Will Murray take long to create this theory?
First let me explain something: Murray on Monday claimed he found Michael with dilated pupils (in fact this is nothing new for me at all since the beginning he talks about it). Now he is saying that Michael met only with his eyes open.
Ultimately no difference between eyes open and dilated right? Pupil is dilated eyes almost popping out, since it is only open eyes open eyes .. lol
Murray is only half that donkey .. lol
Because even if Michael has applied to such a syringe on himself, even so it would not prove anything. For every layman knows that when someone dies, one of the first things that doctors and rescuers do is open your eyes and give that kind of flashlight (do not know the name) even if the person died or not.
Or just missing tell me who did this to him?

Murray is bluffing again!
Now comes the best part .. lol
Every day I ask myself:
- Murray is the same cardiologist?
Because if it should know that people who suffer cardiac arrest have eyes dilated yes!

Michael was so good sight, and he was so addicted so the way he applied he was the syringe? Type .. it felt no pain and closed his eyes? Lol
He is saying that if he had placed the syringe Michael died with his eyes closed, but Michael killed himself as he died with his eyes open ..
WHAT?
Even more amazing is that if he wanted to kill himself, why that day he dismissed Murray? He was waiting for Murray to go to the bathroom to kill in 5 minutes? Hi? Was not it easier to dispense with the doctor on that day? And you know what I find funny? It seems that the people do not know Michael Jackson to believe such a nonsense, all fans know that he wanted to live forever .. and so on. And he has kids right! Spare me!
Shame alien Murray! He must be the only cardiologist who committed so many gaffes, but continues to work normally.
You see the difference between seeing something and accept without question and see one thing and Question? When we look with different eyes we see how this story is wrong.
Here is a hint to the judge, why did not he just asks the employee who called the rescue? The guy is the main witness, and the only one who can answer whether or not it is true that these absurd Murray says. Damn! How hard! And the guy that disappeared or ashes ..
summarize: it is normal that Michael had died with his eyes open I read the bluff part of your message which is rude but I really have to get some shut eye. If any of this is true it sounds like they are really scraping for a defense. Do comatose people have their eyes open? I've never seen that.

Michael Jackson slept with his eyes OPEN, a court is to be told.
The dead star's ex-wives and lovers are to be called to testify to confirm the latest astonishing fact about his private life.
Their evidence will be used by defence lawyers representing Dr Conrad Murray as he fights a homicide charge.
Murray aims to prove how difficult it was to tell whether dopey Jacko was asleep or awake.
Debbie Rowe, mother of Jacko's eldest kids Prince and Paris, Lisa-Marie Presley and nanny Grace Rwaramba, who he called his "wife", will be quizzed at Murray's trial this year.
Jacko, 50, died from "acute Propofol intoxication" on June 25 last year. Murray, 56, is charged with manslaughter over claims he injected the singer with a fatal dose of the anaesthetic.
The cardiologist's defence team have evidence the seasoned drug user often appeared awake when asleep.
They say he would have his eyes open and his pupils would be dilated when he was on Propofol.
Jacko wed Elvis's daughter in 1994 but divorced less than two years later.
He married nurse Debbie in 1996 until 1999 and she bore him two children. And he often lovingly referred to nanny Grace - who the kids called "mummy" - as "my wife". A defence source said: "Conrad Murray's future is at stake here and we will do all we can to prove that he did not deliver a fatal overdose to Jackson.
"We are going to call the significant others in Jackson's life to talk about his long-term drug use and behaviour.
"We've found he would appear dopey and sleep with his eyes open when he had taken meds. We want the women closest to him to verify this. We'll also ask his doctors about how he slept after being knocked out. This could be a key part in the defence."
The source added: "This wasn't a case of a doctor giving a fatal dose to a clean patient. Jackson had a long history of extensive drug use."
Dr Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff confirmed they will quiz family members about Jacko's secret life.
He said: "Dr Murray has no desire to portray Michael Jackson as anything but a saint. OK?
"But Dr Murray's on trial for his life, and the facts have to come out, and they have to come out clearly."
Murray's defence will claim Jacko killed himself accidentally by self-injecting a fatal dose of the anaesthetic. They say poor health after years of drug abuse prompted a heart attack.

I don't see how that's going to help the defense on one hand if part of their defense is that he woke up and shot himself up while the doctor was out of the room. That would kind of cement that he could have still been sleeping. On the other hand the doctor could also claim that he thought Michael was awake and doing find when he went wee. But he already said that he was sleeping...oh I'm rambling. I had another thought and forget it now. Have to get some sleep. I've never heard of someone in a coma with their eyes partly open. Anyway.

Yes, I was there as I promised.
I have a problem sending photos to my email in order to attach them that's why I did not want to open topic.
However, I will post pictures later.
I was there at 10.30 to 1.30. During the the time I was there I did not see family members or media, or anyone whom we know.
At the beginning when I got there was quiet. No security outside of the Holly Terrace door. Those families who have their relatives buried there have their key to open the door and enter, or if they forgot the key, they push the bell, security asks who is it, they say whos family they belong and they automatically open locked door for them.
If you are just a public visitor, you cannot enter.
So, I was sitting in my car and wating. later VAN arrived to Holly Terrace and woman was carrying flowers and FEDex package. She got in and when she got out, I approached to her and asked to whom she was taking flowers to and who is she. She said flowers were for Michael and she is an employee at forest lawn delivering ordered flowers to deceased. I asked how often she delivers flowers for Michael, she said very often. Since she was barely speaking and understanding english, I did not ask her much questions. Then another car arrived and woman got out. I approached her and were talking for 2,5 hours. Before I write our conversation, I want to mention that group of french women arrived with shick bouque of a few flowers, toys, and memory cards from french fans. They were friends of the woman I was talking to. Then a few other native fans also arrived with flowers, stand there, cry, talk, get puctures. Security definitely watching outside because in a few min. door was oppened to take flowers in. I asked to let french guests in and of course try to get in myself, but he said NO.
The french woman I was talking to, was a doctor, late but big fan of Michael, after he "died" she was reading and investigating for herself Michael's "death". She BELIEVS IN HOAX. She was pretty much aware of everything we are disgussing. SHE SAID FRANCE GET INFO ABOUT MICHAEL FROM TMZ AND SHE THINKS TMZ IS WITH JACKSON FAMILY. SHE SAID SHE IS COMING TO FOREST LAWN EVERY DAY FOR MINIMUM AN HOUR AND ONE DAY SHE WAS LUCKY TO GET IN HOLLY TERRACE ALONG WITH SOME PEOPLE WHO ENTERED FOR THEIR RELATIVE. SHE SAW MICHAEL'S GRAVE AND THERE IS NO NAME OR DATE ON IT. THEN, SHE SAID SHE ASKED SECURITY WHO IS SITTING ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE GREAT MAUSOLEUM , HOW OFTEN MICHAEL'S PARENTS, CHILDREN, FAMILY VISITING CEMETERY SINCE BURIAL, SECURITY TOLD HER NONE, SHE WISHES AT LEAST ONCE TO SEE THEM THERE.
(REMEMBER BROTHERS WENT TO CEMETERY IN JACKSON FAMILY DYNASTY? SO THEY WERE NOT IN THE RIGHT FOREST LAWN FOR SURE).
SHE ASO SAID, AS A DOCTOR, SHE HAS READ AUTOPCY REPORT AND THERE ARE MANY MEDICALLY IMPOSSIBLE THINGS WRITTEN DOWN. SHE SAID, AT THE FOREST LAWN, SHE WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHERE AND HOW COULD FUNERAL WE SAW ON TV BE POSSIBLY THE SAME PLACE AS SHE SEES. THERE IS NO WAY FUNERAL WAS LIVE TRANSLATION AT THE FOREST LAWN. BECAUCE ARCHS ON TV APPEARED TO BE STRIGHT ALONG WITH CASKET AND SITTING PLACES, BUT THE REAL ROAD AT FOREST LAWN HAS WIND AND UPRISE, SO IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE THE FLAT STRAIGHT ROAD ON FUNERAL WE WERE WATCHING .

SHE WILL BE GOING TOMORROW TO THE COURT, SHE IS PLANNING TO VISIT NEVERLAND, SHE WAS AT STAPLES. SHE ASKED IF AMERICA BELIEVES IN HOAX AND WHY NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT. I EXPLAINED THAT AMERICA CANNOT SPEAK OUT ABOUT IT BECAUSE JACKSON FAMILY ACCEPTED MICHAEL DIED, THEY ORGANIZED MEMORIAL, SHOWED FUNERAL, SIGNED DEATH CERTIFICATE, AND JARMAINE ANNOUNCED HIS DEATH. TMZ posted something similar on April 5. Propofol isn't something you prescribe though. Did they say prescribe? Dr. Murray is eventually going to lose his license in all three states too.
If he gets off without a conviction I think it's highly doubtful that he'll get his license taken away. Think about it...how can the Medical Board pull a license without a conviction. It may be possible but I don't think it will happen.
They can pull his license before the conviction. The case has a long way to go. And I believe that at least California will. If his license gets pulled [in Cali. for example] and he is found not guilty then he can file to have his credentials reinstated.

Conrad Murray Agrees to Propofol Ban

The Texas Medical Board has officially prohibited Dr. Conrad Murray from administering Propofol or other heavy sedatives, TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story that Dr. Murray agreed to the restriction, which mirrors one of the conditions to Dr. Murray's bail in connection with the death of Michael Jackson.
Aside from administering Propofol, Dr. Murray is banned from administering other heavy sedative medications and can't put patients under. He is still able to prescribe other medications, including pain meds, anti-anxiety medication or local or topical anesthetics.
According to a rep for the Texas Medical Board, the license restrictions will remain in effect until the criminal case is resolved and "the Board has adequate evidence to show that Dr. Murray is competent to safely practice medicine."

The judge ordered that Dr. Murray cannot administer propofol or other heavy anesthetics in any state that he's licensed in. Each individual medical board will take action as well.

This is absolutly gorgeus.And I never believe he used wigs.He had natural curls but there are enough ways to remove curl temporaly. Well believe it. Michael wore wigs all the time. Straight and curly. They all do except for the brothers and Joe.

This may be out of topic, but i keep looking, mostly, at his left foot (not the injured one...)! Except for the vitiligo, his ankles and feet are REALLY swollen (especially the left foot)! Could that be a result of a possible heart decease or arthritis??? Or maybe the result of a sprain?
Not enough water. Can be any number of reasons, but I bet he was dehydrated.

On Oprah she said she was in New York when just a few days before, she and Tyler Perry were talking all about being at the Atlanta airport filming the movie, noticing the vibe changing and security taking aside Tyler and then Janet to tell them about Michael. I guess the video has been removed from youtube cause it had a clip of the movie in it or something - I don't know................But on [that video] the Tyler Perry show at :47 she very clearly said she was in New York. It was Tyler that started to say she was on her way there. She pointed her finger down and simultaneously said she was in New York just as she said on Oprah.

While you read TMZ's posts (not to forget other media) remember that it's a tabloid! You should be critical about it! I've noticed that they usually begin their posts with "sources tell". They don't tell us what those sources are. The source could be their own imagination!
So don't get too down if there's something against the hoax theory. Neither should you get your hopes too high if they are sending messages pro-hoax.
I think TMZ's own What's The Big Friggin' Difference series is a good example of how pictures can be manipulated. Also the stories could be half-made-up.
Just something to think about.
But don't forget: TMZ were the very first ones who reported Michaels "death". And the owner of TMZ is a friend of MJ
Can you tell me who this friend is? TMZ is owned by Warner Brothers.

Michael's money was misappropriated. They discovered that when she was working for him. She made a statement. I'm sure this has been the case for years. We'll never know the whole money story, but I really think he got the shaft.

I want to mention here that Marc Schaffel said that a needle broke off in Michael's leg when he was shooting-up and caused that, not a spider. I'm not sure when Marc said this, but I'm sure it was after the home documentary that Michael did with Mr. Bashir, because Marc helped Michael with that. Michael and Marc ended up having money issues. That's another story. The needle marks the doctor was talking about were the little marks you saw, but they could be anything and shame on the doctor again. People get skin irritations from a number of things. Even poor nutrition can cause irritations and people pick at them so they look like little holes. A spider expert said those spiders don't exist in Cali, but they do. So shame on him too. He made that comment because of Michael. Everyone has to open their fat mouths instead of just leaving it alone and leave Michael with some dignity and strictly focus on his art, accomplishments, originality and all the rest. Most of this is junk anyway. I have no illusions that Michael was a saint. Not one of us is. In the same story where Marc is quoted they talked about the song Morphine, which I don't even think was autobiographical. Michael was writing about at least one other person whom is dead now. Another story I read recently was the day Michael trashed his room at the Bev. Hills hotel [I think it was]. His mom and other guys were there. Michael got the news that Neverland was being raided again. He got upset and started throwing things around. His mom started to clean it up and one of the guys said to her that there were people there who could clean it up. But she didn't listen and cleaned up the whole thing. She didn't want the world to know or see what he'd done. But this blabber mouth has to repeat the story. Now how do you think that made Katherine feel. The blabber mouth didn't have an ounce of integrity. If I'd gotten news like that again, I might have done the same thing. Pressure - pressure - pressure, diet, rest - just everything. How much can one person take. I remember when Whitney Houston got on TV [watched online] and talked about his problem from years back [she said she was a really good friend of his, but I don't think so-honest-I'm not being sarcastic] and I think she said that was her wake up call and that she never wanted to get that bad.[ she said this like she never did] I know what time period she's talking about and I'm here to tell you she went way past whatever problem Michael may or may not have had. It was all very publically documented. Who does she think she's kidding. I remember it. It was clearly visible and again publically documented. I remember when Bobby Brown [Whitney's husband] got into trouble for drugs and the judge ordered him to do something -therapy probably, but I don't remember the particulars now. Whitney kept saying, "this is so wrong, so wrong". I knew then that she was an addict. Michael was not any thinner than he ever was. Sometimes he was a little heavier. He basically was a small to average size man. Remember his costumes sometimes make him look bigger. Cameras can do all kinds of things. Well, I'm gonna go. I'm on a rant. Michael was one of the greats in the long history of the screen and music world. Can you imagine what kind a feature film he could have produced. His imagination knew no bounds. He saw everything vividly. We're running out of greats. I'm really going now.

I asked my uncle because he can read lips really well and is a phycologist, he said that Dave Daves vernacular and pronunciation are extremely similar to that of Michael jackson, and that it is highly possible that it could be michael based on the facial expression and the way he pronounces the letter "S" cause their similar to Michael's
Oh that's great and nice of your uncle to have taken his time to analyze this !
It seems to be great results for us,right ? The best of course would have been to be able to prove this by an expert....but well he never answered !
And another thing( a little related),I watched a video by a french believer,and she talked about Dave Dave and how the people that think the LKL's one isn't Michael because the voice isn't exactly the same...In her video she showed 2 phones conversations,in it Michael change his voice completely !

Of course it doesn't prove anything,but telling it's not DD because the voice sound the same but is a little different...(some people said that)
So it's possible that even if the voice isn't quite right it's still Michael on LKL !
WHOA!! It is fascinatin how fast he can change his voice into a complete different voice....I always knew he could go very deep and very high and that but I didn't know that he can IMITATE other voices...... WOW!!! :shock:
