I just read on twitter Oxman just made a statement thatcMJ was a drug addict. Anyone heard this and can give details? I'm out at dinner and have not seen another read about this.

Just watched the recap on Good Morning America (ABC). They referred to the prelim having been a "circus that always seems to follow Michael Jackson's career."
Katherine was shown being interviewed coming out of the courtroom:
She said: "I think it is going pretty well so far. There are some things said I don't agree with, but it's ok."
Also, she mentions the lack of CPR knowledge: "He's a doctor and he doesn't know CPR? That is the biggest lie I've ever been told."
I thought her words were interesting (I tried to jot them down as verbatim as I could- I had to look for a pen first..lol). I am sure she did not agree with some of this- I can see her having had reservations from the start, but in the end having seen that it was necessary. Also, she vehemently pointed to one of the most glaring weirdnesses- the fact that a 'doctor' does not know CPR.

They are running a report now. Interestingly, they showed pics with Murray in a red tie (which may be an old one) and court room drawings with a yellow-ish tie.
The went over the "Murray did not know CPR" bit as well as mentioned how much propofol was supposedly administered ("enough for major surgery").
I recorded it and will wach back if I missed anything (b/c I am channel surfing). What was kind of interesting was that right after this report they had the report of hte Innocent man in Texas who was cleared after 32 years. Which probably means nothing, except that I am super-sensitive to all kinds of aspects now.

I have not seen another thread about this (but it is early here)- if there is, please move admins, thank you.
Lisa Marie took down her blog posts about Michael yesterday from her My Space account (I believe that pertains to the blog right after his death and the Sunflower blogs). I have not done any number counts or anything to see if there might be any revelance to the date (such as how many days it was up or anything). Like I said, it's early. Some people have said, hey, she is moving on, it's the beginning of a new year- etc. Which is a possible explanation. On the other hand, those people do not have hoax on their brain like I do. They did point out it is the beginning of a new day for her...which made me think of Another Day immidiately. I just can't help it.
In light of yesterday's redirect reminding us about there not being coincidences, it just made me wonder. Isn't there also some big Elvis celebration coming up in early January?
So, maybe it's nothing, maybe it is. I thought I'd share anyway.

I have several questions about the song (beyond the obvious Behind the Mask statement), and wonder if you all had some inputs or information that could help. One was addressed in another thread: the Live cut. From the start- that has been startling to me. I know it is A LIVE cut- so that could be a clue in itself. I also liked what some of you pointed out in the Live from Bucharest Thread regarding how this might have been the first time it really stood out to TPTB HOW powerful Michael was and could be. If you listen to the intro, there is the tapping of a musical staff. You know, like the musical director does before the concert starts. The Majaestro directing his work? Michael again pointing out that only he gives the cues to start? Now, what about the saxophone? Who is playing it? I tried to find any reference in the booklet, but could not find anything. What could its significance be? If any (I wonder if sometimes an apple is just an apple- but then again, we are talking about Michael- so I doubt it). Every time,I think Saxophone I think Bill Clinton- but I doubt that's it.  Any composers etc out there that have info on how and why sax music is used that could shed light?

Reading on here all day (ok, just about all day) and having been a long-time member on several mj/lmp boards leads me to the following thing that has bothere me all day. It seemed like this was the place to share this thought (as others already think I am becoming slightly unhinged):
The picture of Lisa Marie at Michael's casket: The one that had never before been seen by anyone BEFORE her Oprah interview. From the moment I watched it- it seemed out of place.
1) Why show it at all? She talked about standing at his casket ALONE, not wanting to leave him. Did we need an illustration? Was it proof she was there? Why?
2) Who took it if she was there ALONE? Did a family member turn around and say, oh, how cute, Lisa with her hand on Michael's casket- let's snap a quick pic.
3)If it was the family photographer- why was he still there? She said ALONE. She did not say, me and the photographer hung out... Would she not have asked him to leave if she wanted to be there by herself? And, did he hang around JUST incase someone came back? Or was this part of the plan- to take that picture...
4)The way she holds the program. A bit much to me. I would hold a program that way if I wanted to remember where this pic was taken. I'm pretty sure she'll remember.
In conclusion: This picture, to me, is a clue and proof that Lisa was- at least from this point on in on the hoax.

Hello all!
I guess my introduction is like many others here: Part of me cannot believe I am here, as I am about the least likely person to believe in death hoaxes. Yet- here I am. And happy to be here!
Having been a fan of Michael's since I was in my early teens (I am 42 now), I took his death very hard- as many others have too. From the start, something just seemed off. Things did not fit- I told myself it was "crazy" to believe anyting else but that he was gone. As a scientist, I believe in empirical evidence- as a spirtitual being I have come to understand that there are many more things out there than what we can measure and proove. Anyway... I told myself it was just foolish to see patterns where there are none, and for about a year, I tried not to think about the possibility that this was a hoax.
Well, then I got fed up by how people talking about the hoax were treated by the overal fan community- with just plain hostility and rudeness. I cannot stand either. Both are usually fueled by ignorance. So, recently, I told myself, well, why not investigate what the beLievers believe in? I started by reading Pearl Jr's book (which I have not finished yet), then found this site and felt like I was being hijacked to another galaxy.
I have been trying to catch up on all the intro material, trying not to overload my brain. NOT an easy task. I am trying to take it one bit of info at a time- as I get more and more convinced that what I have felt from the start may actually be true: that Michael is alive.
So, thank you to this site- and thank you all of you posters here. I have only begun to exlore all there is to read, but I cannot wait to get to know you all!
