Murray’s talk is more like him extending an invitation, a dare, to have him testify.  Regarding TMZ, considering the article was first posted at the start of the trial, they appear to be fanning the flames by re-posting it.

And Murray’s claim of MJ having severed family ties. Why? To proceed with the death hoax with as few knowing about it as possible (in order to maintain authentic reactions and secrecy)?  :animal0017:

Yes, this is interesting

That makes sense.

He severed ties with his "extended" family?? Ok, but he didnt severe ties with his immediate family? Who the hell cares?

If he severed ties with his parents or siblings, thats one thing. We know who they are, but "extended family"? Like who is in that extended family? and why should anyone care? This sounds like a lot of huffing and puffing, trying to make something out of nothing?

I hope Conrad testifies! It should be interesting.

MICHAEL JACKSON
I Didn't Want to Be Moonwalkin' at 50!

Katherine Jackson may have suffered a legal blow over some jokes her son Michael told years before his death -- specifically, that he didn't want to be a crotchety old moonwalker.

We've just gotten our hands on a portion of a transcript from Katherine's deposition in her wrongful death case against AEG Live.  Katherine says she was surprised when Michael agreed to do the "This Is It" tour because "he was always making a joke about he don't want to be doing the moonwalk on stage when he's 50 years."

Katherine's video deposition was just played for the jury.

Joke or no joke ... you can bet AEG is going to use this to convince the jury that Michael's shelf life as a performer was limited.  Translation, he wouldn't be making a lot of money by doing concerts.

Sorry, idk how to embed vids

Prince Jackson
I FEEL THE NEED
FOR SPEED!

Prince Jackson picked up something in his pickup Wednesday -- a speeding ticket.

TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's eldest son was nabbed by cops near his Calabasas home for going around 40 mph in a 25 zone.

FUN FACT:  Prince was stopped in the area where Justin Bieber and his Lil friends race his Ferrari -- at much higher speeds.  FYI -- Justin and the Lils have never gotten a speeding ticket in that area.

As for Prince -- well, the 16-year-old must now dig deep, because the fine is around $250.

Already blowing the $10 billion nest egg he's after ... kids.

TMZ Articles / MICHAEL JACKSON BILLION DOLLAR MAN

MICHAEL JACKSON
BILLION DOLLAR MAN

Michael Jackson could have raked in as much as $1.5 billion had he lived ... at least that's what an entertainment money man told jurors today in MJ's wrongful death case.

Accounting guru Arthur Erk testified ... Jackson could have earned minimum $1.1 billion if he performed a worldwide concert and showcased his music in Las Vegas.  And Erk felt if ticket prices were high enough, the figure would soar to $1.5 bil by the time Michael turned 65.

There are a couple of problems.  First, MJ never planned a worldwide tour.  The "This Is It" tour was limited to London.  Second, the family is seeking more than $40 billion.

Another interesting thing ... Erk said he deducted what he felt Jackson would have spent between age 50 and age 65, when he hypothetically would have retired -- $134 million.

Oh the struggles of living on a budget.

Paris Jackson Leaves Hospital for Residential Treatment Center

After a month at UCLA Medical Center following her June 5 suicide attempt, Paris Jackson left the hospital on Tuesday and headed to an undisclosed residential treatment center, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The facility was selected by the 15-year-old's grandmother Katherine and her biological mother Debbie Rowe on the advice of Paris's UCLA doctors.

As for why the need for such continued, seemingly intensive, treatment, "The feeling is that Paris is still a danger to herself," explained the source. "Both Katherine and Debbie want her to get the help that she needs."

Michael Jackson's buttocks were so scarred and infected from long-term drug injections ... the singer's thickened skin nearly broke his doctor's syringe -- this according to the doctor's testimony.

Dr. Stuart Finkelstein -- who cared for MJ back in 1993 during his "Dangerous" tour -- sat for a deposition earlier this year in Katherine Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, describing the signs of MJ's drug addiction, and the testimony was just shown to the jury this week in court.   We got video of the depo and the details are crazy -- Finkelstein described one incident, saying, "I attempted to give [Michael] a shot of Demerol [a painkiller] but his buttocks were so scarred up and abscessed that the needle almost bent."

Finkelstein said the scarring resulted from "significant, extensive" shots of drugs over time.

He also describes his bizarre interactions with MJ back in the day, including squirt gun fights. You gotta see it.

Rumored use of Michael Jackson body doubles could be raised in trial, sources say

In the months before and after Michael Jackson's sudden death in 2009, rumors ran rampant that body doubles were being used in an effort to disguise the King of Pop’s ailing health. Now sources connected to the ongoing $40 billion wrongful death suit filed by the Jackson family against AEG tell FOX411’s Pop Tarts column the body double reports will likely be dug back up as the case heads to trial.

An insider tells FOX411 that Jackson had strong incentive to ensure he fulfilled his commitments to AEG, as he agreed to do the “This Is It” tour “out of sheer desperation” for fresh funds. Jackson knew if he didn’t fulfill his contractual obligations, he would be forced to pay back the $30 million in advance money and possibly forfeit his share of his prized Beatles catalogue, the source said.

Speculation over just how able he was to take the stage first surfaced in March 2009, with some speculating he was so far from ready, a body double was needed in his place.

About three months before his death, several spectators and critics started to question whether the jittery figure donning aviator shades and a sparkly jacket while appearing before the masses at the massive tour announcement press conference inside London’s O2
Arena was Jackson, or an impersonator.

“It just didn’t seem to be Michael. He was very thin, yet this ‘Michael’ was stronger, had a bigger head and always wore a wig. This London version of Michael also had much bigger hands,” a source connected to the Jackson family said, based on her personal knowledge of the entertainer.

Similar questions over Jackson’s health and real identity raced across the Internet, with many also suggesting that the awkward, almost macho stride of Jackson heading into the arena was a far cry from his normally soft-footed walk, and that even his chin looked off.

“In my opinion, the man in the clip isn’t Michael Jackson; it’s a man posing as Michael Jackson. The (apparent) body double’s walk is cockier and had more bounce than MJ’s typical stride,” explained Bianca Cobb, a senior instructor at the Body Language Institute.

“Michael had a less confident walk with smaller strides and less pep. He also tended to walk with his head down, and deflected attention. The seemingly double spoke more confidently by projecting his voice more and was also a bit deeper. Michael tended to have a softer and lower tone of voice which didn’t project across the room.”

Cobb also pointed out that Jackson had straighter teeth than what was evident during the conference, and the alleged double’s chin – although containing a cleft – was overall more tapered, and that Michael’s upper lip didn’t elevate as much as the alleged double’s upper lip at full smile.

“The apparent double’s smile had a lift on the side which is the commisures,” she told us. (The commisures is where the upper and lower lip meet.) “MJ’s smile was flatter than the (person at the conference) as their smile was more arched.”

Another source, who worked closely with the star across his career, wasn’t convinced it was him, but wasn’t convinced it wasn’t him either.

“There are inflections in his voice that sound true to me. His lower voice I have not heard and yet, within them, I recognize his voice. But this is not an easy call,” the insider said.

“The walk is something I have never experienced. His lower voice I have not heard yet, so these things make me wonder.”

Officials at the arena, as well as the Jackson camp, vehemently denied that it was anybody but the real deal at that conference, and another source close to Jackson assured us it was him. Well, at least him on something.

“There is no question it was Michael. The gangster walk was really him.
The problem is that he was heavily intoxicated during this press conference, which ironically, is one of the things I believe will be an exhibit during this trial,” said the insider. “He was drinking heavily and extremely high on at least a couple of substances. Even when Joseph (Jackson, father) saw the press conference he became concerned. In fact, that was about the same time Michael began calling his dad again seeking ‘protection.”

And by “protection” we’re told Michael kept saying that people were “after him” and his catalogue he was paranoid that everyone he came in contact with was trying to kill him.

And these aren't the only body double allegations potentially slated to be raised during the trial. Just four months after Jackson’s passing, the rumors resurfaced when Columbia Pictures released the “This Is It” documentary, chronicling the King of Pop’s rehearsals for the sold-out “This is It” tour, which was scheduled to begin just a few weeks after he died. Many speculated that Jackson doubles – a dime in a dozen in Hollywood – were used to fill gaps in the film. Such claims were only perpetuated after Joe Jackson declared that it was “mostly body doubles.” However, the film’s distributor was quick to shoot down the widespread accusations.

“This story is pure garbage and there are no body doubles… Every time they see the King of Pop they will know that every frame is unquestionably and undeniably Michael as he rehearses and prepares for the London concerts that were to have begun this past summer,” stated Steve Elzer, Senior Vice President of Media Relations at Sony Pictures, at the time.
Others close to the star aren’t quite so confident.

“The doubles or stand-ins were used in rehearsal footage we saw in ‘This is It,’” argued a Jackson insider. “Look specifically at the performances of ‘Human Nature’ and ‘Thriller’ in the film, there are others too... The lips are off with the words and the real person doing the dancing requires much too much effort. MJ was effort-less and this stand in was obviously good, but not MJ good by any stretch.”

And don’t expect either side to play nice in this intense trial, which comes almost four years after Jackson’s death.

“AEG is coming in with guns blazing. They are intent on bringing up everything including the child molestation, and will attempt to embarrass Michael and the Jackson family,” added our source.
Lawyers for AEG and the Jackson family did not respond to a request for comment.

I also think that all this serves to draw attention to youth problems on which peoples  are talking too little: and Michael has always been very attentive to social problems.
And definitely Michael want to put Paris safe:she helped him a lot in these 4 years, and now Michael wants to protect his daughter from  the nagging attention of the media.... and with her, in peace ,think about the next steps.. :moonwalk_:
Really, the best is yet to come...   :icon_bounce:

P.S : Thanks LoveNeedsExpression for sharing always news , thanks for your attention and the great job.  With L.O.V.E.   :bearhug:

That's really sweet! Your very welcome!

So, Paris Jackson will never step foot in this facility (imo). No way in hell if Paris needed therapy, it would be this public. The media is pretty much inviting the paparrazzi to take a trip down to Utah (and maybe Michael needs a media distraction so Paris can move around with out all eyes on her.)

I think this suicide thing could be a distraction to off set Wade's allegations, but also serves a dual purpose. To raise awareness about cyber bullying and blah blah (we've already thoroughly discussed possibly motives for the suicide attempt). Maybe this is to highlight that there are alternative schools for students who need a different enviroment, but also buyer beware. The story of Paris going to this facility broke this weekend, and detractors immediately came out the woodwork, even tweeting debbie and TJ about it.

Paris Jackson's Potential Treatment Facility: An Inside Look at Diamond Ranch

Paris Jackson will soon be heading to her next treatment facility.
After spending the last month at UCLA hospital following her June 5 suicide attempt, rumors are swirling the 15-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson will soon be transferred to Diamond Ranch Academy in Hurricane, UT, a year-round residential treatment facility for "struggling teens ages 12-18."

The facility—which Dr. Drew has featured on Lifechangers—features academics, therapy and athletics, and all students are required to participate in the music program as a way to "discover how music can influence their lives in positive ways."
At the treatment center, which also serves as a boarding-type school, "students experience a normal, safe, structured High School experience without the negatives of public school," the facility's website boasts.

Sean Elsmore, the admissions counselor at Diamond Ranch, would not confirm or deny if Paris is planning on moving to the facility, but tells E! News that "based off what we have read about her from online reports, she would be a good fit for our facility."
He added: "We are aware of the reports of our connection with Paris" but won't confirm her admittance out of respect and comfort for the family.

Elsmore also says the facility held an executive meeting to discuss how to handle the media attention upon learning Diamond Ranch is Paris' rumored new treatment center.

According to Elsmore, 60-70 percent of the students graduate the academy and the average stay is between 10-12 months long, with less than five percent of those who graduate returning because they have relapsed.

The cost of the facility is $7,000 a month, and the enrollment varies, but there are anywhere between 150-198 students enrolled at the academy.

The facility does have its detractors; there is currently a Diamond Ranch survivors site, which is critical of the center.

While the rumor mill continues to churn, there's still no guarantee Paris will transfer to the treatment center—a source previously told E! News there were "concerns of logistics, about bodyguards and the privacy of the other patients" at the facility. Distance is also an issue as it would be difficult for the 15 year old's family, particularly grandmother and co-guardian Katherine Jackson, to see her.
Despite the setbacks, a source tells E! News Paris is "getting better" but admits it's going to be a "long road" to recovery, "She is still doing therapy and on medication. It is a long process, but she is doing well."

Paparazzi at a Jui Jitsi school?  Not outside waiting for Prince, but paparazzi were allowed in there? That's weird.
