JERMAINE JACKSON Paris Jackson Needs DISCIPLINE Paris Jackson does NOT respect authority ... so says her uncle Jermaine Jackson ... who insinuated that P's cutting incident was an overreaction to being told she couldn't go to a concert. TMZ broke the story ... Paris was hospitalized last month for slicing her arm with a meat cleaver ... after she became upset at being told she was not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert. Sources say Paris' issues stem from her father's death -- which she's had a very hard time dealing with ever since he passed in 2009. But when we ran into Jermaine in Calabasas yesterday, he told us ... issues be damned, Paris still needs to learn she can't always do whatever she wants. "[Paris] has to learn there are certain guidelines when you grow up being a teenager," Jermaine said ... "There are rules." But Jermaine isn't just pointing the finger at Paris ... suggesting P's guardians are to blame -- "I just think that ... things could have been enforced a little stronger." Maybe thats a small part of this. For people to question who actually is raising PP&B. Ms. Katherine is 84 (i think) and TJ doesnt even live with them. He has his own wife and children he lives with. So who is taking the parental charge over them? Its pretty clear to me who's raising them...

What im really trying to say with out sounding completely insensitive and cold hearted is that this article sounds like complete bs, IMO. The more tmz reports about this about this, with their inside sources and jackson exclusives, the more this is starting to sound like a farce. If Paris Jackson needed all the help in the world, that's exactly what she'll get. That's just my honest opinion.

Yeah right. Tiger Woods (American Golf legend) had to got to sex rehab for constantly cheating on his wife, over and over again. He received WAY more coverage of his sexscapdes from the media than Paris did for the suicide attempt (which is sad).
He got admitted to a sex rehab facility no problem. To be honest, yes, the paparazzi did get a few photos of him at his rehab facility, but not any other patients. And Tiger Woods is a very very famous and a very wealthy man, but the Jackson are famous too and rich.
I can't fathom that a man who literally destroyed his family by recklessly cheating on his wife for years can get admitted to a sex rehab, but the daughter of the King of Pop, who allegedly tried to KILL herself, can't get the help she needs cause she's too famous. How can you put a price on a life?

PARIS JACKSON REJECTED By Rehab Facility Paris Jackson can't get a break ... her request to be transferred from UCLA Medical Center to a top out-of-state facility has been REJECTED, because the rehab place fears an onslaught of paparazzi. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... UCLA docs will NOT let Paris return home, because they believe she is still a serious danger to herself -- they believe unless she gets more professional help she could end up killing herself. We're told Paris' biological mom, Debbie Rowe, has researched adolescent facilities around the country and found one in Utah that would be perfect. But our sources say the facility has turned thumbs down on the request, because honchos at the rehab place fear photogs will go crazy and take pictures of not only Paris but other patients at the facility. We're told Rowe is not satisfied with the other options, so the search continues ... although we're told people connected with Paris are contacting the facility and asking for reconsideration. In the meantime, our sources say Paris is stuck at UCLA, and she's in the wing that treats patients with eating disorders -- a problem Paris does not have. PRINCE JACKSON Conrad Murray Told Us 'SORRY KIDS. DAD'S DEAD.' Prince Jackson just testified ... Dr. Conrad Murray informed them of Michael Jackson's passing by glibly announcing, "Sorry kids. Dad's dead." Prince has taken the stand in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, saying all he and his siblings could do was cry after hearing the news. Prince said he recalled being in the sitting room of the Holmby Hills mansion when his father went into cardiac arrest on June 25th, 2009. .....This feels like deja vu. Like when Michael talked about going through adolescence and how he was teased. People didn't want him to grow up and how he hated his appearance. People would call him "ugly" to his face etc....well insert modern technology and hit repeat. :icon_rr:

I agree. This could be Paris's cause to raise awareness. Most people who have been bullied feel alone. Now they have one of the worlds most famous teenagers, daughter of one of the most famous persons to ever live, as someone to identify with. If this can happens to Paris Jackson, it could happen to anyone. Also, I think this could put pressure on all social media to be more proactive with the handling of cyber bullying and be more preventive to cyber harassment. The same way MJs "death" put a spotlight on these celebrity doctors that dish medication to high profile celebs like its candy, Paris could be shining a light on social media and its lack of vigilance on cyber bullying.

So they want to close her Facebook but not her public, verified, 1.3 million follower twitter account? I've actually seen some of the nasty shit pple write to her. If anything should go, it should be the twitter.
Paris publicly stated several times she has no other social media other than twitter. Now I do believe Paris has a Facebook (I obviously can't prove it, it's just my opinion). But I'd bet that Facebook is private and for family/friends only, so why would any haters have access?
So her tumblr (which I highly doubt even existed) and her Facebook (which probably doesn't exist either) are the focus of her cyber bullying, but her twitter, which is verified, gets no mention?
And again, no PROOF that the accounts being mentioned belongs to her...

PARIS JACKSON FACEBOOK DESTROYED HER Paris Jackson's deep depression has been largely the result of bullying ... and Facebook has been hosting the haters. Sources closely connected to Paris tell TMZ ... the 15-year-old has been reeling from comments left on her Facebook page --- many about Michael Jackson and his lifestyle. Some of the comments involve the various molestation allegations ... others involve the odd life Paris lived while Michael was alive. We're told Paris has taken the comments very personally ... and one source says, "They destroyed her." The source adds, there's a nexus between the bullying and her penchant for cutting. Now here's the problem. Paris does not have access to her Facebook page while she's in the psych ward at UCLA Medical Center. But her family is deeply concerned that she'll backslide if she goes back on Facebook when she gets out. The family is extremely frustrated, because they've tried to shut down Paris' Facebook page, but they can't --- Facebook's policy is that the family of a user has no right to shut down an account if the user is 13 years of age or older. PARIS JACKSON Guardianship Will NOT Change BUT... Paris Jackson will NOT get new guardians in the wake of her suicide attempt, but TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe is keeping a watchful eye on the situation and could mount a challenge if things get worse. The guardianship judge had asked a probate court investigator to do some digging after the suicide attempt ... to find out if the guardians were taking proper care of Paris. As you know, Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson are currently co-guardians. The report is in, and the judge has decided NOT to change the current guardianship arrangement. TMZ has learned ... the probate court investigator met with Debbie Rowe -- who has developed an extremely strong bond with Paris -- her biological child. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Rowe told the investigator she believes TJ is doing a great job as guardian, despite the fact that Paris does not want a man to replace Michael Jackson and tell her what to do. We're told Rowe also thinks Katherine has done a good job, especially considering her age and health.
