Sinderella, don't know USA system. Do you have to pay taxes as a citizen? I am not talking about making a profit here. Killing your identity and not paying those taxes as a citizen of the USA isn't tax evasion or something? You have to pay taxes on earned income or inheritance....couldnt the estate be paying the taxes?

I work in a nursing home and there are people who are incontinent, but never naked from the waist! They wear a diaper.
There is a difference between an incontinent person needing to wear a diaper because they can't control themselves, and a person having an incontinence pad placed beneath them, or a condom catheter (for a man) being placed on the penis when the person is under anesthesia. IF Michael was really being put under with propofol, he most likely had an incontinence pad placed beneath him, a condom catheter placed on his penis, or both.
IF he really needed CPR, and was taken from the bed to the floor, it is quite possible that if he was wearing a condom catheter, it would have slipped off while he was being moved, thereby exposing his penis. With this in mind, a potential photograph taken of him on the floor would most likely have captured his penis along with the rest of his body. And IF there really is a photograph and it was shown in court, then yes his penis would have been shown.
EDIT - And since some folks are claiming that Michael was already dead when the paramedics arrived, the prosecution may very well be treating the bedroom as a crime scene.
Unfortunately naked photos are shown in court all of the time when a victim is found naked. This is simply the reality of crime scenes. When a woman is raped and murdered, she is almost always found naked, and YES those photos are shown in the courtroom. It isn't disrespectful, but rather necessary, particularly in the actual trial where the prosecution wants to leave a lasting impression on jurors.
You are correct about taking pictures at a crime scene. IF the parmedics or police knew Michael had died in the bedroom, photos would be taken before the body is removed. I had a neighbor who 2 weeks ago hung himself. The police took many photos before the medical examiners office removed the body from the house. the pictures were taken as evidence incase it wasnt a suicide.

What happens if both the prosecution and the defense each call a propofol expert and they both have a dif story? Then what...? Then its up to the jury who think has the most believable testimony. Sometimes a trial just boils down whos the best story teller. Hugs and love

The body and the brain are not disconnected or separated.
Thank you Gema for this post because I was trying to understand how this could be correct given my latest dreams. In the last one my mother was in her 30's and my brother looked like my 18 year old son, yet I was my current age. This theory is suggesting that my dream is a parallel universe in which my son is actually my brother and my mother is younger than myself??? I just don't see how that makes any sense, how could my mother be younger than myself and still be my mother? If my son is my brother, where is my brother? This theory is saying that my mother would still be my mother my son my son and my brother my brother so I can't wrap my head around it at all. But if the things in dreams are actually symbolic and not literal that just makes more sense to me.
Serenity, Just a thought.....when I read the above about your mom and brother, I was wondering if what you were experincing had somethinng to do with a past live of yours. Your Mom and brother are part of your soul group and it was your soul recognizing their souls but your current mind attached them to their earthly bodies in this lifetime. Its just a thought so its ok if you think im crazy

When I think about the title ... coming out at exact the moment it has ... I see it also hoax related. But there is still a lot to sort out regarding Sony/Cascio/Family, etc. for me. Completely agree. My first reaction is that it is hoax related but then I began to wonder how Sony and others would play into the releasing of Breaking News, Hugs

I just can't accept LMP focusing on drugs. If she finally understands more why would it be of interest to her to continue to depict MJ as a drug addict. And, if Oprah was a real journalist, she'd ask why the autopsy doesn't show signs of serious drug use.
Her behavior is counterintuitive for me. She's gotta be aware of the importance of MJ's image and how it's been tarnished and even if he was a drug addict, which I don't believe, but if it were true, wouldn't you want to make sure people all over the world understood what a good man MJ was? He was more than a drug addict if you wanted to put it that way. As the former wife, the so-called only woman he ever loved (according to her but we know he loved Diana immensely), she had an obligation to focus on MJ's strengths and not his weaknesses. Even a realistic view of a person has strengths and weaknesses.
I can't understand why she was so one-sided and I do not like it. Manipulative, intoxicating presence is all we got. Enough!
As for Oprah, why didn't she ask what it was like for LMP to travel with MJ and visit sick children? What Neverland was like with the visits of impoverished and sick children or his generosity with charities. Why does no one want to focus on who he was (is) as one of the greatest humanitarians to walk the earth? Why not ask one question about his genius? His God-given talent?
And, I'm sorry, Elvis was not the man that MJ was. I am not saying anything negative about Elvis but they were NOT alike in personality, imo.
When you have an opportunity to spread the right message all over the world this is all we got? People will believe LMP more than anyone else and it seems that this interview set us back 5 steps. Okay, 7 steps. I'm not getting it and I'm very angry about it. Agreed UNLESS someone had/has a hidden agenda

LMP and Karen Faye seem to be friends.
I logged in twitter and I saw many people questioning Karen Faye about this interview.
I took the time also to ask Karen some questions and her answers are very interesting to me. So far, Karen always answers to my questions and I am thankful for that.

Gema, very interesting! Idont thinnk Oprah is in on the hoax directly unless Michael is usig her for his own purpose, making her unknowingly involved in the hoax. I think the last question/answer says a lot

I honestly do not think it is strange to file a civil lawsuit in the time frame that the Jackson family did. Having said that, I am not saying that the lawsuit is not part of a hoax. When there are criminal charges pending, usually lawyers wait until the criminal charges are dealt with, this way any evidence that is used in the criminal trial can be used in the civil trial where the burden of proof is also less than the burden of proof in a criminal trial.

And I'm not a lawyer or anything, but isn't it normal procedure to gather enough evidence first, before you can bring someone to trial??
In other words, now that MJ is out of the way, the guilty can be caught in action, robbing the estate of its money, due to a fake will, or letting AEG simmer and see what they are really up to. MJ did say " I'll play with them for a while". (meaning AEG) I'll button up my shirt or jacket or whatever it is, I'll snap my fingers and then BAM !!!
These cases can take a long time. The Lawyers have to gather enough evidence first..
Are you referring to the criminal trial or the civil trial? In a murder case, there is not a statue of limitations in the US so all the prosecutors have to have is enough evidence to charge someone then the police can still work the case. In a civil case, a defendant does not have to answer questions about the civil case if they may be a part of a criminal case. Especially if it incriminates them in the criminal case, atleast that is my understanding. I am not a lawyer but my husband is a retired Federal Agent.
