It is official...Murray has been charged with ONE count of Involuntary Manslaughter with a MAXIMUM sentence...4 YEARS. I saw Katherine go into the court house as well.
I feel so sick and so sad.

No what's happening?! What time is it in LA? I'm waiting for reports about what's happening but I'm on the other side of the ocean so I'm a bit confused about the time zones :? Should be writing an essay but can't focus, gah! I'm a bit nervous... I am in Ontario, Canada.....and am watching it through TMZ live stream. It is now, 11:00 in LA.....If you are not able to see it, we can keep updating for you! There is a HUGE sign outside the court......that says, KING OF POP, MICHAEL JACKSON, GONE TOO SOON......it is beautiful to see the support!

Something else has been nothering me and that is, if Murray did not want to be handcuffed and taken in, WHO leaked it to the media that he was even in LA? If he wanted to "fly under the radar", why didn't he just stay at his baby mommas house and wait. Let's face it, nobody has been following Murray...so nobody ever knows where the man is....wouldn't it make more sense for him to just sit quietly in LA and wait to turn himself in or get arrested and taken in? Nobody would have known any of this. It just seems odd that the world was told that Murray was indeed in LA in the first place. Of course there is going to be a media-frenzy!
Also, it was not TMZ that got Murray at FL, it was a paparazzi. We don't have pictures of Murray coming out of his girlfriends house or even cameras set up in front of her house. We are being shown only what they want us to see.....little Murray sitting at FL...how convenient.
