Tohme Tohme, this was something everyone wanted to read, by the mystery surrounding this man, at least in my case is so, I have not read anything favorable to this man in any part, why he was with Jermaine in the hospital?, remember who came to say that Tohme Tohme was on June 25 at home with Michael, and then denied it.

 Yes, I hope that Jermaine will do something, at least in this case, which seeks to protect the property of Michael and his children.

OMG, the man appeared ...  But the contract which he refers was not specifically about the shows? What you have to see the movie, since it was edited after the supposed death? :? AEG, could be behind this (Randy Phillips and Thome Thome - relatives)? I am finding that there is a large stone in the middle of this bean. :?:

Former Jackson manager seeks financial records
By ANTHONY McCARTNEY (AP) – 9 minutes ago

LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson's final business manager asked a judge Tuesday to unseal detailed financial records from the singer's estate, arguing that the sealing of the documents could prevent him and other creditors from being paid.

Business manager Tohme Tohme filed a claim saying he is entitled to at least $2.3 million from the estate. The filing also claimed he is entitled to a sizable percentage of revenue from the film "This Is It."

The movie featured clips from Jackson's rehearsals for a series of comeback concerts.

Tohme claims he negotiated the contract for the concerts and is entitled to 15 percent of the revenue from the movie, DVD sales and album.

Tohme's attorneys argued in the filing that he and other creditors should have access to unredacted copies of a report filed last week by estate administrators regarding Jackson's post-death finances.

The motion seeks access to revenue, expense and profit information that is not publicly available.

Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman had not seen the motion and said he could not immediately comment.

The estate's filing included a summary of the business deals reached since Jackson's death on June 25, 2009, at age 50. Columbia Pictures paid $60 million for the rights to "This Is It" in a three-way deal between the studio, Jackson's estate and concert promoter AEG Live.

Many of the deals required approval by a Los Angeles judge, who has already sealed some of aspects of the agreement. The estate had argued certain details would harm future negotiations.

Tohme's motion argues that if the detailed financial figures are not publicly released, they should be provided to creditors who have filed claims against Jackson's estate. Some claims have been paid, although others by former Jackson associates have gone unpaid.

Some of the claims are currently the subject of lawsuits.

A hearing on sealing the records and Tohme's motion is scheduled for Oct. 7.

TIAI & TS Discussions / Re: Strong Evidence of TS's Authenticity

serenity, don't even bother... tekamjforever's sole reason for being in this thread is to ridicule and oppose TS without valid arguments. It's not worth your time.

Not true! I just expressed my opinion but also, I always ask my apologies when I realize I should. You're doing a pre-judgment about me. I will not feel offended by not defend something I do not believe, though I expect a different result, because many people are betting that way. I'll continue to ask or say in any segment, respectfully, as is my custom, however, if you think I should not stay here, please feel free, and no hard feelings on my part. ;)

But of course you are free to continue to beLIEve whatever you choose. Just be careful about what you say because you could be hurting the man you claim to love and admire. You never know who might be behind any of the screen names on these forums.

Hmmm and no offense to anyone, that person seems to have (or want) the ability of emotional blackmail, underestimate the intelligence of others, and finally brainwashed. Why? Because, in principle, this line should be totally unnecessary in contexto.IMO

Hmmmmm......could be......and it works with me (the emotional blackmail and even brainwash  :D   )
I am "sick" enough to even like it  if it comes from Michael

But TS didn't say that I did...

Everything written in blue, in my post, is my interpretation, reading between the lines and I am not trying to "emotional blackmail, underestimate the intelligence of others, and finally brainwashed." anyone. I am stating a fact, you don't know who is behind any of the screen names on this forum and any member could be Michael, a friend or a family member.

 Oh, sorry! It was a glitch, I thought it was all TS ... less bad for me ...

TMZ Articles / Re: Michael's Bodyguard -- Blanket Resemblance?
« on: September 28, 2010, 04:25:34 AM »
I'm finding all this rotten! Major exhibition on the life of MJ and worse, now expressing their children who are still children in the formation of personality, psycho-emotional, social, etc.. And TMZ, an American site, which should have the obligation to refrain from such cruelty and move to preserve and respect, at least now, the name of a global icon, who was born and lived there! This is a disgrace to America! This is a horrible bias! That said, how can we feel that Michael is still alive, since it allows all these things happening to children, he loved the most? I'm beginning to suspect the emphasis on TMZ regarding a possible fraud, something is not right .. just reflecting ...  :?:

OMG, and this bodyguard has links with Uri Geller! I wonder why Michael was involved with these people false? Perhaps as Latoya said, Michael had no malice in the heart and soul, he was feeling very lonely and people took advantage of it. Poor Michael! :(

Also, I look at it as millions of people involved in the hoax.  Each and every person that thinks MJ died, is part of this.....whether they know or not.  MJ wanted people to think this.....they have, they are a part of it.

I see a contradiction here! Why, then, every effort TIAI / TS (albeit limited to this)? Unless TIAITS have no involvement, direct or indirect, with anyone or the "hoax" (possible), but it's just a believer (like us) to defend a theory. :?    :?:

This is fantastic, :D  but I remember the words of Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, something like "If all this recognition would have been before 25/6/2009, so maybe Michael would still be here."

Barry Gibb, who was (is) a personal friend of long standing, in my opinion suggested that Michael was feeling like a "useless" or "abandoned" by the music (by critics and industry) :(  for his enormous contribution and importance (innovation , revolution, etc. ..) reflects that, even today, most likely in the future, as is the undeniable fact!
:D

Hoax Videos / Re: Recent video of Michael Jackson?

 Listen to the very beginning of this video, then watch the video, then at the very end of the video, watch the random person who appears to be dressed as Mike speak again (same echo as intro) only he's standing in front of a Remembrance MJ poster with the birth/death dates on it. Is this an impersonator? I'm glad I watched to the end or I wouldn't have even noticed anything: except a cool archive interview from MJ's earlier years. Help me figure this out.

From the author of the video:

This is one of those things.. I rescued from the vaults..
An exremely rare piece of audio material., I think altogether delightful. We've heard Mj talking about his begginings and carrear before , but always the occasional thing surprises us , and . well i hope those moments can be exciting for you.
This was hard to put together...Priceless some of it ..considered Mj will not say anymore.. anything is a jewell.
LoVE to all!
