Surrender of Michael Jackson's doctor now in doubt

Negotiations between prosecutors and defense attorneys to secure the surrender of Michael Jackson's physician on involuntary manslaughter charges have broken down, throwing into doubt when charges might be filed in the singer's death, law enforcement sources said late Thursday.

Defense attorneys have objected to prosecutors' calls for Dr. Conrad Murray to make a formal court appearance where a judge would set the terms of his bail and dictate any restrictions on his movements, according to the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Instead, the attorneys want their client to be allowed to post bail at a police station, the sources said.

The dispute could delay plans to file involuntary manslaughter charges, which had been expected as early as Friday.

"It's very unclear," said one of the sources. "The defense attorneys apparently don't want him to go to a public hearing."

I had swine flu and it sucked, but i didn't go and get anything for it from the doctor... thank goodness

i had the swine flu to.. but i didn't get a shoot, in fact the doc didn't even want me to come see him... here in DK those shoots were only for important ppl..  :evil:

Hope I don't get in trouble for this. I read all of BLack OR White's recent posts on another forum. She says Karen is working with Michael and is supposed to send out these confusing messages. When you read what she says there, she sounds very credible. What to think?? :?

well im sorry i follow the posts to.. and i really don't think that BaW is a trustee.. sorry i think it is BS just like casandra and JCC... and all the others..

i think that because if it is true what BaW says. that MJ was treatned with his concerts and staged his dead for that reason why would he tell over the internet.. and risk that possible terrorists find out he is alive..
then all the effort that was put into it in the first place would be wasted..

Well if you ask mé i Think Karen is angry and bitter because she wasn't aa close to MJ the last years As she would have Liked to be. Thats why she joined forces with lisa Marie.
She must have gone crazy.
