When people say Murray is a 'fall guy', who are the people he is a fall guy for and which theory/theories are you suggesting would indicate this. What's the scenario that would lead Murray to be labelled a fall guy/scapegoat? People just seem to say 'Oh Murray - scapegoat' without actually expanding on who else they must be implicating. Is he a fall guy for the other docs who were also feelgood docs, in which case it's suggesting that the overdose was accidental. Or is he the fall guy for a wider group of people (manager/promoters) who just did not care about MJ's mental/physical wellbeing (here we assume that people were in the know about his problems and inappropriate use of drugs to overcome those probs). Or is he the fall guy for a wider group of people who conspired to murder MJ for whatever reason. Which one is it? I know what you mean. Maybe they're all using the incorrect term when they say scapegoat. "Scapegoat" implies the person/s that did the crime are not the ones that are gonna to the time. So I see three options here. He injected Michael and was alone; he injected Michael and there was someone else there, or someone else injected Michael while Dr. Murray was out of the room or looked on dumbfounded...or not.

I hate to see anyone in hot water. I can't help but feel bad for Dr. Murray. His thinking....and then steps in a huge pile of [in Michael's words] doo doo. The whole thing is just so unfortunate.

As far as I know, not exactly.
If you get into the LAPD and look for the case, Murray has never paid the bail, which would mean he should have been in jail.

Since the doctor probably didn't have enough of his own money a bondsman probably paid it. I'm sure it was paid.

I've visited this site a few times now and all I seem to see is the extensive use of the n work. Serriously? It's 2010 now and we're finally the president. And don't forget that we're also the best at sports and entertainment. Thanks to Obama, it's now illegal to fire us, not to mention, you have to hire us too. I used to worry about paying my bills. Now, I have a good job with the city. Thanks to affirmative action, we also get to hire more of us. It's time you all grow up and stop being so racist. P.S. Forgot to mention, I don't think anyone here is using the word "nigger" for name calling purposes. After all it is a word and they are quoting lyrics, quotes and what they thought another might be thinking. So, get over yourself. Self absorbed people will always have a struggle. Harsh but true.

It had nothing to do with President Obama. I hire and fire who I want when I want and I have the right to protect my business and the people in that business that depend on me. I would protect my business fiercly if the need arose a [and justified] and not waiver in the face of someone flinging a race card. I always take a stand against race card issues that are unwarranted no matter which side of the table the card is on. President Obama became president because of a backroom agreement. That should be quite plain. If I hire you I can fire you. Your color makes no difference to me. That kind of talk you spout does. The term "nigger" can be applied to any race. It never fit in my head that black people call themselves this distasteful word and then complain when others use it. Maybe someone can explain this to me.

If Michael is really gone, it is "healthy" that she can smile. We should be happy for her, instead of thinking it's not right. I would be very worried about her if she wasn't smiling. People die all the time. Most of us here have lost loved ones. Survivors, although sad and grieving, have to move on with their lives. It's healthy and normal, especially if one has a good support system, faith, and good therapist to help them get through it.
Thumbs up to that. They'd be really confused if they witnessed a New Orleans funeral.

Another screen shot. This is a sample of deceased people from the ss database that have only middle letters for a middle name. One would assume that they had a middle name with more than 1 letter. Tons of them. Since this probably wasn't their given name, I guess the hundreds of thousands that are in there with only 1 letter for a middle name aren't really deceased. They all faked their deaths. Wow ! I wonder who my neighbor really is.
