Well if she really spoke to the LAPD investigators about this..you'd expect the interview to have been recorded or protocoled or whatever. This would also need to be brought up during the trial with Murray - based on Grace's testimony. Murray's legal team would certainly try to get Grace on their side cus this would help the defence MUCH more than the funny story about MJ being a druggie and injecting himself a shot of propofol and other fairy tales.

It's just so ridiculous how the defence always comes up with something so absurd!! Instead of actually focusing on things that could POSSIBLY help Murray. I mean why don't they try to obtain a professional feedback on Murray - from his colleagues, former professors, medical institution...anyone CREDIBLE, for chrissake!? Well cus they're busy looking for 1,5 year old syringes that were found on an unsealed crime scene. Gimme a break.

Oh, but the prosecution team isnt staying behind...their recent story about Murray's new lawyer having a personal conflict is a hoax in itself.

This is VERY FUNNY! How can he possibly have a conflict of interest?! If he has one, that's just his persnal issue or that of Murray, but NOT of the counterparty - they cant object to that, only way they could is if G. was gonna TRY/hear the case as a judge- THAT is a conflict. Either this is a scam or it's a funny strategy of the prosecution team, although I have no idea what they're tryin to achieve.I expect the judge to dismiss it within 10mins of filing.If not, I shall go back to law school LOL. If there's any US lawyer on here Id like to hear their opinion.

Only question that should be asked regarding that book-
Why have the family/estate not filed for it to be stopped legally?
Instead of flying off all over the world and have the media reporting him to be a bad father and husband,why doesn't Jermaine put time and effort into protecting Michael/his legacy and his children from this trash and lets be honest-blatent lies and slander.
KJ should be furious,as should ALL Jacksons.
I think they need to take some lessons from Michael's fans in how to unite and stand up for justice.

This infuriates me to the point of almost having no words....almost.

It's the same story as with the Discovery channel and its planned MJ autopsy. God knows if the Jacksons/Estate would of objected hadnt the fans protested on such massive scale. Makes you go hmmm.

Usher's "performance" at the Memorial really turned me off.  His performance seemed so fake to me; I couldn't wait for him to stop singing.  And then when he touched the coffin, I remember thinking 'Oh Please'!  I didn't think Michael was even in the coffin (I still thought he was really dead at this time, although the Memorial was the first thing that made me truly wonder).  Anyway, I don't mean to bash Usher and I do think he has talent (I also recently saw him in a movie and thought he acted well too), but I still can't shake that performance, even though it's been a year and a half.  He needs to stop trying to be Michael and be his own self already.  You would think these younger artists would have learned to be themselves from Michael, someone who truly was himself.

Touching the coffin was too much...a cliche in the worst imaginable form. But I didnt know he's SO lame...

I think when Murray was doing CPR it crushed MJ's ribs because he was doing CPR on the bed.

In fact THAT is weird because you usually crash the ribs when doing CRP on a hard surface. Doing it on bed (soft surface) is not effective, precisely because the force of the presses is weakend due to the soft surface which allows the body to sink and thus absorbs the force. It's not making much sense. Also if I remember correctly, the prelim revealed that at some stage MJ was lying naked on the floor with Murray kneeling beside him and moaning "does anyone know how to do CPR" - cardiologist doesnt know that, right.

This is just so sad, sick and sorry, but disgusting. I wanted to remember Usher singing Gone to soon at the memorial. Now I just cant help it but FAKE is the only word that comes to mind now...
