Another idea is to all follow You are not allowed to view links.
Register or Login and tweet him about #ElvisAndMJdotcom. Maybe if he gets bombarded with tweets, he might use it in one of his tweets to ask why people are sending it to him. He has millions of followers, I think it's worth a shot.
What about doing the same with You are not allowed to view links.
Register or Login ? he tweets and retweets a lot ! especially if you tell him he is great (actually he is, here is his tribute to MJ You are not allowed to view links.

Well I will be partying in Amsterdam after we won the World Cup on July 11, so I think I will miss all the fun in that case! It sure is interesting.
Sorry, I checked again. It was posted on 11:11 pacific time. As far as I know that has something to do with guardian angels letting you know they are there. But I also recall it's a wake up call to remind yourself of your true purpose here on earth.
Weird thing is that I have seen the exact time of 11:11 about three times this week, maybe even four times. At least enough to make me notice the strange coincidence.
Oh yep, i remembered that when i went to sleep last night, i have to change the time i see on the forum for pacific time In my case, it's hours like 2:00, 11:00, 4:00, you know... :!:

hi guys, after reading melody's post above, i think we should try to come up with some strategy.
after these couple of days of tweeting it's pretty obvious that we are much too short of tweeters to get the topic to trend. how we MIGHT overcome this: if we somehow manage to get the attention strangers who are not even believers to retweet our stuff. some people have tried this: adding the #ElvisandMJdotcom tag together with something that is already trending (e.g. right now the top topic is Cedric Diggory, some believer might tweet 'Cedric Diggory #ElvisandMJdotcom' and start spamming so that it will show on the real-time search for 'Cedric Diggory' as well. What if we had more people spamming?? it will flood the search page for 'Cedric Diggory' and people who click on that search will see our tag.
If our tweet sounds ridiculous enough some strangers might retweet for the fun of it. I do not think people like to retweet stuff that sounds too 'promoted' unless they themselves believe in it. So i think we should tweet something that sounds innocent enough, like we're one of them: e.g. "HUH wth does #ElvisandMJdotcom have to do with Cedric Diggory? Why are so many ppl tweeting that suddenly?"
maybe we can try targeting the top 3 trending topics to 'spam' first. it will contribute towards keeping the top three topics at the top, but also i suggest this because if we target all ten trending topics they might continue to trend longer and it's harder for our own tag to trend.
Lastly addressing another important point melody brought out. Let's start attaching a NEW tag to our tweet, we need a new one so it can spike.
e.g. #wwwELVISANDMJcom
i'm not sure if this strategy is going to work but we can give it a shot!

seems great, i will try today too. But, concerning the new tag, we shouldn't tweet it now if we want it to become one day a TT, because, you know, the number of tweets with this tag has to start from 0 too 1000+.

I´m lost again...as usual... ok, let me explain : one of the main points of this first update is "the timing of TIAI update #1" now let's take a look at this timing, we've got "7:11" wich makes me think of the date 7-11-2010 because of the solar eclipse (i just saw a tweet of a beLIEver, i think, mentioning that) There is a theory about the new pictures of MJ, with the blue moon etc, i don't know, it makes me think of looking at events such as eclipses etc... Finally, "see you in july", well here we are, and this date is in july ... :?:

I think that we are not just the audience too. We have to do someting to help spreading his message because he can't do anything right now.
Concerning this twitter event, I start thinking that it's not the best idea to help Michael. Some people, even beLIEvers, are tweeting that we are just sheeps, and that this Elvis thing has nothing to do with Michael. We are losing beLIEvers.
You have probably seen some of those tweets, here are some :

so i can't tweet

Maybe at 2 PM LA Time, like yesterday?. To me it would be fine.
We need more opinions and set a time!
I think the main issue is that there are not enough contributors, and not that we are all tweeting when we want. I'm doing the best I can, on facebook especially, but, i've seen that there are beLIEvers who think that TIAI is bull***it, so it's hard to make them tweet #elvisandmjdotcom ... i'll create some other accounts on twitter tonight, to help rasing the number of contributors ...

Hi everyone ! It's been a while that I read this forum and do the best I can. I decided today to register so, here I am ! Some words about me : I'm french so, sorry for my past, present and future mistakes :oops: I don't really know if I can call me a "fan" but, I really love Michael, his music and everyting. He's just awesome and his message so beautiful. I don't remember when I started to love him, I was just a little girl, and I watched HIStory again and again. I've practiced modern dance, and I always wanted to dance like him in Dangerous, but it never happened... Now, I'm 20, my studies made me stop most of my hobbies, included dance and rugby (yeah, I've played rugby ). Well, gonna stop there. If you have any questions, i would be happy to answer to them ^^ see you <3
