not knowing about the documentary. What? The camera crew in Flanagan's dining room was not a dead givaway? What did they think THAT was for? Also, did it seem to anyone else that some of the trial material seemed different from what we saw during the trial? It seemed to switch from HD to regular quite a bit, also, the angles were off at times. How about the gag order? They were talking to a camera crew DURING the trial. Does that not voilate the gag order (even if the result was not shown until after)? So many questions. The "I am the Source" comment- OMG! Until reading this thread I didn't even think of TS- but MAN! This just blew my mind. The only date I can see being discussed is 5 July 2009 when the Holy Ghost appeared to Murray (yeah- THAT was bad acting- seriously?  )... Personally, I think mjviva is full of it and I don't trust that person at all for many reasons, so I don't know what to make of the date thing.

Doesn't it look like the This Is It dvd on the dresser? Or is there another DVD with that pose that I'm unaware of?
Also...look at the reflection in the mirror. You can see a guy in there and you can see him moving in the video. The pic is a bit blurry but gives you idea of what it looks like.

*very quick, very random thought on the talk about the stars on the CA seal..............
It's almost as if we/they are dancing around with the stars......as in Dancing with the Stars (on ABC/Disney owned)........don't know......told you it was random and just popped into my mind. Justin Bieber is performing tonight....I think. I don't typically watch that show......it used to be fun to watch, then for some reason, it changed.......oh well........just one of many random thoughts.......

Interesting you mention DWTS- Immortal Tour will feature next week- 11/8... Which is one day before 11/9 (the reverse of 9/11)- which as Adi pointed out above is 7 days from opening statement. Hm... I think it is also important that the verdict will happen in week 7 - unless it comes down this week (unlikely with OS starting Thursday)- or goes above a week (which I also doubt). Illusionist, btw- is one of my favorite movies.... It was funny how no one in the media made the connection that this movie is about a faked death...

There are some things mentioned, I could get over: It is POSSIBLE they put a gown on so the family viewing him would not be disturbed. It is likely he would have brought into a recovery room for family viewing. The tubing and tape on the face (from being intubated) would have to stay in place - only the coroner can remove those by US law. So that would be correct.
It is possibly his face was not grey due to ongoing resuscitation processes...
What I can't get over, and what makes me think this is fake: It definitely looks like Michael- so, how does the "patient looked like a hospice patient" (thing, emaciated etc) fit in?
Michael was thin, sure, but his wrist was NOT this tiny. Not in the shots from TII from the night before. NO WAY.
The legs looks way too short. I know that could possibly be a perspective problem, but I don't think so.
It is possible parts of this were MJ- I can see how he would pose for it... But it seems like a doll put together from different pieces. Which reminds me how Michael in TII was supposed to be revealed piece by piece by piece...

Michael deserves more then an Oscar.. He is fantastic, slurring his words.. He is coherent that is for sure, he knows what he was talking about, so they cannot say he was drunk, doped or anything else. To me it sounds Michael did it un purpose like everything else he does, with the media. Jermaine vouched it.. Michael knew what he was saying, it was so beautiful for what he wants to do for the children in hospital. Does that sound a man who wants to kill himself with propofol? Give me a break..
Murray will be free, and Michael will come back. This is a great lessons to all the media in this world, to get the facts straight before any printing. blessings.
You're right. I got the impression that Michael had cotton in his mouth when he was talking. LOL. I didn't believe for one minute that it was real.

Just heard it for the first time today. It sounds like he just had oral surgery- and/or as if he was holding his nose- VERY nasal. It's not slurred as much as spoken without breathing through the nose. Also, yes- I have heard my patients high on sedatives and high on other stuff- they are usually NOT this coherent. NO WAY!

I noticed on that emergency medical report on the bottom says found on the floor with Murray performing CPR, but the EMT testify that MJ was found on the bed and they moved him to the floor.
I keep going back and forth about this with friends and others on twitter. Some (nonbelievers) say it is inconsequential. WELL- no, not really. Let's remember these are witnesses for the prosecution. They are prepped BY prosecution. The DA KNOWS already what the answers will be- this is how a case works. Surprises by YOUR witnesses generally only happen in movies (hehe). So,- the DA would have known the details do not match up and they would have asked differently. Why would they manipulate their own case (if this was a real case). In that- this "detail" is important. And where did the testimony of MJ with legs on the floor come from? Was he cold on the floor, move back to the bed, then EMTs came in too soon and he dropped back? Why in the world would his legs be off the bed, feet on the floor? And how in the world aren't people catching on? The mismatch in testimony to me points to a hoax court. Unless the sting is the media as others have said- since the NEVER catch on. And also, DO NOT ever report on any of the defense side (this was pointed out on HNL last night- "your viewers will think there is no defense they way you report it"- which would TOTALLY match the 05 case.

so i am watching HLN and a lady said that the voice could have been slowed down to sound like that so therefore they need to do a scientific examination of that recording.

Hi all! Sorry I have been so awol! Life got in the way of posting. But I have not veered off the hoax trail.. I certainly missed you all! bearhug First, I don't know if this has been addressed- but with inclusive time counting, 2009-2012 is 4 years (you count 09 as one, then 10 as two, and so on)- this is the counting as used in the bible, and as TS pointed out in one of his very initial intros to the hoax, the counting Michael often used. For myself, I have set Dec 31 2012 as a deadline. I think if Michael doesn't BAM by then, it won't happen. I still think he is alive, but I won't think he will come back... So, TS' post was VERY interesting to me... Have any of you read the new book "M.Poetica: Michael Jackson's Art of Connection and Defiance" by Willa Stillwater? It is only available as an e-book. She uses Michael's art to really point out what he is trying to tell us. She also, highlights the origin of his initial psychological injury: The Chandler accusations. Especially, she focuses on the stripsearch (which, she points out was like a rape to him- and I always felt that way, too), and how the presence of those pictures has always haunted him, and how he tried time and time again to get them back. She calls them "the Kryptonite to his Superman"- evidence of his humiliation and trauma- out there, unsecured. Now, many of us have talked before about parallels between the Murray trial and the Chandler accusations as well as the 2005 trial. The stripsearch pictures have been liked to the admission of the (fake, if you are a hoax believer) autopsy pictures. The reason, I bring this up, is b/c, among other things, the events of 93 are, as I believe, tied to the hoax. Not alone- but as one of the puzzle pieces. The book, investigates other things Michael addressed through his art- and if you read it and are a believer you find that we have talked about many of them. One of the main topics concerns him being a master prankster and illusionist- a shape shifter (see: Thriller, Ghosts, Moonwalker....)- teaching us lessons about ourselves. Another piece of the puzzle that has occurred recently, among the discussed tribute details (which are so obvious they simply cannot be a coincidence), the upcoming trial and connected resurgence of the tabloid media and self proclaimed MJ experts (a la Rabbi Boteach) and the old cast of characters (Arni Klein), are articles addressing pedophilia in the entertainment industry. I find this very interesting, as I still hold to my often stated belief that there is a sting/FBI aspect to the hoax as well. Again, I believe MJ was tied into investigating this monstrosity- and he was attacked for it, and branded a pedophile himself. Nothing about this hoax operates on one level. To me, it is as multi-layered as Michael's art. There is a surface- and then there are hundreds of sub-levels. TS, thank you for this thread- and thanks to all of you for all the great insights. I love the mention of the ARG as well again- I think it certainly is one of those levels the hoax operates on. And then we have the Elvis connection... It has certainly gotten more exposure, hasn't it? Btw- I don't know if this has been brought up, but LMP on her fb site also mentioned the new exhibit as well as the 35th anniversary being a very special one... Hm, hm, hm....

On the contrary- by all accounts, Michael was extremely well read ( and self taught), especially on all the classics, religion, philosophyv, art, history... The Pythagoram theorem is not all that advanced- and in antiquity all philosophers were versed in mathematics. Michael, so I've heard and read, spent enormous amounts of time on reading (remember, he suffered from insomnia)- and loved to debate the master works.
