Introduce yourself / Re: Generations love Michael
« on: February 24, 2011, 11:53:36 AM »
So in a previous post in this thread I told you about my 2 daughters preferring to listen to Michael Jackson’s music over any other artist’s music.  Well, my 1st grader (the 6 year old) came home with a letter from her school stating that she was going to have show and tell in music class this week (Show and tell is when a student brings in something from home and tells the other student's about it).  The student’s were to bring in anything musical (CD, DVD, toy, magazine article, poster, showbill etc.).  My daughter decided to take our Michael Jackson 25th Anniversary of Thriller CD to school with her – she decided she wanted to play song #5; “Beat It” for her classmates.

Anyway, I picked her up at the bus stop yesterday afternoon and she was all smiles so I asked her why she was so happy.  She said “Today I played “Beat It” for my music class and guess what??  ALL the kids were clapping and started dancing at their desks.”  I responded with “Did you dance?”  She said “No, it was my turn so I was in front of the class singing it to myself.”  I thought this was such a cute story that I just had to share it with our MJ family!!  She also said that another classmate sang the song “Billie Jean” from her CD.  Later that evening I overheard her explaining it to her 3 year old sister as “the best music class EVER!”

I was telling my story to the girls at work and I reiterated how 25+ years later people of ALL ages still enjoy the beats and melodies of Michael Jackson music!  Simply AMAZING if you ask me!!   :D

OK, so according to this article, MJ's children KNOW how to place a call to 911 because on one occasion they DID just that - called 911 from the hotel on their trip to Florida.  If one of his children witnessed the so-called events on the afternoon of 6/25/09; one would think the child would have called 911 on that date as well???

IMO - Prince, Paris & Blanket will verify if their daddy is really alive; the day that I see MJ happily playing and hanging out with his 3 children is the day I will beLIEve that Michael Jackson is alive and well!

What family would make any child interact with a strange person pretending to be their "deceased" daddy...i do not think the family (especially Mrs. Jackson) would allow some impersonator to pretend to be the daddy of these 3 innocent children - just think about the repercussions to the children if they were made to interact with a strange man who looks like, talks like, acts like, etc. their "deceased" daddy.

Pictures & Videos of Michael / Re: Little Michael. Soooo Cute.
« on: February 02, 2011, 08:58:33 PM »
To me this photo shows a woman sitting outside wearing short sleeves and holding a somewhat unbundled baby who is less than 3 months old.  IF this is a photo of Mrs. Jackson and Michael - IS it showing us that it was taken in late summer when 1. the weather was still relatively warm in Gary, IN (short sleeves and a somewhat unbundled baby) and 2. Michael would have been less than 3 months old in this type of weather?

AND, yes, I agree: this is a great photo of mother & child ~ soooo cute!

Anybody else remember the news about MJ wanting to be cryogenically frozen?  This would fit in with the Bubbles theory as well - the King of Pop (aka: Bubbles) being frozen...maybe MJ leaked this news as well...

I too had a great     reading about the possibility that it was Bubbles peeing in a cup!

Great theory Souza ~ some very interesting points brought to our attention!  Thank you!

Mother of 2 - aged 33 living in the USA.

P.S. Both daughters, ages 6 & 3, prefer MJ's music over any other artist - it drives my hubby (their daddy ) crazy!  We were coming home from a family Christmas visit and my 3 year old was ridiculously over tired and my 6 year old was filled with way too much sugar so as soon as we all settled into the car I snapped at my husband - "I'm putting on Michael Jackson so too bad, deal with it!  It's going to calm down the kids!"  My husband's usual expression to this reoccurring request =     as he says "I'm sick of listening to this over and over and over."  Within seconds the 3 year fell fast asleep while me and my 6 year old were blaring out lyrics to her favorite MJ song, Smooth Criminal!  AND yes further down the road, even daddy broke out in tune to "I Just Can't Stop Loving You."

One of the reasons I enjoy listening to Michael's music with my children is because I do not have to worry about Parental Advisory Warnings!  Most of the songs on today's airwaves are way too "harsh" for little ears!  Michael's music seems to soothe away our problems - we relax, we forget about things we cannot control and we enjoy spending quality time listening, singing, dancing and having FUN together!  I absolutely LOVE this request: "MOM, can you put on Michael Jackson please???"

My message to Michael:
Thank you Michael for helping me connect with my little girls ~ one day I will sit back and "Remember The Time" when your voice and your melodies kept peace and importance in MY family dynamics...hopefully when this time comes I will be rocking a grandbaby to sleep with MY Baby Loves...Michael Jackson lullabies humming in the background!  This is why you are such an important person in my life - even though you ARE a complete stranger to me, you have helped me feel better about myself when things seem limited and out of context; i invite your voice and your gifts into my home and into the lives of the most important people in my life!  Your voice and your gifts inspire me, enlighten me and most of all remind me how special I am as well!  No need for you to feel ashamed, embarrassed or shy about the world LOVING you -- for you are a true KING in the eyes of humanity!  Again with sincere gratitude, THANK YOU MICHAEL for a LIFELONG COMMITMENT to the people of this WORLD!

Come on that's totally Michael. Look how dude claps, has pants too short, loafers, his knee is nearly touching Prince's and Prince is completely at ease with the casual body contact from this man in the chair next to him.

So it's either Michael or this guy is a set up, pretending to be disguised Michael and they're paying close enough attention to detail to include body language in their deception. That's elaborate. Which is not off the table of course. So 50-50: Michael in disguise-Pretending to be Michael in disguise.
 Its not michael, get over with it already

@ imred - i see you haven't changed yet      "If You Wanna Make The World A Better Place, Take A Look At Yourself And Then Make A Change!"

@ bec - thanks for your opinion - at least you provide reasons why you beLIEve in what you beLIEve in...I am with you...short pants, loafers, casual body contact ...i would think Prince would sit closer to Uncle Jackie throughout the entire game if this other person were a complete stranger - at least I would if I was in a similar situation and I'm 33 - it's "Human Nature!"

People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray
1/7/2011 3:10 PM PST by TMZ Staff

Murray Lawyer Paints Picture -- Michael Killed Himself

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers  laid the groundwork for their defense -- Michael Jackson delivered the fatal shot of Propofol to himself.

Murray's lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, asked Coroner investigator Elissa Fleak two questions  1) Was the IV bag fingerprinted? and 2) Was it possible for Jackson to reach the syringes from the bed?

As TMZ first reported, the defense will argue that Jackson became frustrated when he couldn't sleep that day and gave himself the fatal shot of Propofol when Murray was out of the room.

Coroner Found A Dozen Bottles of Propofol
 Updated 1/07/11 at 3:10pm

An investigator for the L.A. County Coroner's Office testified her office found 12 bottles of Propofol in Michael Jackson's home.

Elissa Fleak says two bottles were in the bedroom where MJ died, and the other 10 were in a nearby closet.

One of the Propofol bottles found in the room by the nightstand was empty.

In addition to the Propofol, investigators found a pharmacy full of drugs, including lorazepam, diazepam, temazepam, trazodone, flomax, clonazepam, tizanidine, hydrocodone, lidocaine and benoquin.

Also found ... used syringes and needles, as well as a box of unopened hypodermic needles, IV catheters and vials.

Murray's Other GF Describes Deliveries, No Mention of Propofol
Updated 1/07/11 at 12:15pm

Dr. Conrad Murray's baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, testified today about multiple mystery packages Murray had sent to her Los Angeles apartment between April and June 2009.

Although the contents of the packages were not mentioned in court, TMZ first reported back in October 2009 ... those packages were shipped from Murray's pharmacy in Las Vegas and  contained Propofol.

Alvarez was also one of the people that received a phone call from Dr. Murray on the day Jackson died -- but the prosecution did not question her about the call. Murray's team declined to cross-examine.
