Other Odd Things / Re: My personal experiences with this hoax
« on: February 10, 2015, 12:10:06 PM »
You're right, there isn't a connection to the van. Today I asked the IT department again how this banner shows up and where the information comes from. To be clear, what is shown on the screen isn't a regular tv broadcast, but, like I said, local information and news from our town and from our city hall (which is where I work). The footage only shows at the city hall. However, the banner in the bottom of the screen is a RSS feed from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
My collegue from IT said that maybe an old item has accidentaly showed up in the banner. Maybe it was from last year, referring to the hologram appearance of Michael, 'singing' "Slave to the rhytm", I don't know...

Do, I don't recognize any of it, what broadcasting company was it? I know people in Dutch media land so I am sure I can get the footage if you tell me where it was, what day and what time.

According to the IT department of my work (I called them right after I saw it), it was taken from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
It was on Thuesday, February 3, in the afternoon.
So it was not on tv but on something your IT department made?
I don't know exactly how it works. I work at a city hall and we have screens with local information of our town. However, in the bottom of the screen there is a news stream/banner (don't know how to call it) with (inter)national news (like you see on CNN). When I searched on nu.nl, I found everything what I read on the banner, except the 'Michael Jackson is alive' part. I'm sure it wasn't a prank from the IT department.
The news stream was taken from nu.nl

wow Do, this is horrifyingly alarming, to see those words on a TV screen! maybe you can try uploading it on YouTube?

Hey Thriller, so good to see you! I never uploaded anything on YT before but I tried just now and I don't remember the password to login!!! The vid lasts only about 10 seconds, it's like a running newsstream like you see for example on the bottom of a CNN newbroadcast. It first read: Michael Jackson leeft nog! (Dutch) and then: Michael Jackson still alive. I swear my heart jumped in my throath and I pulled a co-worker from behind her desk to watch it too. I was like Wooooooooooooowww what IS this??!!! The day has finally come or something!! But like I said, when searching the news site, there wasn't anything about it. So I don't know what happened here. It was a short adrenaline shot to say the least!

Today, when I was at work, this message showed up on the tv screen in the public hall. First in Dutch language, then in English! I was like: whaaaaaaaat?!!!
It was current info taken from a Dutch news site, but I could't find anything about it when I searched this site for more info. I also made a vid of it, but can't seem to post it, unfortunately.

This picture was taken on the day of the funeral of their husband and dad. The woman is a Dutch actress, married to a Dutch actor and singer. He committed suicide after being manic depressive for years. His wife found him dead at home. Despite the difficulties caused by his illness, they were a happily married couple. I don't feel they are disrespectful and tactless for smiling at his funeral, because I'm sure that, despite their sadness and despair, they were also celebrating his life and their happy years together. Also, when kids are involved, I feel it's important to give them a little comfort by smiling and make them feel life's not over and that things are going to be okay.
There is too much emphasis on the crying/not crying/smiling part when someone dies, that is definitely not an indication if someone is mourning or not.

Michael Jackson News / Re: Wade Robson Seeking $1.6 billion????

Since Katherine Jackson asked for 40 billion in the AEG trial, these outrageous amounts of money do not surprise me anymore.

Sorry I don't buy any of the allegations. Not saying im blind, but no I just don't see it. First of all, this so called "Safechuck" VOLUNTARILY came forward and defended MJ publically. Nobody forced or asked him to come forward in 2005. Why make it a point to think so highly of a person that you have to come forward and say how good of a man Mike was? Nobody asked him anything. So why volunteer a lie? Why change it now? If he stayed silent all these years because of MJ being a superstar, why didn't he just keep quiet in 2005? Nobody asked his opinion. What was his motive for defending him then? But why say something now? Why not say it in 2009,2010,2011,2012,2013?

I think hes a liar. Him and Robson both. I have my own opinions of what I think is REALLY going on. But I will keep it to myself.

Please do share your opinion, I'm always willing to view things from a different perspective. It sure is very well possible that a conspiracy, as Michael told us many times, is this far-reachting.

Btw, I can't seem to find Safechuck's testimony in the trial transcripts of 2005. He wasn't a witness, was he?

No, what I'm saying is that, yes, I do find it HARD to believe that Michael did this, but no, I'm not dismissing the accusations in advance. Because that would be an insult to all victims of abuse as well (and I also do believe Michael himself was a victim of sexual abuse).
There are many arguments that the timing of these accusations are highly suspicious and yes, they are, but one could also say so of the timing of Michael's marriage with LMP. I try to look at all happenings and circumstances with objective eyes, even if the outcome might be very hurtful.
If you choose not to do so, I'm okay with that as well. And if you have any inside *cough* information, then share it please, it's getting pretty monotonously. Maybe it will help change my view on a lot of things.

27
And no, I'm NOT a hater and I love Michael for many many years but I simply don't dismiss these accusations in advance, because I wasn't there and neither were any of us.

I wonder where these two are hiding out. The fans might forget to be loving and kind if  they get a hold of them.

This could be one of many reasons why a victim of a worldwide superstar kept quiet for so long.
I know we don"t want to think about it, but if you are a reasonable person, you do understand what I'm saying.
If you don't agree that's okay, but this is what I'm feeling about these kind of cases.

@ Do, after reading all your posts on this topic, I have to wonder what your motive is and what point you are trying to prove. Theres no point in steady beating a dead horse kwim? We are all fans here, but it seems that some "fans" are out to continue to cause division within the MJ community. And I always wonder why. Then it seems as if its from those that don't post often or had a long vacation between the posts and then suddenly pop up again with negative comments.

Anyway I know that MJ was investigated by the FBI for over 10 years. If the FBI investigates you, believe me, if you are doing wrong, they will find out. They leave no stone unturned. Its always been that way. That speaks volumes. They found nothing on him. Neither did the police during the raid. Nothing. Zilch.

Also, if someone abused my kid, I wouldn't take a dime from them. I want them under the prison. Of course we all have to be realistic and think of the what if. But, there is no evidence of any abuse. Anybody could be accused of being a child molester, but without evidence, there is no proof. That's all we have to go on. I believe that MJ was innocent. I do think he should've made wiser choices though.

I think he was blackballed in Hollywood by the Illuminati because he didn't want to do what they said. The more he spoke out against them, the more the accusations came in the media. Wade Robson is flat broke. He was blackballed in Hollywood once he slept with Britney Spears and broke her and J. Timberlake up and had the audacity to call Justin and tell him about it. He hasn't worked since. Hes a liar, has no character and is broke. Lets not forget that ROBSON is the one who testified and said that MJ did NOTHING to him. Nobody forced him to come to that courtroom. He voluntarily came. Think about that

I understand you're confused. But there are no motives an no points to prove. Just a debate about 'other scenario's'. I'm mainly pointing to the 'new' cases. Wade's accusation is highly doubtful, but what about Jimmy Safechuck's?
You said you wouldn't take a dime, but would you let your kid sleep night after night in a hotelroom in bed with an adult male, while you stayed across the street in another hotel? Some people have different morals then others. So yes, some would take the money and stay silent. To be clear, this is (again) no accusation against Michael.

It's an excerpt from Randall Sullivan's book. Don't know if he's got all the facts straight, however, he is not the only one who claims that Michael was the ATM machine of the family.
