Any one else think Dr Murrays voice is different on this tape recording, sounds different to the voice on the YTube "da truth will be revealed tape! " IMO

it does somehow, but he sounds really relaxed here. the youtube thing was a tense situation, so his voice may have sounded different from being upset. i can still hear the little accent come through here and there and the speaking 'melody' seems to match. but he sounds too calm for having a dying man next door. unless he didn't know cuz he didn't check on mj as he said. seems more like he didn't go back into the room until at least an hour after he left.

i think the timeline is really the crucial point here. the chef said she didn't see anyone until about noon if i remember this right. so what really happened between ca. 10:00 and 12:00 that day? who did murray call other than his patient and why, if he discovered mj not breathing before he made those calls, according to his timeline?

News of the World is a shitty tabloid - wonder how they managed to get that tape.

Overseas sabbatical?  Why did Murray call his work with MJ a sabbatical?  Why not tell the truth?

i heard once that 'sabbatical' is the term used when you take off from your usual job/ life to do something else, mostly outside of your country. like taking off from a job to pursue a study of some sort or do your usual job somewhere else. sometimes it is used when women have babies and take off from work to come back after that. the thing is, you take the sabbatical and come back to what you did before. usually it is one year. he was just using this 'intellectual' term, i guess, presuming that people knew what he meant, that he would work overseas.

IS ANYONE ELSE HEAD SPINNING AROUND TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT..??????.......WE SEEM TO JUST KEEP GOING AROUND AND AROUND.........WHO DO WE BELIEVE...????? WHAT SHALL WE BELIEVE...??????OHHHH MY HEAD.......HURTS WITH IT ALL.......XXXXX

i just remarked the same thing in another post...it's like going yes/no all the time, so many pros and cons...and so many things pointing to what could be the biggest and most elaborate hoax of all time. or not...? it's like 'wag the dog', in the end you have to come to the conclusion that you can't believe anything you read or see on the regular news but only trust yourself. it's not 'who do we believe' but rather 'trust your guts'. but i feel you, it's breathtaking sometimes...

I hope, I can help you. Im german, but we dont  "leave our shoes out at the front door Christmas Eve and they are filled for Christmas morning". What you mean is the "Nikolaus - Day" on the 6.12. The children washes their shoes, leave them out at the door an the Nikolaus (Father or Mother) filled the shoes with sweets. The Christmas Eve (Christmas Day) we celebrate on the 24.12. with gifts (Toys).

But it is true, this winter we have a lot of snow in hole Germany. Not every winter, but at this time a lot.

right, i'm german, too. that twitter post was also on december 09, so that was shortly after nikolaus day.

and we're still up to our necks in snow...

i also noticed that the followers are chriss angel (?), orianthi, kenny ortega, tmz, liz taylor...who are they following here? i'm pretty sure they won't be wasting their time with anyone...woah, this is getting creepy...

mike, you sure are scary! but i'm not leaving, ha!

Aren't those the ppl he is following....not his followers....?

I think you are right...he follows them..

i dunno, i don't twitter. i think it said 'followers' or maybe 'follows'?...still makes me wonder why the alljackson twitter is not included in this line up or any of the jackson kids...or would that be too obvious? but it makes more sense that midnightmlk follows them...my head starts spinning...

i've only joined a few days ago, it's just amazing, how much information is in this forum and how everybody can draw a different conclusion or bring info into a different context and everything seems to come together and make sense. it's so addicting... :D

Okay maybe this is nothing!  But I found this VERY interesting.  Go and type in MJJ.  Just put in Michael Joseph Jackson.  It pops up some Malcolm Moore guy w/ an alias of MJJ...??

clue?  not a clue?  I am lame.???  :?

Okay...I did like you said. I've put in Michael Joseph Jackson without the DOB
and first came this[attachment=1:zz55xvbj]EEk.JPG[/attachment:zz55xvbj]

And then I clicked the Booking Number and this came up...

i tried something else: i did 'michael joseph jackson' in the name fields and put in the real birthdate...no results!
now, i don't know if this database is only for current inmates or if you can look for anyone who was ever arrested. if so, then the real michael wouldn't show up anyway.
but i found it very interesting that there are no matches at all, not even notification that the case was closed or anything.

actually, when you look at the page index of smoking gun, it is page 23 of the document but section 13 of the autopsy report. also, the smoking gun version has less pages than the one published by tmz (23 vs. 51 pages).
what i find really odd: i cannot find that same page of the redirect when i browse through section 13 of the tmz version.   ?

I was in wal mart today and yes i know it is tabloid junk, but while i was checking out Stephen pointed to a Magazine and (I didnt read it so it could be something completely different!!) the title states they are going to did him up :o  to recheck Michael to prove Conrads innocence!!! does this make sense to any of you?!?!?!? oh and i not sure if i remember correctly because my mind went in a daze....but conrad is wearing the EXACT same suit haha..

must have been the national enquirer or something. they're only good for alien news, don't you know?

ooohhh...wait a minute...that could be a clue cuz that was in mib. agent k (tommy lee) tells agent j (will) about the papers (tabloids of the worst kind) and at the end, agent j tells his new assistant that those are the important news for the mib. he also tells her that michael jackson is an alien as well and she answers: that's some sloppy disguise (or something similar). the real news is always behind the tabloid headline. i can't get those mags here in germany, but that's a funny parallel. 'diggin' him up' must mean something else then.

Another "truth" about Michael having a hand in it.  The man in charge of the funds from this remake is named Luis Moreno.  The plans were already in place before Michael "died" for a 25th anniversary remake, although no one knew who the beneficiaries would be.  The board had already been assembled for over-seeing of the funds before Michael "died" and Luis Moreno from World Bank had already been appointed.  "Luis Moreno" is on one of the tombstones in the new Thriller video in This Is It.  Michael had to have chosen that name to go on one of the tombstones to let us know that he is in charge even from the "grave."

this is great, like that  :D
seems like michael likes playing with names. i will surely check that once my dvd gets here.
my goodness, all that detail...he had to be planning this for years in advance!

i lost my grandfather at 18, i dissolved myself in tears at his funeral and i wasn't able to do anything right for weeks, not even the basic stuff like eating or sleeping right (let go speak in public). if i just imagine having lost a parent at the age these kids are, there would be no way i could handle that. and no way i could see my dead parent with hoses and needles stuck in. and i would never expose a child to that.
Not only that, but he is their only parent. Their world basically evolved around him, he was always around.

exactly. i would have to have been drugged some kinda way to even stand sraight. either these kids are absolutely in control of themselves, then i humbly rest my case, or they know something we don't (yet)...

p.s.: i lost other relatives and friends, too. but i absolutely adored my grandpa, he was the world to me. that was the hardest one for me yet and that was over 20 years ago. i still have my parents, so i consider myself very lucky. i have seen my best friend's daughter literally go through hell over months, when her mother died (she was my best friend, so i've been through some stuff myself). she was eight then, there was no way we could get her to do anything, she was just crying and screaming all the time and that over months. we almost couldn't go through with the funeral, that's how she freaked. that was considered a 'normal' reaction by psychologists who also recommended not to let the child see her mother dead. she had cancer, so we were able to take advice how to handle things when the time came. but then, i live in germany, maybe that's handled differently in the states. we usually also don't have open caskets over here, which seems to be common in the usa. except for michael... :?

For those who lost hope seeing Murray charged, this is another kind of prediction regarding what could happen next (credit to sephia71 from michaeljacksonhoax.lefora):

"it will never go to trial anyway. i'm 90% positive he's going to take a plea deal [bargain]. the max he can get is 4 years. if it goes to trial they will need a change of venue [good luck with that!].  for a 4 year sentence they will whittle it down to 2 years house arrest, 2 years probation/community service, with a hefty fine and limit his practice priviledges. the jacksons will then take him to civil court for wrongful death suit and be awarded a lump sum paid out by his malpractice insurance. the insurance probably won't cover the total amount paid out, so they'll sue him for the difference personally [which he'll file bankruptcy on of course because he has no assets]. now we know why nothing was in his name.[clever!]
if he goes to jail, the inmates will kill him.[i'm not even exaggerating on that!]. that's why the lawyers were so eager for him to surrender and had bond ready. they don't want him in there with the other inmates. since the judge agreed to bond [thinking he's not a flight risk], they must already be talking plea deal. it's an involuntary manslaughter case. they aren't going to spend millions of dollars on a trial with only a 4 year sentence. what they will do is make a "poster child" out of murray. if you thought naomi campbell picking up trash was as punishment for her brush with the law was amusing, hold on to your seat belts for what they will make murray do!
i think this is very real. but i also think they have to go through the steps to keep mj hidden. this also signals to me that he's not coming out of hiding either. all i can say is, murray must have been paid a king's ransom to suffer like this. 75,000 bond? yeah wonder who fronted that? [smile]"

totally agreed. murray has money problems left and right, behind in child support and whatnot. all of a sudden he is able to pay $75,000 bail? that was my first thought: where did this money come from?
naturally, he won't survive jail. he would have to be in isolation and still be in danger everytime he only passes another inmate. anyone in there be a potential killer. vendetta for real...i'm actually surprised he can walk the streets unharmed.
and i also think that he got a very good deal out of this. like: how would you like to get rid of all your financial troubles and stay filthy rich for the rest of your life in exchange for some rough months or even 4 years in jail? if murray is in half as much trouble as reported, he'd say: sure, at your service. what's 4 years? nothing compared to the lush life afterwards...

I was thinking te same thing about the resusistation maybe nothing was working while he was performing CPR on the floor so he decided to move him to the bed and perform CPR which I wouldn't understand why?
Sorry guys still very confused :?
I would like to say thnx to those who have shown me possibilites and reasons why the redirect would be autopsy page 13 you guys rock!!! :D

only reason i can imagine that since murray is such a big guy, he was putting too much weight on him on the floor, that's why so many ribs were broken, i guess and the autopsy pointed out that he had a big pressure mark on his chest. i just thought of that. murray is huge, he's like 6 feet tall and weighs over 200 pounds, imagine him putting all his weight on michael's chest (weighing half as much and being 5'9'') on a hard surface...or rather: on the guy who passed the autopsy, who was 5'11''...  ;)  still, murray is a giant compared to any of them.

I don't know what to say about this - apart from its not a very good song, is it?    :?

Simple but alive. Lovely tribute. But surprising move from cat , though.

i'm just thinking that this is indeed surprising. i've never heard of any connection between yusuf/cat islam/stevens and michael jackson. i guess that would have been reported upon for sure. not that i couldn't imagine it but i would think that as a fellow artist, you write a tribute for someone you know personally. other than the islamic tie, i don't see why he would write such a song. i just don't see the connection between the two of them.

and i agree to the first quote, it's not very good. kinda sinister...i was a huge fan of cat stevens and practiced guitar to his songs when i was 12 and he was totally popular then (mid-late 70s). and his main feature were the beautiful melodies and of course, his great singing voice. all his songs had a very positive vibe, even if the lyrics were serious. he even did a marvellous soundtrack for a great movie called 'harold and maude'. highly recommended!
his islamic songs still have that 'good' vibe. this song doesn't suit him somehow.

i was looking what latoya was doing on 6 aug 09, if she maybe was in another country.
i didnt find that yet but already found this article of 6 aug 09

well, the report was 'finalized' on sept. 09, 2009, which could mean it took that long to finish the sample tests and all. i believe i saw several different dates throughout the report, depending on who did what.
