Randy Phillips :icon_rolleyes: No one can convince me that he didn’t know Murray was in dire straits financially, the sole reason I believe they hired him, because they could persuade him to do their dirty tidings without much resistance. Do they think MJ fans are stoopid :ghsdf:
I'm sure they know MJ fans are not stupid or the family, or other watching for that matter but they know they can't do anything. And as long as they have their a$$es covered, they lie and cheat with a smile on their face. It's only when the S*** hits the fan that they start to shake. '

A Lloyds of London underwriter sued AEG and Michael Jackson LLC after Jackson's death, claiming they failed to disclose information about the pop star's health and drug use.
"In exchange for AEG withdrawing its insurance claim, underwriters agreed to dismiss AEG from the case and to waive any costs recoverable from AEG," said Paul Schrieffer, attorney for the insurance underwriter. "The insurance case continues against the Michael Jackson Company LLC for, among other things, rescission of the policy due to nondisclosures of Michael Jackson's prior drug use."
Lawyers for AEG and the Michael Jackson estate, which controls Michael Jackson LLC, did not immediately respond to CNN's request for comment Monday.
Jackson died of an overdose of a surgical anesthesia in combination with sedatives on June 25, 2009, according the the Los Angeles County coroner. Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty last year of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death.
A controversy over the insurance claim erupted last week after the Los Angeles Times published e-mails which the insurance lawyer said had not been provided to him despite a year of discovery in the case.

I found this online and I thought it would make for an interesting read and understanding some on how MJ's mind worked: "Life of PT Barnum and the art of money making" written by himself. You are not allowed to view links.

Within all this mess and all these "accusations" that make us think some people were not treating him like human being, lets not forget ourselves that he IS/WAS human. Of course none of us where there to see if he was drunk, paranoid like, an emotional mess, or know what he's flaw as a human was, but he is human after all and none of those things are impossible. People drink and get drunk all the time, even the best of people have their sidetracks; let's not forget he was haunted and had many leaches around him all his life; it's not impossible either to get a bit paranoid with this life style. He was so "painfully lonely" ( his words ,not mind) that he walked the streets to look for friends, he cried his eyes out in hotels from loneliness...etc etc..he said all these himself. If all this happened, is it hard to believe he could have emotional episodes that might make him seem like a "mess"? Just food for though..let's not forget he's human before anything else.

he was slow in learning his dance routines :WTF: Really?! he INVENTED them!!! No need to learn anything. I bet he could do them in his sleep. Huge alarm bells! I get the feeling Mann is taking the fall for the Jacksons. And the Estate bargained with him to do so. "We settle, you take the blame for the leak we're gonna do" since they new before they were published. AEG knew a week before so Mann must have knows before. Just a theory :suspect: Also, the fans as leaking sources?! really?! I'm still unclear on how these e-mails where leaked to the Jackson's and how AEG knew that!

Hold on to your hats! I have a good feeling this is gonna get so much more interesting. :michael_jackson-1135: A lot of liars are gonna be exposed. I think AEG & fr. are on that list.
Yeh...I have to say I totally agree with you....There's just too much going down at the moment...Alot of accusations being thrown in all directions..
My only fear is the Justice system..What if they don't get caught out receiving bribes??? You gotta understand this runs much deeper down the rabbit hole and higher up the ladder than we know...or at least, know of yet!!!
The suspense is killing me...so many dots to connect.
There's a good possibility they won't get caught and taken to the ground all the way but at least someone is trying. There's a lot of filth coming up, lots of bad guys trying to get exposed, not just in MJ's case...the world changes lately are responsible for this, I think. It may take some time but I'm hopeful There's a very tight and tangled web of these spiders..it's gonna take a good "big foot" to crush them. Speaking of which, why were these e-mails even in the possession of MJ's family in the first place? “AEG believes the unequivocal evidence shows that Katherine Jackson and her attorneys leaked these documents to the press. The documents released to the press were given to Mrs. Jackson and her attorneys—and to no one else—confidentially in discovery and subject to a court order. Accordingly, AEG has today filed a motion for sanctions against Mrs. Jackson and her counsel for this unlawful leak. If they are proven to be true, that means Randy P. lied in court as well, doesn't it? What could happen to CM in that case? Tooooo many unanswered ? :Pulling_hair:

The settlement was announced Tuesday in a Los Angeles federal courthouse right before a trial on damages was scheduled to begin. The estate had sued Howard Mann and his businesses in January 2011, claiming he had violated Jackson copyrights in a book and other merchandise he sold in collaboration with Katherine Jackson.
Mann is the CEO of Vintage Pop Media, which according to settlement terms announced in court is responsible for paying the judgment.
A judge had already ruled that Mann and Vintage Pop Media violated copyrights by using images from the Jackson film "This Is It" and other works.
A jury trial on how much Mann owes the estate had been scheduled to begin Tuesday, with an expert estimating a license for the works is with between $5 and $12 million.
