Random MJ Talk / Re: Bring this page down NOW! For Michael
« on: August 09, 2010, 05:00:30 PM »
here's something regarding those sickos, just tweeted. page is down, but those 20+ hrs it was up, it collected a few hundred 'fans'. horrible to think that people are actually having fun torturing and killing...some big dog should just walk up to them and chew their balls off! slowly...
funny how facebook wants to access your info with every little gimmick you do there and you end up with ads in your mailbox you never wanted, but they can't check if a newly opened site is against the law? this time, the title even gave it away! you can't check for keywords, facebook? nobody doing any monitoring there?

hope these dog-torturing and -killing bastards land in jail!

Michael Jackson News / Re: Mocienne Elizabeth Petit Jackson's petition
Mo

For sure she is not Dutch, as she could not have her name changed to Jackson in just a year time, that procedure takes longer.  She would also have needed to prove that a Jackson is her father and that person would have to give permission to adopt his last name.

As far as I know we are trying to find out what it takes to change your name in the United States, just to see if she could have pulled it off..
as for a name change: my birth certificate was changed/ reissued when my mother remarried. i still have a paper that declares my 'descent', stating my biological mom and dad. but my birth certificate was changed and my stepdad's new name was put in there, which from then on was my maiden name.
my son was born before his dad and i married and his birth certificate was also changed after marriage. in this case, the parents stayed the same, but his birth name on the original certificate was my maiden name. so the name and document change can come with a marriage of the mother. that makes the first document invalid. i'm in germany, so i don't know if the same rules in the states apply.

another option: have a jackson adopt you and do the same, change name and docs accordingly.

BTW, that house is ridiculously gorgeous.

it is, i just don't get that 'old furniture'-thing most americans seem to have going. i have american family (totally normal ppl) and they're all into that stuff, too...it's almost overloaded with all that plushy furniture. then again, it's all in the same style. so altogether, i fully agree with you.

I don't know the expression "kicked the bucket"..is it disrespectful? Does it mean died? Sorry for my ignorance

it's a colloquial way to say that someone died. not disrespectful, really, but just a term in spoken language. pretty unusual for journalists to write it like that, but this is tmz... ;)

edit: just noticed the entry line: '...where michael jackson overdosed on propofol and died...'. when you klick the 'kicked the bucket line', it leads you to the original article from june 25, 2009 (2:20 pdt!) saying that he suffered cardiac arrest and died in the hospital. now they officially have two versions themselves, it seems...i don't remember them using that expression 'overdosed on propofol' before...also, it usually sounds like self-inflicted when you write 'died from an overdose'. is it like tmz playing around with the different versions of 'how mike died' now?

funny how mostly through this forum everybody can't wait to hear anything that has mike's name on there and after will.i.am's statement, minds change...we all know that, as of now, anything we'll get to hear regarding new music will come from sony. so those ppl now sayin' 'i'm not buying' will get it somewhere else anyway. i'm doubting statements like: I don't wanna hear it cuz it comes from sony'. it comes from mike first, sony is only releasing it. i admit, that's bad enough, but you just can't help it at the moment. unless by some kind of magic, new material happens to be released on another label or otherwise... ;)

i agree with those sayin' 'who knows if mike isn't behind all this'? furthermore, if this hoax is still going as planned, it was clear that any unreleased material would be exploited anyway. and given that everything happening in this hoax is orchestrated by mike, this release will be as well. and yes, i think exposure is a great part of all this as well and this might just be one more vehicle to expose sony business.
i do agree with will when he says that you can't release anything unapproved. but who's to argue but mike? mike's not around to approve (unless he left the stuff to be released as is on purpose, so it would count as 'pre-approved'  ;) ), so this is only a logical development.

peace.

Ooh errr ...tabloidburn, the jacket seems to have disappeared from your pic!!!!   :D    :o

lol...again: i posted the pic for 'proof of chest hair existence'. and my comment referred to the initial pic with mike wearing the balmain jacket. i know that the jacket is 'missing' cuz the pic i posted is somewhere from the 80s! geeez...

and it doesn't mean that this thread is gonna turn into a 'drooling ground' now, 'k?  ;)

What I want to know is how come you so handily had that pic available!!!!

i contribute to the 'mega funny pics' thread, so i have a wide range of pics on my harddrive for captioning purposes. i remembered the chesthair on that shot, so i just pulled it up. i admit, this is one, that's kinda 'stuck in my head', i'm only human... ;)

Other Hoaxes / Re: 2PAC alive proofs now flood the internet
« on: July 30, 2010, 05:09:22 PM »
'nothing from him'? what about all the 2pac music released after his 'death'.

i agree, this guy looks just like 2pac and there's plenty of vids with a 2pac being spotted somewhere at concerts, in a parking lot etc. although i find it weird that he's so 'undisguised' but he's probably thinking the same: 'i've been dead for 14 years, who would seriously think it was really me?'

mike could to the same thing at some point. be his own double... ;)

Katherine Jackson / Re: Everywhere only older pictures
« on: July 30, 2010, 04:55:12 PM »
i dunno the book and i'll probably order it at some point. but from your reviews so far, that kinda confirms statements from ppl around mike in recent years, that he had little to no contact with his family. last occasion where they were all seen in one place was the 2005 trial. before and after that he wasn't even seen with any of his family, except for the 2001 anniversary gig where he sat with liz taylor and not his family. and that's really the only occasion i can recall. means no photo ops, i guess...at the same time i wonder if anyone took pics when they had their family get-togethers. janet said in an interview that they all met in early 2009 last. no pics ever taken? hmmm...

it is weird, though, that only tmz seems to use more recent pics...
