So I was checking out the TMZ site and to follow Dr. CM's polka dotted tie - connecting the dots - it's almost as if most (not all) of the current TMZ headlines on the TMZ index webpage somehow relate to MJ??? Maybe it's just me, but here is a list of all the current headlines on the TMZ index webpage as of 11:02PM EST...

OMFG, the "M2KV" is SOOO much more noticable now!!! 
M2KV = Michael 2005. It's so obvious!!!!!!!! :lol:
They've seriously been bringing a LOT of attention to that tie and how "ugly" it is, though. it was first mentioned in the article "Dr. Conrad Murray Ties One On", then in this video/article "Dr. Conrad Murray -- Crime of Fashion", then in the article "Dr. Conrad Murray -- I 'Love' MJ's Mom" ... there's got to be something behind it, i just can't figure it out. :| IMO TMZ created this "Crime of Fashion" video to reiterate the writing on the fence as it was clearly jumping out in this video...almost like MJ instructed TMZ to MAKE IT CLEARER... show the beLIEvers THAT the fence says M2KV!!!

Register or LoginTMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property. As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered by both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to move herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court. As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage by refusing to leave.

It looks as if this original TMZ article was UPDATED to include the following:
Ortega testified, "He didn't look well at all. Michael was chilled and soft-spoken ... He wasn't in the kind of condition to be at rehearsal."

Michael Amir Williams testified that he received a frantic voicemail from Murray at 12:13 PM on June 25, 2009. Williams said Murray's VM said, "Where are you? Get here right away, hurry." Williams says he then called Alberto Alvarez, MJ's security guard, and asked Alvarez to walk to the front door. Williams says he heard Murray's voice in the background, then Alvarez hung up. Williams said that later on at the hospital, Murray approached him and said Michael had some cream in his room that Murray knew MJ wouldn't want the world to know about. Williams said he wanted someone to give him a ride back to MJ's house to retrieve it. Murray's baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, was in court today -- but ordered to return on Friday. Orchestrated in the way that they use what is in the news/floating around twitter and facebook in their status updates.
The Dodo never says anything before it happens so I wouldn't say anyone there is '
in the know',they are just using Michael's hoax,image and persona with the image of the dodo...for whatever reason.Might be part of it,might be a gimmick...needs to be figured out but as I have said before it doesn't really seem to be about getting people to drink the product...there is literally no marketing of the drink being done AT ALL which is really not the norm for a product which is being RELAUNCHED to a newer,younger market.Not making me wanna drink it I know that much.
The hoax/it's controversey is current,MJ is a big deal and since believer fans have latched on in their hundreds to the moonwalking,alive singing character,and it is a Coca cola product,they just seem to be running with it IMO.
There is barely a comment on there from a 5alive jusice drinker just saying...I like your product.MJ fans have literally taken over the entire group.
Some fans of the page are happily running with it..some are starting to get a bit pissed off with it...2011 will show where they intend to take it next I guess. Tito's 3 sons used to refer to Michael as uncle dodo so i'm assuming that is why the 5 alive dodo bird is taking on the MJ persona...not sure why 5 alive choose a dodo bird to represent it's product though...

Oh that was a silly argument Chris Brown and Raz B (from B2K) had on twitter which was started by Raz, I believe for attention. Chris reacted in anger but then apologized for his reaction. It has nothing to do with this hoax.
the argument between Chris Brown and Raz B may not have anything to do with this hoax, but maybe this was Uncle Harvey's way of having us look at Chris Brown's tweets, which eventually led us to this tweet in question especially since Harvey knows we - the beLIEvers that is - are keeping a close eye on TMZ.com as well as his twitter account - piece by piece...until BAM!

If I recall -- Mrs. Jackson wanted MJ's so-called autopsy photos kept private because first it's disrespectful to MJ and most importantly the negative impact on his 3 children. She was afraid MJ's so-called autopsy photos would be leaked online or get into the wrong hands; which would lead to the 3 children seeing/viewing MJ's so-called autopsy photos.
I don't think the show in question can use MJ's so-called actual photos of his so-called actual autopsy, but IMO this show is doing just what Mrs. Jackson feared - disrespecting MJ and impacting his 3 kids in a negative way especially if the kids should happen to see this show! Whether the show airs actual photos or no photos at all...I sure as hell wouldn't want to see or hear about my father's autopsy...whether he was the King of Pop or the local mailman...
BUT then again, Michael is ALIVE (hence the phrase "so-called autopsy photos"). This program set to air in January is proving to us that the media expects us to beLIEve everything and anything that is shoved down our throats! Bah Humbug to the media and ALL their outlets...remember we as people NEED to THINK for OURSELVES!!!
