I honestly do not think it is strange to file a civil lawsuit in the time frame that the Jackson family did. Having said that, I am  not saying that the lawsuit is not part of a hoax. When there are criminal charges pending, usually lawyers wait until the criminal charges are dealt with, this way any evidence that is used in the criminal trial can be used in the civil trial where the burden of proof is also less than the burden of proof in a criminal trial.

I read the document. It looks legit to me....what do you mean it keeps get better and better? Do you feel the document is fake?

Like I said the time line is really not important. Please ignore that, this is no proof of any hoax. They always say 7 to 10 days and it is ALWAYS longer. Just look at the steps and ignore the time line.

You are so correct. Mu husband is working on a murder case that the defendant was charged in 2009 and the defense just got a 2011 trial date. Things are always dragged out in the court system.

I did notice at the end of TII, it states that the author of this film is the Michael Jackson Company LLC so perhaps the new footage is from the Michael Jackson Company and they are some how linked to 5 Brothers Enterprises LLC.

Please post your finding Souza...Im sure that goes without saying....Im just very curious.

So who would own the footage? The family? probably not. Kenny? Sony?  Michael himself?  Sony bought the film, right but I doubt they buy all the footage, just the finished product so does that leave Michael or Kenny?

I thought some of the footage was new as well but I wasnt 100% sure.  makes you think that the jacksons are behind this!

Not sure if this has been posted today but 5 Brothers Enterprises just posted a video on FB...its Smooth Criminal and all the footage is from TII.

Smooth Criminal is written backwards in the video.....clue? I ahve no idea. Just thought it may be something since they posted it on his birthday!

From what I saw on the internet, the house is still for sale so maybe Michael isnt there. But it is an awesoem house. I still woukdnt be surprised to find out he never left CA. Im curious as to how you know that the planning took 7 years. Im not doubting you, for a long time, before i joined this site, I had a neditation where Michael appeared and he told me to look for the number 7 and combinations of such....and then you wrote 7 years..Im obessed with the number 7 now...i see it everywhere!

Gema, I love the comparison to the dolphins. Very wise. I know that I can read other peoples energy, I guess sometimes I feel that Michael is the "all powerful one" so why would he come to little ol' me! You gave me hope today. Thank you for that.

Gema~ beautiful written!  I have many Michael experiences as well. I know that Spiritually is he very much alive. My belief is that Michael is what called an Incarnated EarthAngel, an angel that takes on human form. Anyways, my question to you and to others that have had some many Michael experiences, is how do you deal with the days of saddness when you feel that he may truly be gone? My visions  and dreams of him of him are so real that my heart says he must be alive but  then my mind says his energy is coming to for the opposite reason.

I know we are to have Faith, but some days  it is harder to do.

You can sign up for her newsletters. I have been getting them for awhile. Some of her writing are good but others I do not agree with. I sent her an e-mail,telling her about my own personal Michael experieneces and never heard back. Not sure if that was because she gets so many. I believe she is in Appleton, Wisconsin but Im not 100% sure of that.
