But a D.A. spokesperson told TMZ on Friday that the statement that there were "hundreds of thousands" of pages was their error ... and in fact there are only "thousands of pages" and the defense has received "the bulk of it."
Sevcik's response ... "It's odd. It seems like an awfully big miscalculation."
Sevcik says if the defense team does not get all the docs soon, they may ask to delay the preliminary hearing -- set for June 14.

so there is a lot of talk about Miranda Sevcik. i remebmer this name from way before the trial even started. And today is actually the first time i've heard her name in connection to Murray.
I searched my photos and found this picture with Marianne Ibrahim, Miranda Sevcik, Caroline Poarch.
this photo is from the time when we were all so interessted in Cassandra Gretchen Sims.
If you all remeber her. on "her" webpage she had a photo. this photo to me resembled Caroline Poarch. Caroline is standing next to Miranda in the pic.
All these girls are working for an advertising firm (or thats what i found at the time, and thats where the photo comes from). I gnow this Cassandra person said that she just took a photo and that is not the real her. but i am not so sure that it isnt... and i think its connected since Miranda is now working with Murray. what do you think? When they first announced the 3000+ pages way back it was a given they would ask for a continuance. Now they are saying there is more. They would have asked for it anyway. No matter how hard they try they will still not be able to reconcile what happened that day.

what do you think? If you're comparing the fake Cassandra to the gal on the right in the picture...Cassandra is quite a bit older and I don't think it looks like her.

Thanks for the reply. The reason that I questioned whether it was shown is because American tv censors are pretty strict. It's very DrJekyll and Mr Hyde here regarding what can be shown vs what cannot and that was especially true several decades ago. I still laugh at sitcoms from the early 60s that refused to show a married couple (with children) sleeping in the same bed. They always showed them sleeping in twin beds in their bedroom. Duh...how did they manage to have those kids?
I'm melodramatic everyday. It comes with the territory in my line of work :lol:
Which media outlet did you see the footage in it's entirety in 1984? I' know people who work for the big three networks and I'd like to do some research on something related to the footage.
I believe that some people may indeed have seen it before. However, where do you live? I ask because American tv censors prevented us from seeing the footage in it's entirety when it took place in 1984. The raw images of his burning scalp would not have been so easily shown on American tv where children could catch a glimpse. Today..no problem but back then...problem.
I have said a million times I have seen that footage and I'm not talking about for the first time last year. I'm not sure if I saw the front or back view but I know I saw it and it wasn't all that long after the accident.Doesn't anyone beside me remember that? The point is I can't figure out why they keep saying it just came out last year? I saw it. I live in the U.S. Jeepers, a little melodramitic today? "Raw Images of burning scalp." :roll: Please.

@GirlSaturday - Gosh, I don't know now what network it was. That was 26 years ago. I've never been much of a T.V. watcher. It was probably the front view like the other person said they saw too. I don't think I'll ever have recall on which network it was but if I had to guess, I'd say NBC.
It was shown. I didn't imagine it. When that came out last year and they were saying it had just been released, I was ....huh?

I don't know how else to put it. She lived that lifestyle for 10 years and went back to men. I didn't like her girlfriend of 10 years either. I will never forget the day they started dating. She's happily married now to a man. On Michael....you can tell it's Michael by three things..the papps, the umbrella and Mr. Alverez.

It's so disgusting that I decided to email them and maybe you all can do that and tell them to take the article down. Give them some good links about the accusations and the trial and tell them to read up and remove the article.
This site should be reliable and accurate and yet they are publishing tabloid trash. I am really amazed how they can state things like that when they obviously haven't read up on it.

I wrote them a note. I was composed and didn't mention Michael until the end because I wanted them to read the entirety of what I wrote. Not everyone accused of this is guilty. That's a fact. Michael was guilty of being naive. Some people see suspicious behavior in everything and all to often it's baseless. They're drama queens. I know people like this. There was a study done years back. Children were on the street and lost. If I recall that was set up. Men walked around them. I think that some of them must have been asked why they wouldn't stop and they said they didn't want to be accused of any wrong doing. That was the upshot of it anyway. Anyone remember that? That is how paranoid people here in the U.S have become. Some people, not all but some that have one experience or another see the ugly in everything even if it isn't there. I know I'm being redudant. I had a friend about 8 years my junior [many years ago in our youth] who was told by someone in AA that she was an alchoholic; wanted to get her into AA and was going to sponsor her. Well she took this quite seriously. This someone that told her that was a middle aged man and had probably had a bad run with alchohol. My friend was not an alchoholic. I think I convinced her of that. She was young, smart as a whip, very productive and partied a little now and then. It was a phase and that's all it was. That's my two cents today. I hope they remove Michael from their site soon. It just is not right.

What does one have to do with the other? His license was in jeopardy over child support. That fact was already stated on his license info on the Nevada med. license website. To make matters worse, he lied about owing any money when he renewed- apparently. Anyway, to keep professional licensure there's some things you have to do in some places and there you have to pay your child support.

At the funeral she seemed find. I saw no tears come out of her eyes or any pain or sorrow in her face.
